Great repair and quick turn around. My repair wasnt major, but there was paint sprayed. I was shocked at the 2 day turn around.

I took my dads car to fix here after a tree fell and damaged the whole back end. Jack Demmer Collision did the best job as they could to repair it like nothing ever happend to the car. Very clean and neat work. Paint job was the best and I like how they go over their work to make sure it was done perfect. All in all I was very satisfied.

Car looks great and received my car back when promised.

Body work was good and completed on time with text alerts when completion. However very irritating to have the auto clean when dropped off only to have the Porter return with dust and dirt on the drivers side floor and floorboard. (The proper method when informed is NOT to brush it off with you hands but to call the Port and have him vacuum and return to customer removing the paper floor mat when leaving the vehicle).

The kind folks at Jack Demmer collision center were able to repair my car flawlessly. It is a relatively new and relatively uncommon car, and when the repairs were done it looked like new.They also were able to give me a loaner car, which is very kind of them. If you drive in Detroit, you may as well have a good auto body shop you deal with, and Demmer is a good option.

Did a 5 star job on car repair. They also washed and vacuumed my vehicle, which was a nice touch. Progressive insurance made it a stress free experience. They recommended Jack Demmer for the repair, coordinated everything between JD and Enterprise to get me a rental. Progressive kept me informed and handled everything.

I was rear-ended and my insurance covered repairs from Jack Demmer. It took them almost a week to complete the work, which I was alright with. Fast forward a year when Im currently trying to trade my car in and Im told that I rolled back the miles because on Carfax Jack Demmer reported I had 55k miles and I currently only have 50k. I am waiting now for three weeks+ for this error to be fixed all because someone was lazy and didnt feel checking checking the actual mileage.

Edit: interesting... I received my car back from the corvette specialists in Dallas and they told me my driver side fender was missing a bolt, wasnt correctly aligned to the headlight, and the front bumper wasnt high enough. So Im curious to know what Chevrolet dealership you took my vehicle to...supposedlyI had to bring my vehicle in three times before it was acceptable, still not like it was before the accident. My Corvette needed strictly cosmetic repairs after a small Collision, understandably, its a 15 year old car and the parts took some time to be retrieved. The first time I dropped the car off, it took three weeks for it to be repaired.After having someone come by to look at the vehicle, it was noticed that there were many panel gaps and the fender flare was already coming off despite being a new part. The bumper in the fender seem to be crunched in, like a forced jigsaw puzzle. When I contacted Jack Demmer explaining the issues, I was told that they were missing a part and that was the best they could do. They released the car to me despite knowing that it was not done correctly. Not a good look.I took it back and pointed out all the discrepancies, they were acknowledged and told me it may take some time because the part is no longer made. I completely understood. After a week or two I am told that the car is ready, the bumper was now moved to an infrared position and the Gap that I showed them was still not fixed. I had to bring the car in yet again.The last time I brought it in, someone brought a marker in marked all the spots that were incorrect and this gave me a bit more faith. I picked the vehicle up last Thursday, its better but still not Factory condition, not even a day after the repair I heard a bolt fall from inside the fender. I appreciate their effort, but next time if you cannot do a job correctly please do not accept it.My vehicle is a Chevrolet, and 15 years old, so maybe they do better work on Ford vehicles but from my personal experience I would look around first.

Update to my update: there are exactly three panels on my car that have peeling clear coat. Those would be the three panels replaced and painted by Jack Demmer Collision. Stay away.Update to my review: I contacted Jacqueline Demmer via email per the response from the owner below. After three weeks I have yet to receive a response. The manager of the facility also contacted me by phone and offered to clean out the interior of my car, two weeks after I had already done so myself. Poor customer service.I am still waiting for a reply to an email I sent them over a week ago regarding my issues with their service so I must assume that they are going ignored, which doesnt surprise me. I was in a minor accident that crumpled the front of my car and my insurance company recommended Jack Demmer Collision. Although there were other shops local that would pay my deductible and offer a free loaner, I opted to go with the recommendation to hopefully receive professional and efficient service, but I was sorely disappointed.First off, their website advertises free loaners but I was never given that option. Second, the repair took two weeks, which was much longer than what I was told to expect from Progressive. Third, I had LED bulbs in my headlights that I requested to be saved, but they were thrown out. Fourth, the broken shards of the headlight assembly were left all over the back seat and floor area, some right next to my kids car seat. Fifth, my cell phone holder and charger were missing from the vehicle and, although the shop admitted to removing these items to clean the dash, I was informed that they were not responsible for their removal.The way in which I was treated, along with the trash left in my car and the excessive length of time required for a minor repair would not allow me to recommend this establishment. Like I said, I sent an email through their website over a week ago and have yet to hear any response.

Unfortunately we were not able to agree on a price but everyone, Greg especially, was very nice, respectful and helpful and that’s what counts.

The follow up with my phone call is an example of good customer service and the workmanship is superb.

I have had 2 vehicles here the first one was totaled out and the staff helped me clean out my car and carry my stuff to my other vehicle. The second one needed some scratch repair and they did a wonderful job, you can not even tell there was any damage. Also, Diana kept me updated throughout the process. They answered any questions I had and did a great job!

Im torn on the review of this place, because the repairs have been done beautifully but they took a week longer than expected and the customer service was terrible.I left multiple voicemails for the estimator assigned to my vehicle (1 a day for 3 days) and he never returned a phone call. The individual who answers the phone is rude. She was told by my estimator to call me when my car was finished, and she never did. She even told me she would call me back numerous times, and she didnt. I was the one who had to continually follow up. No customer service there.I was told that my vehicle would take about a week to complete, simple job. After a week and a half I called for an update (since no one there was calling me) and I was informed that the wrong part was ordered and they had to re-order. How this is even possible when the estimator and insurance company puts into the system the part numbers is beyond me. No one told me, nor do I think they were going to unless I initiated the conversation. Four days later, I call and Im told my car is in reassembly and will be done by the afternoon; no phone call. Next day, same thing. Finally called and asked to speak with someone else, other than the rude receptionist, and my estimator tells me my car is done, didnt someone call me? Good heavens! It took them 17 days to replace and bumper, trunk lid and paint it- estimated at only 8 days.Still- the repairs were done, the paint looks good and the trunk opens and closes. They even vacuumed the inside for me.If you want good repairs, they have what you want but be prepared to deal with terrible customer service.

They damaged my car beyond belief gave it back to me with the paint gone from some chemicals they spilled on it also gave me a rental car then told me they would report it stolen because they didnt want to admit to the damage they had done then when they fixed the paint job they gave my car back with pretty much a dead battery that was not old at all now all this time later the paint is peeling off again they guarantee their work but I wouldnt dare bring my car there again the service manager Todd was absolutely unprofessional my brother helped me deal with these people and they said the only way they would fix my car is if they never had to hear from my brother again so since my brother was calling them out on their b.s. and Todd told me since I was so intimidated they would have me pick up my keys from a woman I could not have been more displeased with this place my car which I have taken such good care of looks awful I will never recommend this place to anyone and while sharing my story with people I have talked to other people that have taken their cars there and had similar troubles dont give these people your time or your money

Awesome place if you need body work done

TLDR; expect B- work not A+ if you dont care it would be ok.I was in a collision in April in my 7 month old car (not my fault) and through my insurance my car was sent to Jack Demmer Ford. I was glad that they were using a Ford dealer because they should do everything correctly and return my car to factory condition. This was not the case. When I first received the call that my car was done I went to the service center, took one look and refused to take the car. There was a quarter sized chip in the paint as well as multiple locations with scuff marks and swirl marks in the paint from a bad rotary buff Job, totally unacceptable. After they fixed those pant issues I took my car back. After a few weeks of driving it i noticed that the rear door (the one that was repaired) did not close with the same efforts (too high) as it did from the factory and that when they had done door fitment adjustments they had removed the paint on the door bracket. I took my car back to the service center and asked for the door closing efforts and paint flaws to be fixed. They put touch-up paint on the bracket and seemingly ignored the door closing efforts. The vehicle was returned to me. Another couple of weeks later I noticed a rattle in the tailgate when opening and closing, this weekend I began to investigate the issue and found that a bolt was not secured and had come loose in the trim panel of my tailgate, I just reinstalled this myself. I also found that when they reinstalled the bumper they forgot a screw and just left it off instead of replacing it like they should have its a standard Ford Screw so they should have thousands on hand. All in all the repairs were completed but not to the standards of a discerning customer who expected his NEW car to be returned to factory or better. Shop around and find a place that cares about the cars they handle unless quality does not matter to you.

Jack Demmer Collision Ctr didnt really seem interested in my business. Not at all acknowleding that car accidents are ALWAYS stressful the receptionist took the time, w no effort, to tell me all the negatives (and THEIR expectations) in bringing my car to their shop. Additionally, the receptionist told me that I needed to not come between 1230 and 230 because the guy who did the estimates usually took his lunch during that time. The entire conversation lasted less than 5 minutes but convinced me that this was not a place in which I wanted to do business. Also, I took the time to read each and every review regarding this business in hopes that my experience would be stress free and pleasant.I immediately text a friend of mine telling him of my over the phone experience, he then referred me to another collision business. The new place in which my friend referred to me was kind, friendly, professional and accommodating....and that was just over the phone. In sharp contrast to Demmer Collision, nothing was a problem, he was there to serve me. Once I arrived to the new collision shop, approximately 1 hour after hanging up from Demmer Collision, the paper work and assessment took less than 10 minutes. Unlike Demmer Collision, the new estsblishment was very courteous, caring, concerned but more importantly, HASSEL FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!I am a HUGE fan of Jack Demmer Lincoln Quick Lane and Service. However, I was very, very surprised at the lack of candor I rcvd over the phone w the collision center. All of the footwork had been accomplished by myself, I just needed a collision shop to do a very minor procedure.Civility, especially in business transactions, goes a long way. Disappointing is an extreme understatement. I had other options and I used it.
