I have been here twice and have had no issues thus far. The person at the checkout made better recommendations for me based on my budget and the folks in the yard were friendly and actively tried to find me flat/straight boards instead of whatever was on top.

Way overpriced. Went to menards and had to buy more supplies and got everything the same except way cheaper. Also asked to have a 4x8 piece of plywood cut long ways and they cant even get that right. Was off and all they said was we dont cut to exact lengths. You have to go out of your way to mess up cutting 4 in half to 2. Beware.

I purchase materials for my job and I found RP Lumber to be great to work with. Their delivery is timely and the customer service is excellent. I will continue to work with them.

I special ordered materials on Monday which were do in on Wed. I called their office 3 times to confirm on Wed @ 10:00 / 12:00 / 2:00. Nobody answered the phone the first 2 times. The third time (9 rings later) Ma... answered and said she was the only one there and would have to get back to me on the delivery schedule. She called back a hour later and we scheduled the special ordered materials to be delivered to job site Thursday @ 8 AM. I was called @ 10:50 AM to find out where the order was - the answer was they could not find road. Person I talked to Der.... was less than knowledgeable as to when the delivery could be made. I finally went to Google maps while he was on the line and started to give him directions when another person came on the line (Sa...) and said he would get the delivery out right away. The order finally showed up at 12:45 PM - 2 hours later. Not one apology offered. Unbelievable!!!

Absolutly Terrible service, I bought their premium lumber and the lumber is junk and has curled and multiple of the pieces of wood have raised So terribly they have broken the screws in half. They will not stand behind their product and make it right. I WOULD NOT BUY THEIR LUMBER AGAIN FOR ANY REASON.
