I dont take my car anywhere else. The service team from the front counter to the guys in the bays are absolutely top notch. They are very communicative and knowledgeable about whatever is happening with your car. Without a doubt, best place for routine and preventative maintenance.
I was very pleased with the service I received at Village Ford. Everyone I worked with from the individual I spoke with in the beginning over the phone all the way up to the manager of sales went out of their way to make sure I received the level of service that anyone would expect when purchasing a new vehicle. The financial department did their very best to provide me with the best deal and lowest monthly payments possible. I couldnt be more satisfied with my purchase.

Service is always quick and the staff is nice. Before Covid they had one of the best waiting areas. They had a grill where you could order hot food and snacks, along with a coffee station. The waiting area is still nice and set up for social distancing but no more food. They are very thorough

I have used this establishments services for several years and not had an issue. The last time I used their services will be my last.First was with regards to the shuttle. A major driver for me to go to this place is it is next to work and theyll take me to work and pick me up. No loss in time really. This usually works. Once, after an hour and a half of waiting for the shuttle to return me I walked the 3 miles, it was the end of the day. I call this neutral since the next time I needed a shuttle it was faster than expected, however, after waiting 15-20 minutes I walked it again. I mainly want to warn you the shuttle is a convenience, it might not come for you.I requested work... They did not do the work... But they comped me a rental and gave me a discount on the work. This was a positive. I get it, mistakes happen and they didnt stick me with the bill for their mistake. +2 starsThey did a brake job... Did not put everything back right and the dust shield got dragged into the rotor... They said no damage and fixed free of charge. -1 starTurns out a bearing had gone bad. It had been that way for approximately 40k miles. I had told them it was making that noise 5 times and asked them to check. Was told everything is fine. Additionally they just replaced those breaks. Didnt the tech have to repackage those bearings when replacing the rotor? -5 starsI was going here for service because it was convenient, I am not a mechanic, and I am terrible at keeping up with maintenance. The bearing showed me they really are not going to take care of me. Though I must admit in the past they did better than others. One dealership failed to connect up the power system and destroyed part of the AC system due to a loose belt flipping around. Another dealership failed to properly install the air filter and it was exposed becaming moldy (this dealership replaced free of charge).
With the new norm of masking and social distancing, its great to see a company making it work. I signed up for my appointment online, was greeted as soon as I drove up by a tech who was masked and gloved. The changed my appointment from standard service to quick lane since my issue was only a bad tire. Inside, they are only allowing a certain amount of people at a time, with marked spaces for people who are waiting.... they got me in fast, got me out fast and all done in an extremely professional manner. I had an issue with paperwork that they called me on, they found the problem, and were able to fix my tire quickly. When I picked up the vehicle, it was clean (looks like it had been wiped down prior to me getting there) and getting out was easy peasy. Highly recommend the service dept here.........great job!
I have been to three different Quick Lanes since buying my car a year ago. This one is by far the best! The staff was super friendly and made sure to give me updates on my car while I was waiting, the waiting areas are very nice (theres even a cafe), and they even came by and brought me biscotti. Its the details like this that really impressed me and set Village Ford apart from other places.

My wife went in prior to closing with a bad tire. She just hit a pot hole. They got her on the road with a new tire in 20 minutes. Bravo..not the first time she stopped for an emergency. These guys were great. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend village Ford.
Good, honest people. I came in prematurely for an oil change (at the recommendation of my previous quick lane which I learned was just trying to rip me off) and not only did they go check my vehicle before making me wait for no reason, they saw that I didnt need an oil change at all. They took me to my car and showed me how to check my oil life, and said I did not need to spend money on an oil change yet. Instead of trying to rip off a girl because she presumably knows nothing about cars, they took care of me. Definitely my new permanent service center, thank you!

Working with Tyson to get tires was great. He had answers to whatever questions I had and the mount / balance was quicker than I thought it would. He even came from behind the counter to help an older lady pick up things that fell out of her purse.Its hard to believe people selling car parts and service arent trying to rip you off, but I trust the people at this quicklane.
I went in for brake pads. Prices were on the high side of average, work was standard. I got stand out service from Savannah and the rest of the front of the house.

Does Village Ford have the Quick Lane service? My husband went there for oil change three times this month and he was told to wait 2.5 to 4 hours every time, so he left. After the third time, he went to Jack Demmer Lincoln and the job was done in 30 minutes.

Quick Lane???? Ask my wife to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change. Then when I told her to leave they said your warranty will be voided if you go somewhere else. This place is a joke!
Great customer service. I drop my truck off, get a free shuttle ride to work, and then they pick me up when its done.
