Not only did he contact me on multiple occasions to update me about my vehicle repairs, he went above and beyond to keep his deadline to have the job done. Furthermore, Jose’ cleaned and detailed my car inside and out! I am more than pleased with the service I received, and highly recommend Watkins!

I picked Watkins because of the high ratings/good reviews they already had, and they still managed to exceed all of my expectations. I anticipated this process being stressful and lengthy but they were extremely helpful throughout the entirety of it. They even helped me deal with the red tape of working with my insurance & rental car provider. And of course, they did a fantastic job on my vehicle (you can see the before and after pictures attached). Id like to give a special shoutout to Lazar (I hope I spelled it right) for being so kind and helpful and always keeping me updated on where we were at in the process. I of course hope no one needs to receive body work in the first place, but if you do, this is the spot for you.

So far it has been a bad experience they did complete the work on my car but upon father inspection of my car they did not incomplete work thats all the work thats supposed to been repaired that was in the claim and due to my insurance company progressive Ive been having a hard time hard time again getting into another rental car to put my car back in the shop to let them correct the problem when it should have been fixed the 1st time the repairs are great Jose is ready to fix my car I just think they should have been fixed the 1st time ..I will not be going through this a second time with my insurance company.... And they also burnt up my gas trying to calibrate my front end 50 miles worth they claim

I am so glad to have worked with Watkins Collision! After being cited an exorbitant price and told I would have to wait weeks by another body shop, I came to Watkins. José quickly got the necessary part ordered for a much more reasonable price and had the car fixed in a few days. José is a really good guy to work with, and the team went above and beyond washing my car and cleaning the headlights. I would recommend Watkins to anyone.

This body shop was the highest rated shop on State Farms list, so I chose them for my claim repairs. They have earned every star! To no fault of Watkins, they were having problems getting parts for our vehicle. Jose called us regularly with updates. He went above and beyond to get us our parts as quickly as they could and went to extremes to get us our parts. If we called him, he knew the answer immediately most of the time and if not he found it and called us right back. He made us feel like we were his only customer and certainly his most important one. We had a transport company bring us our car and he even took the time to send us pictures of our vehicle on the truck and made sure it was all taken care of on his end. Then he called a couple days later to be sure all was good. He truly earned our trust that he was making sure EVERYTHING was done correct. I have no plans to be in Atlanta area again but if we ever are and need anything, Watkins would be our first choice. Thank you Jose!

Watkins got my almost 10 year old baby looking like it just drove off the lot after some shoddy work done years prior at a different shop began to corrode. It was done on time and my contact, Jose, was always available to answer questions. He also noticed an area where rust was beginning to form that two other shops had missed when I had the car evaluated while I was shopping around.Highly recommend!

This place is awesome.... Got in a car accident (my first one, so very new to the process). They took the time to explain what to expect, the process, and kept me in the loop along the way. Also, they took care of most of the coordination with the insurance company and rental car. Even had some complications with the repairs being expected to be completed over Thanksgiving - they again made sure everything was squared away! Really appreciated them taking the time (esp. on a day they weren’t technically open) to make sure all was sorted! Highly recommend!!!!

My insurance company told me to choose a company and this one had the highest reviews...now I know why. When I first pulled up, my baby was shining in the sun from a wash and they even cleaned the inside. I have Ram 1500 and got in a fender bender. State farm recommended I use Watkins Collision and I am glad I did. Loak helped me from the moment I walked in the shop until my truck was finished. He was very responsible and gave me a heads up every few days of what parts they were waiting on and updating the date of completion. Watkins comes with a lifetime warranty of parts they fix so will gladly use them again (but hopefully wont have the opportunity haha)

We had the best experience getting our car repaired at Watkins Collision. They went above and beyond to provide quality work and completed the work quicker than expected. The staff (especially Leonede) communicated well and provided excellent customer service! They went as far as driving back to the center twice after business hours. Once so that we could pick up the car AND again when we left our personal items in the rental car. After picking up the car we couldnt tell that it was ever damaged. The paint matched perfectly and the glass was tinted appropriately to match the other windows. If we ever need our cars worked on again we will bring them to Watkins Collision!

I needed the roof of the used car I bought painted, due to weather damage. I got three estimates, and the crew at Watkins were the most like a family business: they clearly are not just there to punch a clock but listened, asked questions, and they enjoy working together. The cost was competitive, the work was done earlier than promised, and the results were flawless: they took the extra trouble to not just read the paint code and spray, but adjust the tint to match the slight fading of the rest of the car. Highly recommended.

FIVE STAR REPAIRS FIVE STAR SERVICE - COULD NOT RECOMMEND LAOK AND THE REST OF THE WATKINS COLLISION CENTER TEAM MORE. I brought my car into Watkins Collision Center after a driver carrying State Farm Insurance rear-ended my car. I was somewhat nervous about the repairs because I never worked with Watkins before, and had to use State Farm to do so even though they arent my carrier.Fortunately, Laok and the rest of the Watkins team not only did a great job of repairing my car, but also did so ahead of schedule, provided frequent status updates, and navigated dealing with two insurance companies as well as managed a snafu with Enterprise (they mixed up my rental reservation with my sisters reservation for a completely different claim/accident/car). I was so pleased with their work that I came back a couple of months later to get some out of pocket body work done. Laok and the Watkins team again blew me away with the speed and quality of their substantive work, as well as their fantastic communication and customer service. I was impressed that they were able to provide a reasonable estimate and timeline for repairs on the same day I brought my car in (Monday), complete my repairs a day earlier than anticipated (Thursday), and come in under their original estimate. I could not recommend Watkins Collision Center more.

I hit an object in the road with my Lexus, messed up my front and whatever it was rolled under the car messing everything under it.I went to Watkins Collision Center because they were highly recommended by my insurance company. Now the customer Service was amazing!! They schedule the tow pick up from my home, worked with insurance company and myself on getting a rental car.They kept me informed and updated on the process. They handled all the paper work with my insurance company and when they were done they called me and I went to pick up my car and it looked amazinggggg!!! SUPER happy with the Service which was TOP notch, A one, I have recommend them to family and friends!! GREAT JOB!!!

I took my car to Watkins Collision Center, because I was still having problems opening and closing my trunk, after paying over three thousand dollars to another auto repair shop in Stockbridge. Alan took the trunk portion of my car apart and was able to ascertain that the original repair shop charged me for a new part but left the damaged/original part inside of my car, which is why the trunk was not closing properly. He put a narrative together for me which I handed over to an attorney so that I can sue the original shop owner. I offered to pay Watkins Collision for all of the time spent dismantling the car, taking pictures, reviewing my original invoice and writing the narrative but Alan refused to take any money from me. The next time I have any damage to my car, I will be taking it to Watkins Collision Center. First class all the way and honest service!
