I just spent $80 here for some stuff I needed. It’s 8:30 am and tanina I think her name is followed me around the store from the moment I walked in. She was commenting about people stealing and what she did was make me feel like a criminal. This was so uncomfortable and unnecessary.

Pharmacy very efficient and helpful if I have questions.

Last night at 9:55pm-5 min before closing I was headed to cash out when the ‘manager’ Carol- u can’t miss her.. literally, without an ounce of kindness, proper customer service, or kindness- RUDELY demands that I go cash out. I told her I was I apologized saying that I was simply organizing the plants that I was admiring. She proceeded to raise her voice saying “I DONT NEED YOU TO ORGANIZE ANYTHING I ASKED U TO COME CHECK OUT 5 min ago! At which point I responded “ no, u never asked - u rudely demanded.” I also reminded her (being as I support All our local businesses and have NEVER EVER HAD ANY ALTERCATION/issues - even with the entire staff there! They ALL KNOW ME WELL AND WE TREAT ONE ANOTHER W KINDNESS AND RESPECT. She wasn’t having it- mind u- it’s still technically NOT 10pm! I reminded her how everytime I come in I’m kind to her /complimenting her often pink/purple hair etc.. and I’m always spoken to rudely regardless of my kindness- I had been there for 2 hours accumulated over 2-300$ worth of stuff.. and I realized no matter how much I contained my anger, she was not feeling up to doing her job- I made that assumption from the hour looking at plants that she did not MOVE from her seat - never asked if I needed assistance etc.. instead spent her time gossiping about God knows who.. I, personally do not think she is someone u want as the “‘Manager”. Instead of making people WANT to come back she actually makes them not want to return. Iv been going there for YEARS.. and I’ve NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED THR DISRESPECT/sooo out of order behavior I did last night.. but she wasn’t done... I parked my truck seto not face her so she wouldn’t feel “threatened in ANY way’ but as expected she stlll called the police not only did she do that but she lied and told them I THREATENED HER! I was dumbfounded- iv NEVER HAD ANY ISSUE W THE LAW- or Anyone for that matter.. it could have been my ethnicity, or several other reasons- regardless, her behavior was FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL AND FAR FROM THE REPUTATION I KNOW YOU TAKE EXTREMELY SERIOUSLY. She proceeded to kick me out. Told me she would be informing other managers not to let me ever shop there- if anything was threatening-that was- as well as DEGRADING. I plan on filing a suit- giving all the details I haven’t shared yet- I left a message last night at corporate but nobody has gotten back yet. I was extremely distraught all night I was made to feel dirtier than garage..there was another worker there who witnessed the entire incident he was a sweet older man but seemed afraid to speak against her - I’m sure he will do the right thing and tell u what really happened.. I will not rest until I know NOBODY will EVER BE TREATED W SUCH VILE BEHAVIOR SO HELP ME GOD.. I truly pray u will look into this to your fullest Capacity- not asking her her version but take the time to watch/listen to the security footage.. the eye in the sky never lies . Before walgreens and cvs became dominant national brands, there was rite aid. Prices are good and i think better than the bigger stores. The condition of the store could be better. Not very busy and the staff are helpful.

Staff is not very helpful and around when you need them and prices are not that great, they do have some hard to find items that other chains dont carry.If this review helped you please click the like button, thanks
