I love the work ethic of this organization. I bought a truck load of chipped bark which is a great way to re-use what is largely a waste product in the lumber industry. I misunderstood the pricing and spent more than expected for bark, largely a waste product. Maybe it was a miscommunication but I could have bought professional grade mulch for about the same price and quantity. I will give these guys another shot as I believe in supporting local businesses! Happy 4th of July 2021.

Best prices on lumber and other building materials around Decatur. Theyre friendly and helpful too. Only downside is theyre not open on Saturday or Sunday.

It was pretty easy to get, load, and go...even with raining very heavily. Good service. I always go the wrong way around after leaving out to load the wood but they probably gave me good directions but the hearing aids dont always get everything...so thats on me...lol. the cedar was very nice too. I was expecting to plane it but it was finished nicely on one side.

More than just lumber!!! We made the decision to do tongue and groove ceilings. We went in and within 10 minutes we ordered what we needed. They charge 3% for card purchases. We offered to go to ATM. No need, they do COD. No delivery fee to our house either!!!We will be back for our baseboards, window and door trim!

As much as I want to like littrell lumber, I cant. Ive been multiple times and made multiple large and small purchases. Every single person Ive dealt with has been rude. Ray the delivery driver is the only civil person that didnt act like my business was a nuisance. Their prices and wood are fair, but if you expect any type of customer service, take your business elsewhere.

If you use this company you better get everthing in writing. They delivered 3 loads of lumber to my house on different occasions the last load they added a 100 dollar delivery fee. When I ask about it salesman Rocky was very unprofessional his first words were and I quote we cant run these trucks for nothing I then said well the first 2 times there was no fee and he then said and I quote next time you just come pick it up that would be ok if I was given a chance to pick up that load. So you better ask ahead they will change the rules mid way. Very unprofessional not buying anything else from them.

This is family owned business an they are great people & we need more places like this to be able to come to an the family knows you by name an is eagerly to help you find what you need unlike the higher chain stores where you have to just Abt run someone down to help you - so if you are looking for a place to rely on This would be a great start to be able to know when you get there you will be waited on quickly an also have a person that will go with you to find an load you..
