This is such a cool spot! Inside the original Foot Locker, all the way in the back. This is Pumas attempt at athletic gear and I think they pulled it off! Historic pictures in the rain of from t-shirts to full Trump suit running shoes for casual to street wear and gym attire. The staff is super friendly and great at offering suggestions!

Today I waited 2hrs outside then another 1hr inside the mall outside of the footlocker door with many others awaiting the release of the Yeezy Breds, right before they opened they came out and said that they were not selling to the general public after saying they had many pairs still in stock.

The salesperson was very helpful,he checked nearby stores for my sizes so that I could still get what I wanted.

First time shopping in a footlocker store went in looking around great selection helpful staff picked up a pair of sneakers for myself and my niece and the staff were great got helped by a lady named Sydney and a young man who went by R.K the store managed to stay clean and socially distanced but still had plenty of room for people to shop 10/10

Terrible service. I went to buy air huarache. I was ask for sale associae for help. I told them the size and shoe I wanted. The guy goes in the back to find the shoe, later come back to say that they did not have. However, when I looked online it stated they had the shoe. He said oh no I could not find it. I thank God for a mother who cant gear the Holy Spirit because she said go to ladys Footlocker. I went to ladys Footlocker and am female sales associate was able to locate the shoe. I asked her, why wasnt the other sales associate was not able to locate the shoe. She said he is irritating he just did not want to find the shoe. Two days later I had to return the shoe because it needed a bigger size. The manager claim the shoe could not be returned because I wore it one time. Its a brand new shoe. Please do not go here. Terrible customer service!!!

Phone is always off the hook or no one answers. This is the case EVERY DAY. Take for instance, today is Sunday @12:14p (they open at 11a). and nope, no answer. Footlocker can you please find out what this store needs so we as customers can recieve quality service? Especially since we give you our “quality money”. Note: Feel free to respond.

Lots of great shoes. Great staff. Go on the weekend, most of the customers smell like weed so you can get a contact buzz for free.

Beautiful and well displayed store . However No one greet you or approach you or seems available even by eye contact. I spend around 20 mins there but couldnt decide or fine the right size slipper so I walked next door to Jcpenney and bought slipper in 4 mins ...

This store has a good variety of shoes,but some of the staff is very rude they do not speak,If You dont like your job than quit.You than call the store noone ever answer it will ring until you call again and all of the sudden the phone is off of the hook.I understand this is fairlane mall but at least be one of the best store out the mall I mean dont get me wrong there are still a few good stores with good customer service,but footlocker is a store where EVERYONEgoes get it together.

Drove 45 minutes for yeezy raffle just to be told they decided to stop the raffle early. 4 hours before closing time. Didnt even apologize. Terrible service, avoid this mall unless you like being treated poorly.

For the fairlane mall men’s footlocker it states its opened since 9:30am but the staff in there didn’t open the door till 10am.
