My car is old and needed some attention on the roof and hood. The result is perfect. They were professional and very helpful. The price was reasonable and the work was done very well. I would whole heartedly recommend them!

My paint job Im really pleased with, a little bit of over spray and a couple of prep issues, but altogether, very good...however, I had several things stolen out of my truck. Yes, I shouldnt have left the stuff in there, but you would hope that people would respect your stuff. Really disappointed in that, but other than that, I had a good experience.

They did a great job on my 750i. The staff is courteous and seem to enjoy their jobs.

Painted the exterior only of my vehicle and was supposed to be ready in a week. After a week I called and they said there was a accident in the paint booth and it would be another few days. Finally got a call 2 weeks later that it was ready, went to get it and after examining my vehicle I wasn’t happy. Not only did I have runs and tint on one window completely messed up, but it was very grainy looking. One manager I spoke with was like we will redo it and make it right. So fast forward to over a week after that and being talked to like I was a piece of meat by that manager my car was done, but my window hadn’t been re-tinted so another 24hours I finally get my car back. No discount due to same manager saying they were already in the negative with my car (that’s my fault how?) anyways I will NEVER use them again and will NEVER recommend them!!!!!!

They left several things off my car now I got to waste my time to take it back over to be fix

Took my mothers older model Bonneville to be painted -- and it turned out great! We drove from Florence, AL to Decatur to get this work done & it was well worth the extra distance. (Our Ford Ranger was painted here a few years ago. We were so well pleased with the price and how it turned out we tried them again for mom.) The staff was courteous and helpful - our whole experience was excellent. Mom is happy! Would recommend Maaco to anyone needing a quality paint job.

Havent seen my car, but already disappointed. This week will be two months of them having my car. I hope their quality is way better than their professionalism. The guy ive been talking to about my car is not professional at all, all he could give me was excuses. Customerservice is terrible. Ive had to call and check on my vehicle. With the price Im paying, a courtesy call about the progress of my car wouldve been awesome. Regardless of what my car looks like whenever they finish; I will not be using the Decatur, AL. Maaco. Simply because of lack of professionalism and terrible customer service. To be continued(with names). Professionalism and good customer service goes a long way but apparently not at Maaco. Very disappointed!

I was having an older car repaired, and painted another color. Due to an error, the wrong color was used- The managers were fantastic in making it right, as I was nervous that I would be stuck. The end result was very nice- as if I have a new car!! A few overspray issues here and there, nothing major. Will use them again!

Most every aspect of my experience with Maaco was top-notch. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that quite often no one answered the phone. In fact one day, the phone rang so many times that corporate picked it up and took the message! I dont know if they need to wear earphones to catch the phone when theyre not in reach of the phone but that was my only complaint!! Kyle Ingram was exceptional and the car was perfectly fixed!

Absolutely terrible! Paid for their top of the line base coat clearcoat . When I picked it up on Friday after hours I found trash in the paint all over the car,fish eyes, orange peel everywhere. When I called on Monday I was told I could bring it back in a week. Theyre all booked up. When I bought it back they looked and said all their paint looked like that but for another 500 dollars they could repaint the car and fix the problem. Long story short another 500 dollars later I have almost 3000 dollars in a paintjob that I now have to find a PROFESSIONAL shop to fix . I wont be back and wouldnt recommend to anyone. Did not expect such amatuer work from a well known company like Maaco.

They said they were had better prices and I drive an hour and a half for quote. Out of three quotes they were the highest. I Didnt go with them, Ive used them about 10 years ago and at that time they were the best price.

I was so disappointed at Maaco a gun and a pair of sunglasses were stolen out of my car well it was in their possession all they could tell me was were not responsible for things you leave in here well they are responsible cuz its in their custody not mine I can be a little bit more sympathetic and screen their employees a little bit better and had to be one of the people that work there that took my property I did file a police report and I hope they catch him and put him in jail

Kyle and the MAACO guys gave me an estimate for some back to black painting on my almost 20 year old Tundra and completed the job in the same day. The grill, front and back bumpers look great as the paint job definitely made the truck look young again. Appreciate the genuine effort and kind service. I took our 1997 Ford Ranger extended cab pickup truck to Maaco on Central Parkway in Decatur, Al. I was comparing estimates. About 90% of the clear coat was flaked off and the paint was a bit faded. Otherwise body in good shape. I had gotten one estimate at $4K.Ed was the person I spoke to. He walked me step by step thru the process which was posted. He explained the differences in enamel with a clear coat vs urethane paint. I chose the urethane because I didn’t want to deal with potentially peeling clearcoat in the future. There was a small upcharge for that type paint. I think $100. Ed showed me around inside the shop as they had cars in various stages of work and he explained the sanding process, the paint and drying process. He even showed me pinstripes I could choose from. I chose not to use pinstripes. I didn’t want a color change so I didn’t feel the need to have the door jambs, inside the engine area where the hood closes or where the tailgate closes painted. I do have a bedliner in the truck. There is a small fee to remove and reinstall it. But, we had nowhere to store it so, I asked Ed to have them do that. My estimate even with the extras they were doing was very near $700!! They did have a discount offered at that time. I couldn’t believe it!! Ed said they would need the truck the whole week. I took it in on Mon afternoon. Kyle took me home n drove my truck back to the shop. It was ready on Fri afternoon as promised. But, I was concerned about fresh paint and we were due for heavy rains/storms the whole weekend. I didn’t want tree debris to be slammed into the new paint either. I don’t have a garage for the truck. They were kind enough to allow it to stay there and dry more over the weekend. I picked it up Mon. Wow!! What a difference!! The color is beautiful! The work is fantastic! Perfect actually!! No way could I beat the price!! The staff are awesome!! They are friendly, professional and helpful above and beyond !! I also have to thank Mr Willie for removing my tail light asssembly and pushing the wires on tight so it worked again!!! I absolutely without hesitation would recommend Maaco and their wonderful staff to others and would certainly use them again myself!! A definite 5 star ++ experience!!

I was very pleased with the work that was done on my car,the repairs on it was flawless,the damage that was there,looked as if it never happened,as a matter a fact it looks better than it did, I also was able to get it back sooner than expected,so I want go anywhere else THANKS MAACO

Had a deer accident in my trans am ws6 2002 front passenger damage repair and Stage one paint over the entire car. Major things that disappointed me was being told the car was getting sanded before paint and Ive had the car long enough now to notice everything done and sanding was not done as they told me (blemishes where badges was taken off are visibile,cracks in paint not sanded, chipping was just painted over and not sanded) also over the car Ive noticed runs in the paint, fish eyes, and orange peel texture in some places. In repairing my headlight assembly they didnt aim my headlights so they point at the ground in front of the car, high beams wasnt even plugged up, my signal lights wasnt repaired or replaced and the shield under the car was left hanging and eventually tore off from under the car. Was told my car would take a week and it was about 3 weeks before I got the car back, just expected better professional work for the money and time.

Paid almost $2,000 and did 95% of the body work before i sent my chevelle there. Light spots everywhere, tiger stripes, paint all over my brand new tire, rough spots where it wasnt sanded, some places that were never even painted, said it would take a week but it took 2. Beyond pathetic.
