Bought a refrigerator brand new. Got it delivered. Within an hour the top of the fridge was bulging and swelling. I called immediately and left a message. It was bulging so much that it was pressing against the cabinets and they were starting to crack. We pulled it out. I called at 9 am the next morning. They said to adjust the y! I went to the store to complain to see if they would retify the situation and they wouldnt do anything. Said call the manufacturer. I did. They said that Stephens should replace the fridge. But they wont do anything!

I love dealing with family businesses and C Stephens is one of the oldest in town. Very knowledgeable and friendly family, they literally grew up selling appliances. You will definitely get more for your money with them.

Our fridge went out one morning and that day we found what we wanted at C Stephens. Good selection and excellent customer service. They even delivered that night so we didn’t have to go without. Would definitely recommend and will go there again! Thank you!!

Better prices and options than the chain stores.

HORRIBLE customer service! i would NOT RECOMMEND a place that does not stand behind the products they sell. My uncle purchased a new electric dryer from this place and it was literally dropped off a few hours ago. Started the dryer and it began making a clunking sound. I called up the store to see if someone can come back and they pretty much said in not such a pleasant way not our problem. You need to contact GE for the warranty department. Good Bye and hung up! Totally unprofessional and would take my business elsewhere.

Purchased a new refrigerator from them and it was delivered to us July 5. From the day we received, ice gathered in the freezer and around the seal and also around the ice maker in the door. My wife called them and was directed to GE. She called a local repair tech and he came out only to tell us what we already knew... bad seal. Ordered parts, which are now on back order. Have been waiting now for weeks. Since he diagnosed the problem, the refrigerator has started making extremely loud buzzing noises. I am fully aware it’s not c Stevens fault that the refrigerator we purchased from them was faulty... however I would be sufficient if they replaced this junk refrigerator with one that actually worked properly. They sold a junk refrigerator. It only seams right that they take this one back, replace it with one that actually works correctly and deal with GE. Once the issue is taken care of, I will definitely update this to a more positive review as we, as well as other members of our family, have had great luck with other appliances purchased here.

Do nor shop here anymore since old man no longer runs the business my freezer quit and when the old man ran store he would do everything ti get a freezer ro you the girls said they couldnt get me til june so $4000 of food i should lose i used to go there all the time because they took care of customers but not anymore hope you enjoy the lost of all the money me and my friends would of spent there
