Mud pie mojo was my first ice cream from this place and I tell you it was the best. I love it definitely recommend it

This location is the worst of 5 that i visit on a regular basis. The one thing i can count on is this location NOT HAVING WAFFLE BOWLS! I understand locations run out of inventory. It happens. But, i made it a point within a two week period to stop by the store for my regular order and in three visits I got the same info... Were out of waffle bowls. I went just yesterday and i was told the same thing. I waited in the long drive through line to be met with no waffle bowl. Also, i noticed that they scrape and discard more of your specialty ice cream than they put in the bowl, the 1 time i was able to get it from here. I tell people not to waste their time going there and i visit the other locations that operate more efficiently.

Waited in drive thru line for 1/2 hour and was than was told it was closed. No way of knowing...

My goddaughter and I waited in line for 20 minutes to get a shake from cold stone in the drive thru. We were not told that the inside doesn’t do inside service....the machines are not on. But we were told to come in It is 12:45 pm. I really think that’s not good business and somebody needs to talk to the people who are on your drive through and make them aware of this. At this rate you’re not going to have customers or good customer service nor good reviews...😡😡

The greatest treats

Well I went for the first time the other day around 930pm. The server made the ice cream right there. It was very good. She was nice... if I were to go and get rude customer service I would definitely be telling someone about themselves because I would never spend my money somewhere if the server does not show respect and good customer service. Who do people think they are these days ? Do your job ...be nice and go home. Go stock at a warehouse if you dont want to deal with customers ...

Excellent- Though Im supposed to be lactose intolerance, the ice 🧊 cream 🍦 never irritates my stomach.

We were driving by & had to stop because Cold Stone Creamery is so famous!I actually met the owner of Cold Stone Creamery when he did a demo at Disneys Food & Wine Festival a couple years back. :)Featured on Food Networks Cupcake Wars was the ice cream cone cupcake, so I had to order it! It was okay... too much frosting, the cake part was dry, cone doesnt taste good after being baked again :(The mint ice cream was yummmmm! brighter color than what we are used to, but still very creamy.The red velvet poppers were cute, but not the best & kinda dry.The ambiance & look is very cute with some seating inside & a few tables outside. I liked watching the bakers do their thing in the open kitchen on the side.Service was on par, nothing special.We got a slice of blue velvet cake, but I didnt get a chance to try it :( next time....

Never has extra ice cream on hand in case of being low was never open all the way to midnight I went there at 11 and they were closed!! Literally don’t pay attention don’t do their job and I have worked at a cold stone before and when I say I would never treat my customers not talk to my customers the way they do I do mean never !!!!!! Your best bet is to save your gas and maybe call before hand do see if they actually have ice cream because it seems like they never do🙄

Nice Ice Cream, but you will wait for hours here even if there is no line

We were waiting in line for a good 5 minutes behind one other customer. Server starts to serve them then turns to us and tells us she is closed after this customer even though it clear states the shop is open for another hour. 😡 Wasnt even nice about it. Took our business to the Sonic next door. Never returning to this location!

I went here about 3 wks ago to get my son some Ice cream, not knowing that they werent open inly Tim Hortons. However, they were nice enough to allow us to get the ice cream as well. The lady who waited on us was very patient, respectful and friendly to my son.

Horrible place to go to. They gave me liquid ice cream rather than a frozen one. I told them to make me a new one because I did not order a melted ice cream, however, they told me that I must pay for the melted ice cream which was their fault not mine. The employees where also very nasty, their hands were full of ice cream, as they repeatedly touched customers ice cream and wiped ice cream off the cups. I have been to other cold stone stores and I did not experience this anywhere. I would truly rate this zero stars if I can. Never going to come back again and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Let me start of with they have 2 lines One Apparently for Tim Horton and the other for cold stoneNow the issue is that there is no signage whatsoever to tell you what line to wait in for cold stone BTW it’s the first lineSo they apparently automatically assume that you are supposed to know what you wantThis is only my second time at cold stone in my life so I don’t know how they expect that from a new customer

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came in at 10:45 and they told me they were closed when they close at 12. Drove 15 minutes to get ice cream an hour before they close & the little teenager behind the counter refused to serve us, even after I stated that I knew they closed at 12. Will stick to store bought ice cream from now on. Oh well.

Used DoorDash to order a bunch of shakes and they tasted great. No chunks and still cold.

I always prefer to go to Cold Stone creamery over the other creamery shops, I like to get the coffee ice cream or mint with vanilla. Nice staff and cozy place .

Went at 9:30 today to cold stone. While one server was ready to take the order the other one aksed her not to do so saying it is closed. Funny! Pretty arrogant server. The servers think they own the place. No value for customer. Would have given zero if i could.

The ice cream was so delicious. It was a little bit expensive but its worth.

Fair selection of ice creams and toppings. You can also get coffee here as it is a Tim Hortons combo place. Customer relations should be a top priority in the food industry.

I would really rate this place zero stars if I can. The customers service is horrible, they gave me a melted ice cream. This employees were very nasty, their hands were all over the ice cream. I have been to the cold stone in Allen Park and I can tell you that their is a great difference, the cold stone in Allen Park is so much cleaner and actually cares about the customers.

Beware!! This place puts chocolate cake pieces instead of brownies.. total bull ****.. tastes terrible and customer service is beyond poor! Zero stars

We showed up at 11:20pm and they claimed they were closed. Should’ve closed at midnight. There were other customers in front of us that just got ice cream. (Thursday 10/3/19). Horrible service.

No point of the cold stone in there if no ones going to be working it. We stood in line for 10 mins and no one approached us. We asked if anyone is working the ice cream stand and all 5 employees standing there looked around confused as if cold stone didn’t exist in this location. Finally, a young man took his ear piece off and came to help us.

Open for business, no one answering the phones and no online orders.

They refused to serve me 21 minutes before closing time (during Ramadan), after Id been at the counter 3 minutes at least. At 1139 the worker switched the lights off and said Were closed, the supervisor said so....and the supervisor ran off as she said this.She couldve just served me then shut down early but she literally shut it down in my face when I had waited through her to finishing the other customer...that was beyond lazy, it was very rude.

Manager was rude getting in a costumers face saying thank you have a good day in a sarcastic unprofessional way many times, even though they got the order wrong and still wanted to deliver such rude attitude while costumer was calm and did not give attitude, costumer also showed them the reciept and all the evidence but still got rudely interrupted many times such disgust.

It was quick, it was convenient and it was coldstone 😊
