Great quality, consistent results, excellent communication and always responsive. I’ve worked with Mike Maddox at Atlanta Kitchen for years as a project manager for multiple builders and the results are always the same. We receive our tops on time and with the craftsmanship that our homeowners appreciate.

This is a stone Manufacturing location. The selection they have to offer is very large with hundreds of unique material types in stock. The cutting capabilities are just as extensive. If you are looking for stone tops I would recommend checking them out.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY - The work they do is mediocre at best and overpriced. Atlanta Kitchen also has a total lack of integrity in their business practices and will not stand behind their shoddy work. To top it off their staff is rude and will not help you when needed.

If I could give them a zero...I would. They have a good selection. if you want marble, but granite and quartzite selection is poor compared to other stone places. They are so tied in with builders that they will Rip you off if you try to have them bring something in to fabricate. The sales people admit that it is a poor system, but are powerless to do anything about it. Worst of all is the manager Dennis Howell. If you have to deal with him, be ready for a rude arrogant inflexible individual (and he is proud of it). If u are looking for customer service ...look somewhere else.

This place is terrible - beware. I had a granite countertop installed and the entire thing was to cost $1,075.91. The day the salesman came by to give a quote, I paid the required 1/2 deposit of $537.96. Then shortly after the countertop was installed, the company used my credit card information (without my consent) to charge my card for the entire $1,075.91. After I emailed the salesman about the mistake, they refunded the overage and apologized that they had no record I had paid the deposit. A few months later, I received another invoice for $537.96 and I mailed a letter back to them saying that I owed them nothing. They later proceeded to use my credit card information, yet again without my authorization, to charge my card $537.96. The same day, the salesman himself called, wanting to know how I was going to pay my outstanding balance. This company has a horrible accounting system and treated me like I was somehow wrong when they were 100% at fault. I would never use this company again.

Atlanta Kitchen did an excellent job on our solid surface countertops. Chad went out of his way to accommodate our requests. We had Corian countertops with integrated Corian sinks in our old kitchen. The old main kitchen sink, which we really like, was no longer available and was still in great shape. We could not find a new solid surface kitchen sink we liked, so I asked Chad if we could reuse the old sinks. Atlanta Kitchen was the only solid surface fabricator that would accommodate our request. I cut the sinks out of the old counter tops and Atlanta Kitchens incorporated them in the new counter tops. They look brand new. We are very pleased with Atlanta Kitchens.

So far, Ive gotten a bid and had my kitchen measured two weeks ago for quartz (Cambria) countertops. I decided to go with Atlanta Kitchen because they said they could do something that other folks didnt say that could do (need some moulding to go around a tile mural behind the stove). I put down a deposit 7 days ago. So far they (CB) are not too good at communicating what is going on (Im often told that they will get back to me later in the day, but that turns out not to be the case). Last week I was told Id get an install date yesterday, and that this Friday was likely. However Im hopeful that they will do a good job. If it turns out well in a reasonable timeframe, Ill revise my rating up to the 4 or 5 stars. Ill definitely post pix.Update: the island was installed 3.5 weeks after being measured, and the perimeter was installed 4 weeks after being measured. There was a problem with the space for the stove being too tight, which they fixed within a couple of days. They still have provided NO information on the moulding to go around the mural. Ive left numerous messages for my sales rep (CB). When I occasionally reach him, he is always getting ready to check on that in the next few hours. The counters look nice.

Your drivers need drivers education. Your white pick up cut off multiple vehicles(north druid hills) and of course, he was on his cell phone (GA is hands free now).

I called to inquire about some work in my kitchen, had to leave a voice mail. No call back. Two weeks later decided to personally go to the showroom, was told to leave my info and someone would call me back. Another two weeks later no call back. Not good.
