Waited at the drive-through for 10 minutes, could see through the window that employees were on their phones and talking to friends who were hanging out.. Very bad customer service. This was not a problem before renovation.

My salt cold brew caramel was delicious 😋 they do a really good job at the Starbucks in dedham ma.......love it!!

Not my favorite but my first experience. . They work so hard. Always friendly and accommodating. Cute friendly genuine people. They remember my name and order. I recommend going inside for quicker service. Love sanahara? Maybe her name? Always a pleasure to visit (more often than Id admit to). Park outside lot for quicker exit.

This is a great Starbucks. Its very close to me and the drive thru is easy to navigate. Staff are wonderful. I usually get an iced decaf caramel macchiato made with almond milk and a pup cup for my puppy. Delicious!

Treats employees horribly. Truly disgusted with the managers. Do better.

Aside from being kinda slow and friendly its your basic Starbucks

DRIVERS BEWARE IN THE DRIVETHRU:Watch out for your rims when you’re driving out. I’ve been so cautious about my rims since I got my car and coming through this drivethru was challenging because the turn is so sharp. I scraped my rim! Won’t be cheap to fix either!

It was very good service, and the wait was short considering we ordered 4 drinks.

This location was 1 hour late opening on January 26. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes. Walked up to the door and locked. 3 people inside prepping but not serving. Guy looked right at me and said nothing.

Its a very good place to take a coffee

I never had any problems here until this year several times got rotten blueberries for my oatmeal and if your going to charge 6.00 and change for a large iced expresso coffee don’t fill whole cup with more ice than coffee id like more coffee than ice for that price

Needs better customer service from the register people. Maybe.... nicer, a smile... love Starbucks and coffee is still consistent. The barista, young girl with purple hair and glasses was excellent. Had great energy, was happy and provided me with excellent customer service in the 10 seconds when she handed me my coffee. She should manage the store. With proper training of coarse.

I’m a regular here and I must say the staff is very quick & helpful! They greet me once I come in and that means a lot to a person. The connection I have here with the staff is beyond words. Its worth the 10 min drive!

Definitely the slowest starbucks around. Not a ton of foot traffic but youre always waiting 10 minutes or so.

I had hot chocolate here before that was delicious and I guess it depends on who makes it because the last time I was here it tasted like rock water. (Never tried rock water though so idk)FYI Shaw’s Starbucks in west roxbury made the BEST.

This location has a little slower service then the one further down Providence Hwy, but the staff is always friendly, the order always correct, and the coffee/ food served fresh.

I think 2nd drink in same cup by me may not have been skinny which I clearly explained for 1st drink having experienced wrong drink at other locations. The not skinny can be dangerous for this diabetic!!

I have recently decided against this location for a few reasons. Every single time I have gone for my beverage in the past 3 weeks, there has been an issue with service and product. I order a strawberry green tea infused with lemonade, sweetened with a scoop of strawberries. I constantly have to repeat the order a couple times and still Im given a smaller sized drink then I ordered and paid for, and it made incorrectly . I hate complaining but once or twice maybe I can deal with but when its a constant mess up its hard to ignore. Im highly upset at be looked at like I am wrong or crazy when I ask for it to be made correctly and as I ordered.

This experience was horrible! I waited nearly 20 mins to get my white chocolate mocha latte today (you can check between 2:30-2:50). When I approached the counter to ask the young lady making the drinks about my latte, she did not even attempt to look up at me, and since she feels like she is the only one entitled to being upset, I am writing this wake up call.I noticed she was very busy, which is why I took so long to approach the counter, but after watching too many customers come and go, I decide to go see what the heck was going on. When I did get my latte, she slammed my cup on the counter, it spilled onto the outside of the cup and the lid refused to stay down. Maybe she needs a mental day or something l, but I definitely did not bring my business to get spat on. We all have problems; she should find a way to manage hers.

Every time I come to this store, the workers seem miserable, they dont have ingredients and/or they make my drink incorrectly. It has been like this for a very long time. I have decided I am not going to this location anymore.

Its not terrible but definitely avoid going during rush hour as the wait times multiply.

This is a good place if you have time because is very busy almost every time I go there, but with good people and good service.

They forget to make my latte and made everyone else that came after me. So I was waiting a long time before getting my drink. Unacceptable!

Consistently disappointed with this Starbucks. Considerably slower than other in the store or through drive through. 3 out of 5 times my drink is wrong. Been in the drive through 20 minutes or more. The only starbucks on my way to work but I cannot give my business anymore. I dont have the time for a cup of chai.

This location is not up to the usual Starbucks standards. The store is rather small and, on my recent visit, kind of dirty. The staff seemed rather preoccupied and inattentive. Not the best Starbucks experience.
