If I could leave zero stars I would, absolute rude customer service in there on 5/14/21 no idea why I spent over $250, I asked them about a upcoming shoe release and the girl said if I wanted them I would have to give her $100 cash now to secure them and also pay full price release day, so almost $300 for a $200 shoe when they aren’t a consignment shop? Some sketchy stuff going on up here with rude customer service if I owned this place I’d get a grip on it cause it won’t last in times like these

Absolute worst shopping experience in my life, I was treated as an inconvenience and from across the store was accused by the manager of messing their T-shirt pile, that I was at least 30 feet away from and the manager had the audacity to tell me that she “doesn’t have time for this” while on the clock during work hours ... I made a purchase moments before, which I immediately tried to return. As a consumer I choose who I spend the money I earn with as much as I choose what to spend it on... The manager told me that I’ll have to come back in the morning for my return because, again, “she don’t have time for this” at 8pm when the store doesn’t close until 9pm. Rude is compliment, if you wish to be treated like a dog and stereotyped while you spend your money, Snipes on Michigan ave in Dearborn is the place for you

Covid awareness with the employees. Provided hand sanitizer upon entering and great customer services and communication.

Due to COVID..only a good 6 people are allowed inside the building

Walked into snipes first thing we were asked was to use hand sanitizer which is fine I know covid is still around but other then that the workers did not interact at all with us! They were too busy talking worse experiences ever. Since covid hit nobody actually wants to work lol checkout was great overall with the cashier!#mystershopper

Didnt have my size have a decent selection

Ill never shop here again. I buy these nike presto for $120 I wear them and notice my foot is being irritated. I look inside I have this plastic thread stitched through the inside of the shoe. I take them back within the 7day period they say no exchange its just a thread. I could of gotten better shoes at TjMaxx. If I was a shoe collector these definitely would go back these (outlet) quality

I really enjoy going to snipes because they always have a variety of things to choose from that you wont always find at the mall.they have a nice selection for both men and women.sometimes the service isnt always great.the girls are sometimes sarcastic but I guess you have to have thick skin to go in there.its happened more than once.i always appreciate good service with a good attitude.when i go in there I would rather find things on my own instead of asking for help.

My Son had tagged me in a bunch of posts on FB with Mr. Alans attire... So I decided to order him a couple of items that he had wanted for Christmas. Not knowing the company at all I still decided to give them a try. I had accidentally clicked on the wrong item and had to return it all the way from Utah!! Volanda and the crew were SO amazing and so very helpful in helping me correct my mistake. Everything arrived on time and also packaged VERY nice. I will absolutely continue my business with this company and refer them over and over! Thanks to all that helped me out and also who made my sons Christmas so great!!!!

Horrible Customer Service!My husband asked me to return a pair of shoes on Wednesday. When I got there no one said hello but did ask if they can Help Me then I was told I needed to bring a MVP card to return my shoe I left and returned the next day to be told I needed to return the shoe at the same place I bought it. When I asked Shawn the man who Helped Me now for the second time why he didnt say that yesterday he told me it wasnt the same pair of shoes. (CALLING ME A LAIR) when I said yes it was he then pointed to the door and began doing something else. If he would have just said Im sorry I didnt realize it was an limited shoe and unfortunately you have to return it to the same store it was purchased Instead of calling me a LAIR! I swear some people need to realize they work in CUSTOMER SERVICE and learn how to give it!

Let me tell you my experience with these guys...i call for the air jordan bred 1 a week ago asking if its raffle or first come first serve, they told me first come first serve... i go there today wait outside for 9 hours, and as everyone that had the winning raffle i asked what size they got no one won my size (9) one of the most common sizes, one of the workers is talking to a guy out there for a good 30 minutes im pretty sure hes trying to make some money on the side for himself, 10:00 hits, we go in theres only a size 15 left. i seen everyone that walked in and out of that store only 4-5 people actually came with the ticket.. im like this is unbelieveable so i walked out. i asked the guy that the worker was talkig to what size he wanted he said 9 haha... the workers are snakes trying to make themselves a quick bite and corporate when you read this i want you to email me. im not playing any more games. im gonna give you 2 days then im telling all my friends family everyone to never shop there again. worst experience of my life.

Snipes shoe game is good, but this is no MR.ALLENS. You must know that the clothes that you sell are just for kids, your mens clothing section is missing, and your hat game is missing the mark too. Please get more options for mens clothing we miss the one stop shop that this business provided for us in the past.
