Had a really great experience with Paul He is really helpful and knowledgeable he is a superb experts when it comes to men cologne he knows the right type of scent that will give you the most compliments you ever had I highly recommend him i bought 6 colognes in the last 3 weeks and each one smells amazing i especially love Green Leather it’s worth every penny

I got some perfume from there cost me $85 and it dont even last all day I doubt I ever come back and buy anything else 😡 well I have to edit my comment because I was able to return the purfume and they even allowed me to return it without the receipt

I hadnt been here for many years. I was only planning to see if their prices and selection of fragrances were still great. Needless to say, the customer service was awesome, the prices and selection of fragrances were amazing, and I spent nearly $400 with them because I was getting such a tremendous deal. I even received some free gifts. I love it here💯

Ive been coming to Perfumania since I was a young child!! Since Covid, ownership has changed and you can definitely tell the difference. Our first time since the change was not pleasant at all. They did not acknowledge us or ask if we needed any assistance. People came in after us, and they still ignored us. Which is how we found out about the ownership change. None of the previous staff is there. They no longer do the $10 gift sets, or the 5 body sprays for $30. They no longer give you the complimentary bag with samples if you spend over $100. They also hiked up all of the prices. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is simply because I had a really pleasant experience when I came in 2 days ago, right before the store closed. Im new to shopping for mens cologne, so I asked to smell multiple fragrances. The lady walked me through the various scents and recommended a few. Her marketing was also on point, as she convinced me to buy a womens fragrance I did not come in for. Great job on the comeback!!

Selection is ok. Some niche products. They are understaffed tho. Bathetic have a big focus on pushing clones of creed and what not. Idk I used to like going there when I was young but now it’s like very much sell sell sell and not much listening to the customers wants. No sir I do not want another creed clone. The manager he was very helpful tho

I purchased Versace gold and now that I spray it I cant smell it, and I dont have covid it was second hand merchandise

I wanted four perfumes out of the four two were very common, I just didn’t want to go to two different places for the same product. The store didn’t have any of them. Why are you called perfuMANIA?

Well I walking in there and bought a couple bottles of cologne. There machine was down according to what she told me... I couldnt use my coupon and my points. I am a loyal customer, I tossed my coupon off to whoever customer was in the store and left paying 100.00 dollars . No gift sets available.

I’ve Been a loyal customer to Perfumania for years... the manger Anitra is very pleasant to work with, she knows her stuff and has been the manger there for years. The rest of the staff is great too. I love going there for the good deals usually 40% off retail price!I would also like to comment that I noticed the bad reviews below. I believe they must be referring to “Paris” the other fragrance store near Perfumania. They are not affiliated what so ever.Thanks!

The finessed me so bad I paid 60 dollars for the perfume that cost 30 in every other store and their “deals” are ridiculous you can’t return it if you do they will give you way less amount that you actually paid. Don’t go there!

I have the same experience with this store like the other customer wrote review about this store, they sold me perfume in the market worth $30 for $90, I try to return it back, they refused to take it back, the manager there his name is Mike treat the customer really bad and they called the security for me, I have really bad experience, I felt I was cheated, my advice never buy from this place in the future and check the price before, otherwise you will be cheated too.
