Just got in to town for a wedding and had a flat. Called Monroe tire to see about some help. I cant say enough about the team here. They handled our situation quickly and didnt try to up sell us. They went out, found us a tire, and had it mounted with time to spare to get to the wedding on time. Kudos to these guys. Excellent customer service. Keep it going.

These guys are awesome! Fixed my car damaged by driving inn flooded street. Pulled in needing shroud repair to drive out east next day. Fixed in a few minutes no charge! They are real lifesavers! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Hands down best experience I had with a tire shop. Mike and Matt were honest about pricing both cheap tires and expensive ones and the benifits. They made me laugh and they got me right in. They did not pressure me to do anything additional however they explained the benifits of the protection so I of course purchased that. They really were all around great guys. This place is awesome. I was impressed by their integrity when they informed me about a less expensive option for a part that i needed instead of selling me something more expensive from their stock. Very friendly staff but Im not sure the mechanics are top notch? Some things were mentioned upon pickup that didnt sit well with me. Putting a bearing race on backwards...changing the parts needed several times, etc. They were super nice so that helped a bit.

Brought my 2010 Fusion in for a quick brake job on a Saturday just after 3pm. There were no other customers in the que, so they immediately got to work on it. Replaced rear rotors & pads for a reasonable price by 4:45.I would return for brake work. Cant speak to other mechanical work.

Michael & Matthew were not only hilarious they were very hospitable towards me while I waited for the front brake pads to be replaced on my 2014 Hyundai Elantra. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Great job guys!!!

I had a flat tire and it appeared to be slashed these guys are angels from heaven i didnt have it to get another one so they blessed me with a new tire and got me back on the rode i will definitely go back not just because of that because they actually cared genuinely about my situation.It was the day of my cousin funeral service was fast and they were so friendly.

I came here to get my brakes inspected as well as my wheels. Sam and the mechanic was not only very professional, they were very knowledgeable. I was even able to look with the mechanic under the vehicle which showed a tie rod that was about to snap. Was able to get all the worked needed at a great price with the best warranties. I brought my vehicle here for what I believed to be a very small issue. The issue was diagnosed to be much more serious and outside of the scope of work that could be repaired here. Everyone I spoke with at Monro was kind, helpful, informative and patient. In addition, I was grateful for the specific information that was offered to support me in safely and affordably completing this repair elsewhere. I later found out that this diagnosis was incorrect and the repair was not nearly as serious. I still appreciate the way business was handled and how much information was provided to me, despite the frustration of unnecessary stress from the wrong diagnosis.

Mike is the best! He was able to work with me on my overall price despite having to replace a couple of items on my suspension and still get the full benefits on my new tires! Definitely have a customer for a long time and I definitely recommend this location over the other locations!

Dishonest mechanic. An inspection turned $474.00 for none sense. when called to verify what was brake fluid exchange or TPM wheel alignments.. or the CV shaft without any explanation...the owner said it was not to my liking. then asked if the car is safe he said yeah... will file a complaint to the state.

My car needed a drastic oil change today and I called these guys up, they said come on by asap even though they were about to close, they got my car beyond right in a ridiculously quick amount of time, they reccomended what I should repair aswell and not on any scammer stuff either, I pulled in with an almost dead ride and pulled out to a brand new car yo, 100% got my business 💪

My first experience was a excellent, was telling everyone I knew, brought new tires David and his associates took very good care of me, when I left there my car was driving like a new car, second experience was Monday had a slow leak, got tire fix and rotated, still driving like a new car, its a 2011 Ford Focus,I know my Aunt Ann went there, shes happy too.

My wife had a check engine light on. They fixed it quickly and was very affordable. Able to diagnose quickly. They were incredibly kind and reasonable. Heard a weird noise with my car and came in. Right away they saw how minor the issue was and fixed it free of charge. Very much recommended for customer service alone but we have been very impressed with their customer service.

Excellent service by caring mechanics. I visited this location a year ago and recently did alignment on two cars. Sam and KD took their time and made sure that the work is completed in a timely manner. Wait time was also minimal. I highly recommend this location and its staff.

Worst service I ever had on any of my cars! I had many car problems and I’ve visited many mechanics but I can tell these guys aren’t professional at all. Went there for a simple alignment but they started bringing up problems in my car that I had to fix but after the service, my car was worse then ever was! Went back to them but they got there money already so they didn’t bother talking about anything. Worst experience ever

INCOMPETENT when it came to my alignment and that of my daughter on the same day. When we went back ( with an appointment) they said the ONLY certified mechanic moved to another location.....I have a phone number.... they should have called to tell us. NEVER AGAIN!

If your car is drivable, drive it somewhere else.I came to them with a simple alignment request, and they tried to sell me on rusted parts that upon second inspection by Belle Tire concluded that the part was perfectly fine. So I didnt get the alignment and I definitely didnt have them work on my car, they should be closed down for this. You cant run a business on lies. Ill never recommend you come here.

Stopped to get my slow leaking tire fixed. The staff was very nice and helpful. They told me how long it would take and they got it done quickly. I left happy and with a fully aired tire.

Needed new tires. It was 100 dollars cheaper than belle tire for the exact same tires so I went here. Bell tire told me it would take a minimum of 5 hours, this place got it done in under 1 hour. The guy in the shop was super chill

Just wow. They guessed my diagnosis, it could be this or it could be that? You can try this (OVER $100 REPAIR) if that doesnt work you have to go somewhere that does electrical... So I go somewhere else get the same diagnostic check execpt an ON POINT proper diagnosis, and its fixed, like New.

Came in last year and got a quote for an alignment and for a rack and pinion replacement. Thought the price was high at the and held off on it. Decided to come in last week because my tires were worn from the poor alignment. Even a year later Greg, the manager, honored the original quote and got my car fixed up in two days (It was a big job) since I needed to travel out of town.Greg would follow up with me periodically and gave me the low down on what was wrong and how it affects the car. Being in automotive industry, I know what he was saying was correct and made sense. The price was high due to the work needing to be done but was within my expectations for the type of work.Overall, I would highly recommend this place for their work and professionalism. Really great people and Greg is the nicest guy youll meet!

The manager Hussein was kind, helpful, and provided me with a price and time estimate for my exhaust problems over the phone. A competitor nearby charged $40 just to look at the car and wanted $620 for the job. I wish i wouldve gone here first as they wouldve looked at it for free and only charged me $480! They stuck to their word on both the time and price of the job, both of which were better than any place nearby by a long shot. I will definitely be returning for any future car troubles!

One of the most horrible shops I have ever been to. First the guy behind the counter Greg was very rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate and doesn’t care about customers. They double booked me had me sitting in the waiting room without explaining what was going to be done and even worse gave me a quote the previous day over the phone but upon arrival changed the price on me. During over conversation about the price a guy drove my car into the bay to start oil change but at this time I wanted to take my business elsewhere so Greg got mad started kicking trash cans yelling your driving a $50,000 car but don’t want to pay $100 for a oil change!!! Sure don’t buddy not after your service plus you needing to call to get help on how to do it!!!! Ha clown!!!!!

This tire place is amazing! John was extremely helpful and pleasant. The shop was clean and service was quick. I went with my mom, Cathy to get an oil change and I’m really happy she was treated well. We ran late for our appointment because of a family emergency and they were accommodating. There’s bottled water and coffee, plus it doesn’t smell weird and they were clean lol (some places don’t have this to offer, I didn’t know it was a blessing either lol.)

Would never recommend this shop to anyone. Took my car in to have my suspension inspected and he came back to tell me all my sway bar links are bad and struts and all my brakes. And also told me my hub bearing was so bad my tire was going to fall off. Then started talking about the gas line which has never given me an issue and still hasnt. Then threatened to tow my car saying it isnt street legal. I took it to my mechanic and he told me all the brakes are good all the sway bar links are good. Sturts arent the best but we do live in michigan so no surprise. And the hub bearing just started to get bad. I really wanna take my car back up there and ask him if what he was seeing. Cause after my mechanic showed me everything he said was bad and ended up being solid i wonder if they know anything about cars.
