My son, his fiance and I stopped in this Baskin Robins for some ice cream on October 12, 2021. It used to be 31 flavors but they only had 8 different ice creams available to choose from. So we were just going to pick from those available and I asked for a banana split. He said no, we dont have. I said what dont you have? He said we dont have. Again I said what dont you have? He said bananas. I said you have 25 or so bananas on that banana rack right there. He said we only use those for smoothies what the heck! Really! We went to DQ

I ordered a dozen donuts. The donuts were not fresh, but I didnt find out until we got home and ate them. They were very dry. The girl at the counter was rushing me to select Donuts although I was the only customer in the store. Right after I said I wanted a dozen donuts she said, would you like to select them. I said, yes, give me a minute. 30 seconds after I said give me a minute shes says, what would you like? I said, let me make a phone call to see what others in my household would like. She said, okay. While Im on the phone and its literally ringin, she says what would you like? I held up a finger to say hold on one minute, she nodded, paused and said, what would you like? I ignored her until I was sure of my selections. When I left there was still no other customers. I surely will not be returning.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. This location is so slow for no apparent reason. But enough about that, lets talk about my experience today.I went through the drive-thru line for 2 scoops of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream in a cup. Once I was given my cup, I drove about 30ft away from the window when I realized my Ice Cream doesnt look to be what I ordered.It was cars behind me so I parked and decided to go in the lobby area to exchange it. I was greated by a male that asked me what was wrong. I asked him is this like a new cookie dough you carry now. I showed him the cream and he says thats our cookie dough. He also stated thats always been our cookie dough, thats how it looks.He says wait a second then a women comes over. She asks how could she help me. I assume she was in some sort of leadership role. She asked what the problem was because I came in holding Ice cream in a cup and I had questions about it.I explained to her that this isnt what I ordered. She asked what was my order. I said 2 scoops of cookie dough. She looked at it and assured me that I indeed had cookie dough. I said no this isnt cookie dough. She says unfortunately sir it is. I then disagreed with her again.A young girl then interjected, she says I scooped the cream and that is our cookie dough, let me show you. She walks me over to the cream and points. I said, thats says VEGAN Cookie dough. So now you give people Vegan cookie dough without telling them when the ask for cookie dough. She says well thats all we have.A young male standing near her overheard us and said, No, do you want this sir, while pointing. There it is sitting there Regular cookie dough. I said yes thats it. The girl that scooped my 2 scoops looks at the regular cookie dough sitting there. She didnt say a word. Not a sorry or apology or my bad, nothing.She just grabbed a cup, scooped the cream and put it on the counter.How does THREE PEOPLE working at a Ice cream place not know about standard, non vegan cookie dough Ice cream. People in this location is just useless and slow.Wont be back and you should never go here either!

Wow! Pulled up at 840pm. Doors were locked. People inside eating food. My kids and I sat there googling to find another location to get ice cream while the other customers stared at us through the window. Must have been friends of the workers. Well, I’ll never spend a penny there

I ordered doordash tonight and they were out of something i ordered but instead of just swnding my order anyway they called and compensated me and went a step further and added on my order free of charge i was beyond pleased and my family and I have so much gratitude for this location. They showed us a great example of holiday spirit and generosity .

I made a purchase there for 15.59. I gave the cashier a $20 bill. I received $4.25 as my change it was told they were not able to give me exact change due to coin shortage. They found it acceptable that I be short $0.14 rather than them being shorted $0.09. I believe this business to be principally flawed and I will never return.

Great latte and doughnuts

I bought two birthday icecream cakes from 24235 Michigan ave, Dearborn, mi location. I asked the rep if they can write happy birthday on the cakes. He said no because they were prepackaged. Other locations 9406 telegraph redford twp did it for me. Also I asked the rep if he can offer a some discounts since I was buying two cakes. He said he couldnt. Other locations like the one in Redford twp had done it for me. The Redford twp location were out of cakes so I had no other choice but to go to the Dearborn location and I need a cake for my daughter birthday. I will never go there again.

Ran by kids who don’t care about providing good service. Didn’t give me the drink I wanted and didn’t think to fix the issue. We will not be back.

They were charging $1.50 per scoop instead of $1.31 as advertised on social media. The employee who assembled my cone didnt put any ice cream in the cone itself, so it wasnt stabilized and one of my fingers went through the side and then the top-heavy two scoops shifted and the cone crumbled and I had to catch the whole thing in my hands so it didnt fall on the floor.Other than that, the person who gave me samples and made the cone was nice/pleasant.

A grubby looking teen server mumbled through the drive through speaker. Despite ordering clearly, the order was misunderstood. After sitting at the drive through window and never being waited on I drove off. Will certainly not return

Disappointing. Two servers had a hard time figuring out counter coverage. Counters dirty. No ice cream quarts or cakes in display refrigerator. Had to tell the server my order three times, and she still had it wrong. Had to wait 10 minutes to get refund for second sundae that I didnt order. This BR has been in the same location for many years, and Im not sure Ill visit again. Too bad.

Wanted to Banana Splits. Had no vanilla ice cream, and no strawberry ice cream, had no hot fudge. Now I remember why I go to the one several miles down the road.

How is this place still open? Pulled into the drive thru on a Monday night (since dairy queen was closed).. no other customers inside or in the drive thru. More than 3 people working.... yet couldnt get an order of 3 things correct. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but thats inexcusable.

They have really good flavours and good quantity and quality. The prices are okay, not too bad.

Bad reviews nearly scared is away but we had a great experience. All the flavors and toppings were available. We came in the afternoon. Posted hours are 6am till 10pm.

The wait at this Baskin Robins is ridiculous. There was only one car ahead of me and I waited 25 minutes. Not only that, I had to repeat my order 5x and when I got to the window she asked “what did you have again” and I had to repeat it for her. When I received my order, it was wrong. Go figure. Total of 40 minutes for some simple scoops of ice cream and someone who can’t get an order right. Never coming back here.

They close early even though they advertise 24 hours. I called them sitting in the drive thru, no answer. Knocked at the window, no answer. & went to the front door where the flashing open sign was still on. False advisement. Also when they do help, they mess your order up completely and take forever to make one drink.

Only one person running the drive thru and front counter. Instead of alternating between the two he just takes and makes all the drive thru orders. So I left and after reading the reviews Im so happy I did. Just went ro Kroger instead

This location always runs out of everything. How can you be out of milk and hot fudge? Someone needs to learn how to properly take inventory.

I got an Oreo milkshake and it was poorly made. It tasted more like chocolate then Oreo. My boyfriend got a pistachio sundae and it was missing fudge so he went back. She seemed as if it was a little bit of a bother. Not please with this space.

Tried going through the drive through. They dont list the flavors on the board. We asked if they had Mackinaw Island fudge or moose tracks and received a very rude, No. No suggestion of a similar flavor, no apology. We left without buying anything.

I go here often. I work nearby and in good weather i walk here for lunch. Their customer service is horrible. at best it is blah. the last time i ordered the girl behind the counter HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT and gave the wrong order. this time i ordered a malt milkshake for myself and a sundae for my daughter. i ordered half oreo and half choc chip cookie dough. and she actually asked if i wanted two scoops then?duh and also, when did they stop giving whipped cream on their ice cream sundaes and milkshakes? i SPECIFICALLY asked for whipped cream the last time and they didnt give it, AND they didnt this time too (as well as the other times ive visited the store in the past, except once). no rhyme or reason to this. also i visited the website for them and it said hey ask about our gluten free options). i did and the lady said NO they dont have gluten free ice cream. i checked online and they gave a list and said the flavors on the list were not special made, they just come gluten free. I dont blame the lady for this, she shouldve been trained better. i would recommend passing this by, i know i will be looking for another place to spend my lunch time/money.
