I will not buy a car again from this place. First, when checking for a loan they suggested higher APR than expected, and when I told them I can get it from my bank for half that APR, they were able to find me another one for lower APR! This should happen from the beginning! Second, it took more than 3 hours to finalize this, me and my family were waiting there! Third, The car we got supposed to be Nissan certified! but we found the car damaged in two places. We noticed that before buying the car, and they said no issue they will take care of that, just to find later that we were responsible to call the maintenance department, and take an appointment! You should arrange these thing as the damage was their when we took the car! Fourth, one of the keys was not working properly intermittently, and when when we raised this, one of their manager said how should we know what!!! Of course it took some discussion to convince him they need to check the car and the key! even though, I brought the car twice for this same issue, and it is still happening !!

I scheduled a full check up/diagnostic for my recently purchased 07,350-Z. On the morning of my appointment, I was promptly greeted by service representative, Ms L.. Galeana. Within a few minutes my vehicle was written up and taken in . Less than two (2) hours later I received a call from Ms. L. Galeana that my was ready for pick up. Proficient work. Very clean environment.

Was there to replace key fob and program new fob, that place needs management really bad! 1 person in service department, employee walking Arlington they’re phones, customers standing in showroom no one walking out to assist customers. I was there 3 1/2 hrs. The guy assisting me tried telling me I most likely did not have a warranty on my key fobs. I said we won’t know unless we call. He came and told me my fob with programming would be $388. I asked well Sud you call about the warranty, he said “no”, really! WIted another 1hr, go to the desk, he says “they had me on hold, I hung up”, really! So I called, low and behold I got someone immediately on the line! I literally believe he lied and never called! And I had a warranty! ThT place is a joke!

Bought a Nissan from the previously named Nissan dealership at the same exact location (many of the same employees too) with free oil changes for life that turned into 50% off when they changed their name...shady at best!

I do not recommend this dealer at all. Car repair prices are crazy too high.I took my nissan car to this dealer for some repairs.They will make you believe that they found many faults in your car and they fix it. But The truth is not.they do not have special collision.they do not care abut you if you makes debt or credit 💳 to give them your money.… My advice is don’t lose your money here…Find someone else who takes care of your car and tells you Exactly just what your car needs at a much cheaper price than this dealer.So bad services so bad prices.

Took my 2014 Rogue there that was throwing a P0776 code. The same code Nissan put a TSB out there showing them how to fix step by step. before I dropped my car off I called to make sure they actually fixed the transmission of the vehicles they sell. was told yes. So, the truth is they will only read a code, and reccomend replacing the entire transmission to the tune of 4k, because they wont actually work on them at all for any reason. the only answer is full replacement. The skill level of the tech is that of the guy with the code reader at Auto Zone, not to insult the workers at Auto Zone, because theyre actually honest and arent looking to rip off customers.

Worst dealer I’ve ever been to in my life. Careless rude customer service. They try their best to run away from honoring Nissan warranty. Long wait time for service. I order some parts, they said couple days will be here four days later and no parts- a week later parts arrived- wrong parts totally different than what I ordered. Went back there again to get a refund and it’s a hassle. Tried to get the correct order and now they increased the price they quote me earlier. I wonder how an establishment running this way still in business. Never going there again
