I took my ring in to be resized it took two and a half weeks. Even though I got an email saying it was getting fixed two days after I took it in. What’s the hold up ? If they carried more than a size 7 maybe there wouldn’t be such a problem 🤷🏼‍♀️

If I could write negative stars I would! this store is completely unprofessional. I have always had good service at other stores but this one is by far the worst. I have called numerous times about my engagement ring being resized and no one tells me anything but it has been over 2 weeks. They just keep hanging up on me. if you can go to another store do! Great CUSTOMER SERVICE... Franklin is always super helpful, patient and polite. If I had one complaint it would be that Kays need to broaden their cherished memories selection, otherwise Im pretty happy the way things turn out at Kays.

Will not come to this one again, totally jipped me out of my money. I wanted to buy something in my price range and the Hispanic lady kept offering me higher things and said that it will be a discount and when i got to the counter she lied and said it will be one price and didnt want to give me my receipt. I requested the receipt though and it was no discount off total scams and I wont be giving them my time or money anymore scam artist. I dont care if you want a good commission dont cheat people out of their money just to get one 😡😠

Me and my fiance have been going here for years, making purchases, but yesterday we went and got treated so rude by an Arabic lady who looked like she wasnt interested in helping us from the get, and lied to me about the store! Well she got cussed out, by me, and we took our business elsewhere, we wont be going back until she is fired.
