The lady working the counter was so helpful and sweet to Mt granddaughter. She knew I struggled with standing and walking so she gave my angel one on one attention. It was great and for less than 200 bucks we were done. She is normally the manager in Hartselle so Ill try her branch next

This place has great clothes for juniors and skinny women. Very fashionable, good prices. Although, they dont have a great selection for curvy women. The curvy women doesnt have the same styles as the smaller section. Still will shop here for my daughter.

Cute clothes but don’t expect them to open the times they say they do.. been standing out here for a while.

I absolutely love this store!! I never shop for clothes anywhere else. I use to only wear American Eagle jeans and Factory Connection carries them for half the price, plus they have other jeans that fit perfectly. This store has the best prices, friendly customer service and the Manager Tonya is so sweet and very helpful! Factory Connection in Decatur is the Absolute Best!
