My mom bought a washer and dryer trying to save money. And within a month, the washer started knocking bad. She has called them on several occasions and they kept saying they would send some inky never did. I attempted several texts and they said the same, but soon stop responding. Now within her 90 days, the dryer doesn’t work. Now, no one is answering or replying back. My mom is very upset and now wants to involve the lawyer and the BBB. This is bad customer service and they are not honoring they’re agreement.

This was the best experience. The delivery was fast and very professional service. My washer works great. I would recommend especially if you can not get out like me she will take care of you. She also removed my old washer just wonderful.

I just brought a dryer yesterday and my husband hooked it up when he got home it sparked when he plugged it in then it was bumping. When he turned it on but it wasnt spinning when he tried to dry the first load i text as soon as we realized the issue we been calling and texting no response at all. I purchased a Samsung set in great condition over a month before my move in date into my new apartment. Crystal was kind enough to hold my set until my move in date and the delivery and set up was as easy as can be. I must say that I was nervous at first because I’m usually an in-store purchaser, but the process was easy and this company is trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them. They made everything about moving, a bit more simpler!

I purchased about a month ago and a women actually delivered it to me and her son. I was surprised! Very good customer service and nice people. My set is great and will come back if need any other appliances. My dryer stopped a few days ago and Crystal stayed true to her word and came out to fix it. I really needed a washer machine. I found this place on FB Marketplace. I was able to get a nice washer at a great price quickly. They also have me a warranty in case I had any issues which was really nice. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would purchase again.

I bought a washer and dryer, it got too my home and didn’t work. Called the manger and she Hong up on me. I went back the next day, of course the manger wasn’t there The lady Nikki was nice and help me. The manger call the police. The police ask the manger to call someone too send a tech out and, she did. The nice guys said they fix it. Hope when we get home it’s fix’s. Thank Nikki for Ur help!!!!! I have been calling for 2 months now for a washer that stopped working after 3 uses. I keep getting the run around as if they dont want to fix it. Its always a different person with a different answer. Its ridiculous 0stars i want my money back or a different machine.

Do not buy from this company! They are a scam! Appliances are old and do not work. They do not honor their warranty. You can not get in touch with them after purchasing. They use a google number, and does not call you back. Stay far away!! They are a scam!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I purchased a washer and dryer from them 8/26/2020 but didn’t use it until 8/30/2020. The first wash cycle was great. The second caused a mini pool in my kitchen. I contacted Rico and he strung me along for over a month about how he was going to replace it, or fix it. I have attempted to call the store, no answer. Call Rico, the phone number is no longer in service. I wouldn’t give them a single star, unfortunately I have to in order to make this post. I’m irate and angry that I was swindled and left with an inoperable washer and dryer set.

So the good thing is they made true to their word. I got a washer dryer and the dryer broke first night. It took all day and a delay but they made it right in the end. just I guess dont expect them to be timely but they stuck to their word so thats why they get five stars.

Bought a washer and dryer set for $275 delivery fee was $65 which add up to $340.00. Thought I was getting a great deal but dryer never worked I never use the dryer not one time!! Crystal the owner was very rude and ghetto!! Please save your money!! Crystal wrote me a long rude text message that you would never imagine a business owner send out to a customer!! Now my next step is taking this business to small claims court please go to another appliance store!!

Bought a kenmore washer and dryer in July and the dryer has already stopped working. It no longer dries. Tried calling but can never get anyone to talk to. Save your money and go elsewhere. This is not a reputable company.
