Had all the items we needed and a few we couldnt find other places.Good prices.Quick service.Not crowded.Easy to family and merchandise.Good place to shop.

I always like Walmart. This one particular one actually had shorter lines than in my own hometown. Thats what I liked the best, since I was in a hurry on the evening that I went. The floor plan was almost exactly the same, also, so items were not that hard to find. Thanks to the store in/near Decatur, Illinois.

Has everything, really clean and friendly staff. Surprisingly checkout process was pretty swift. Highly recommend this location doing busy hours.

I really like this Walmart. It’s clean, the produce has a decent selection, the meat department seems okay, and the lines aren’t crazy long. It usually has everything I need.

Worst experience ever. Took just shy of 4 hours to get oil changed and tires rotated. First come first serve my Aunt Frannies fanny. Why not make an appointment you may ask. Called 3 different times. Talked to different people. All three told me they didnt make appointments. People who came in hours after us. Left hours before us. We where the second person in line that day. Watched the service people standing around talking to each other for more than 10 to 15 minutes at a time several times. Just wiggling their tongues. Wouldnt go there again except for the fact that my husband got a lifetime tire rotation warranty from them. I wouldnt give them 1 star except it gave us time to get exercise as we had to walk around. Because they only have two seats . One already taken from person before us. Extremely Terrible service. One star is being nice.

Curbside pickup is the best thing that ever happened. Going into this store back in the day was like walking into the worst disaster youve ever witnessed; not because of the staff, but because of the customers. Otherwise its a good place with friendly workers and all that.I am happy that I never have to see other customers.

I’m giving three stars because it’s good to have a Walmart in my area..I had a good experience with pharmacy, but terrible store lay-out as things are not where they should be…who expects coffee creamer to be aisles away from all dairy? Also, I couldn’t find anyone to help-except at self checkout with a legit issue on either first or second visit.

Everythings bigger in the city, including Walmart, found my micro machines finally!!! Yay.

Walmart auto service used to be excellent I have bought two sets of tires no probablem I used affirm to prepay for tires which was approved I was provided a time to have the tires put on I live an hour away so ten minutes before I get there I received an email my appointment was cancelled so I went to the store since I was there and asked what was going on I got the run around saying since my order was online it hadnt been picked then was told it could be a day or a month anyway I called cooperate explained to them the deal they dealt with the issue but I got my tires elsewhere sad due to its has been good the last two times

The Walmart in Decatur Il.is very nice.. its very clean & ez to find things. If you cant find what youre looking for. The employees will help you in friendly ways.. the pharmacy is nice also...they talk to you as a person not a number...I was lucky to get a friendly cashier at checkout as I know some are not...This is one of the better walmarts Ive seen in a long time...

Always clean and well stocked. I dont visit this Walmart as much as the one in Mt Zion, but I have no complaints. I have added a few pictures of the front and just inside the main entrance. I havent really used the deli, but it seems well kept. Prices are pretty good.

Walmart in Danville is pretty cool. You can find anything you want there. Its so much better than in Decatur.

Associates were friendly we got sliced meat from the deli The lady behind the deli was very friendly our service time was good our checkout time was a little slow lines back to the close all and all not too bad

Bad employees with bad attitudes. They cant seem to keep lines open. This Walmart is especially bad due to the fact of selection and variety. If a visit to Walmart is what you need, take the time to visit Walmart in Mount Zion.

Garlic bread was great. Spaghetti was ok. Staff was very welcoming.

Its Wally World! Saw 100 ppl we knew. Went in for Buffalo chicken dip, found in the deli. I do not recommend. Runny and has celery chunks! Sams brand is 100 times better.

You already know... checking out is a time waster and stressful for customers. All those lanes and not open during high volume times! Come on WalMart!

Home away from home 😀.. Took the bus 🚌 there one day and then I missed the last one of the night... Couldnt find a ride, had cash only.. Didnt know anybody that could come get us. The nice lady at customer service took the time to use her uber account and get us a ride.👍😂👋👋👋

Bad timing -- on my part! I had placed an online order and received notification it was ready for pickup. I ran out on my lunch hour, thinking this would be a quick trip. BIG MISTAKE!!! The parking lot was full! They were swamped. Notified store I was there and waited - and waited - and waited! I had only ordered 1 item! When the employee arrived - breathless - he apologized sincerely and explained they had been super busy all day. Next time Ill plan my pick up better.

Food was tasteless dry over cooked. Worse than Mcdonalds, and McDonalds are the worst food.

Always out of products, sometimes for months. Place is usually packed. Employees always look upset or mad, cant blame them its walmart. Used to do all my shopping here but have switched over to kroger and aldi.

Restrooms were filthy. Toliets crammed full of toliet paper and seats covered in poop. Things werent stocked and no carts for my husband and they refused to check for one.

Really tired of the whole thing. You get ready to check out there is only 1 regular checkout open. People were backed up 10 deep. This is ridiculous.

Very negative associate contact. White female not on duty at the time was very aggressive with me about not having on face mask which I was pulling out of my pocket to put on as I entered store. Ordered me to leave and called security even as I was putting on my custom made mask and kept it on at all times. Check the video.

Walmart on North Prospect is Sad. Im disabled and rely on the electric carts. The associate had given me a cart that wasnt charged. Unfortunately the cart dyed in the decoration department. I set there for a 1/2hour then was given a shopping cart to finish my shopping. Im unable to walk long distances I did that day and suffered for 2 days. Believe me if I could walk the I certainly would and this isnt the first time this has happened. Its embarrassing, humiliating and graviting.
