Not sure how they got the customer first award because they will not put you as the customer first. Been over 3 weeks to resolve an issue between the body shop and my insurance (progressive). I asked for an estimate when I dropped my vehicle off and related that to my insurance as well. However instead of doing as I asked they began repairs. Now the insurance and dealership are pointing fingers at each other and leaving me the customer in limbo having to be the middle man between them. Bodyshop manager Ryan agreed that I asked to get an estimate which is an admission of guilt but still wants me to pay out of my pocket what he is owed To pay his employees, which he told me multiple times. So now Im out and having to pay his employees for their mistake. Insurance also claimed the work they did wasnt necessary for the estimate, of course Ryan claims that the work he did so far was and demanded I resolve the issue with the insurance for him. Sounds like a great place to take your vehicle?....Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.. I will not be buying another vehicle or seeking their services ever again.
Mike Poupore is the man to see! Hands down one of the best. This is my second time working with him. I plan to continue working with him as long as hes in the industry. He always goes above and beyond my expectations. Hes always made himself available to answer my questions and is very knowledgeable in what he is selling. I brought my car in for engine sensor and my a/c was not working. I get a call saying they cant find nothing wrong with either and charged me for both services. 2 days later engine light on again and no a/c again. And I was told I wouldnt be charged if I brought back but then I got charged a deductible. And then the tech who parked my car hit a parking block which ripped my under carage and they still have not fixed this. Im not happy with the service done here.

First time at a dealership going in with a truck to trade in they wouldn’t take it okay fine then had me thinking I was getting into a vehicle that I’ll eventually own after paying all my payments just to find out I was leasing a vehicle With so many miles allowed and that I’ll have to return it or pay an extra 30,000 to buy the vehicle.. taking advantage of someone who didn’t know anything about how it works soon me and my family would be carless I guess

If I could rate this dealership lower than 1 star, I would. Customer care and satisfaction is awful. They do not return calls or reply to emails.My vehicle is 4 months old and needed service. They refused to provide a loaner vehicle. Part was on a month long back order and still no vehicle provided.I called the salesman Nick and he never returned my call. Never giving him business again.The service manager Jeff never returned my call.I emailed the Vice President of the dealership, Tim Moore, and he didn’t bother to respond to me.Chrysler offers great products and services, but not at Westborn Chrysler. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Try Golling or Taylor locations instead.

The worst place to take your car for service. I called yesterday and told the lady that I need a tire sensor and asked if I needed an appointment to come in. She said no, the tech that works on tire sensors is different then the other techs he can take your car right away. I walk in today and he tells me oh you need an appointment I can’t take your car until next week. Goes inside and talks to the lady and then tells me we will take it but it’s going to be a little bit of a wait. She has me sign saying it will be 149.0 to repair and I agreed to it. He comes back out to my car and says oh it will be 175 the lady inside is new she doesn’t know yet. Ok, here I am waiting an hour and half now ….. comes back out to my car and says sorry we don’t have a sensor I can order it and it will be here on Monday. Horrible customer service. Everyone tells u something different. Don’t come and waste your time here: so disappointed
If I can give them 0 star I would. I brought my car to fix the AC after couple days waiting I paid $1,100. After one week the AC stopped working I took it back to check what is going on because supposedly they should have fixed the problem. I brought my car and they supposed to call me and give me an estimate. The car stayed at the dealership for 4 days nobody called me and evey time I call no one answered. So I called so early the 5th day Finally they answered and they told me it will cost me again $1,400 to fix it so I went and I got my car back. I will never go back again because they dont care about the customer they only care about the money.
I couldnt be happier with my experience at Westborn. Dillon helped me get a new lease and was great every step of the way. I wasnt sure how difficult it would be to turn in my Chevy (which was a lease) to lease a new Jeep, but he made the process seamless. He also was able to get the specific color I wanted for my new Jeep. I would absolutely recommend this dealership.
Brought my vehicle in for service due to warning lights on. I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong and they needed to run an expensive “smoke test “ and also to buy a tire to check for abs light on because one tire was “bad”. These people are frauds. I was charged $300 and they didn’t fix anything or could they tell me what was wrong with the vehicle. I feel duped and ripped off. Never go here not even for an oil change.

I have called to schedule appointment for 4 days trying to get a hold of service left 6 messages no response I even spoke to the operator they basically told me its impossible and to just pop up there in person and the only reason I was trying to use there service because there in my neighborhood after my experience trying to get hold of service Id rather drive houre away.
They fixed fixed a fuse for my tail lights n didnt charge me anything. Excellent customer service. I will always go there for any issues.
We called Nick at Westborn Jeep a week ago and made the appointment for yesterday. He called twice during that time to ask if he could be of any assistance prior to our meeting. We felt very confident in his vehicle knowledge during our meeting yesterday and purchased a new 2021 Jeep Renegade after our test drive. Where do I start? I have had a beyond exceptional experience with Westborn Jeep! It all started and finished with Matt Harris, after shopping and looking at 5 other dealerships. I went to Westborn because I found the exact car I had been looking for with all the specific packages I wanted as well.Matt made it a point to really listen to what I wanted in the car, along with meeting my budget needs. He was straight to point but not pushy, we went over my options and he respected my choice to want to go home and talk to my wife about the deal. Though, I knew the deal was so good I called him the following morning and we worked out the details to make it happen! In a matter of 48hrs, I was able to not only get the car I had been wanting but also in the budget I needed.I highly recommend Matt as he is a great car salesman but an even better person. 0 star for the service in this dealer. I took my car to change ONE broken caliper/break pads and they said I have to change all calipers/break pads for 1800$. When I told them to change only the broken one they refused and charged me 135$ for nothing. I end up calling a tow truck to take my car from the dealer to another shop to fix it. I will never buy a car or go over there again.

My daughter took her car there on March 13th. Finally got it on 5/8th. My daughter called corporate, even email vice president/ president of that company, no help. They wouldnt offer a rental.. The worst service ever. They blame it on lack of staff. It was a warranty job. I would not not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I bought a Jeep from a Ford dealership that included a warranty. After my purchase, my engine light came on, so I took it to AutoZone & they told me that I had a misfire. I told Ford & they told me that the repairs would be covered under my warranty but they’d feel more comfortable if I took it to a Chrysler dealership. They told me to take it to Westborn. I made an appt. for Mon. March 15th. On the 15th I drove up there, & told Dave the issues I was having with my car: the misfire, & an alignment. Dave wanted to make sure that since I just bought my car, that my warranty was registered. I told him that I already made sure of that. So he told me to come the next day, & to just leave my keys&my vehicle.So the 1st issue is getting turned around on my appt. day. Tuesday comes, I drove up to Westborn & left my vehicle&keys in a parking space that had a sign that said “CUSTOMER PARKING” like I was told to do so. After I left, I forgot to mention that I had an issue w/ the windshield fluid; It wouldn’t hold any fluid. I asked my fiancé if he could call and add that. My fiancé spoke to Dave, & Dave was confused as to why I left my vehicle & keys there & also mentioned customers were “looking at it” and it’s a “good thing” he grabbed my keys. So he made it seem like customers were interested in my car even thought it was 7AM &it was parked in a CUSTOMER PARKING space. Yea, sure. I gave him my consent to work on my jeep. Tues goes on, then Wed, Thurs&Fri. I called&ask if I could get an update on my jeep, & was told they’ll have more info. on Mon (getting the run around). So that weekend I drove by & my car was STILL sitting in the same parking space which gives me the idea that it wasn’t even looked at from Tues - Fri. Mon comes & I still didnt hear anything. So around 5, I called to see if I could get an update. I was told Dave “stepped out”, but he’ll call me back tom. (Tuesday - one week since drop off). Tues comes, & still didn’t receive a call, so my fiancé calls&Dave finally answers & tells my fiancé that we “need to be patient” when not ONE time we were asking for the car back, we just wanted an update. He then asked my fiancé “what was wrong w/ the car again?” This also gives us the impression that it was never even looked at. My fiancé reminded him about the alignment & misfire. Dave asked my fiancé, “well how do you know that it needs an alignment?” My fiancé said “b/c I drove it, &can tell.“ Dave said “well she needs new tires, & we told Jorgensen Ford when they took it to us for an inspection, and it looks like they sold it to you anyway.” This was the least of my concerns, I just wanted an update on my vehicle. On March 25th, he finally gave us an update&said there was an issue w/ the internal cylinder, and he would need to get an approval from the warranty comp. if theyll cover this. Fri. the 26th goes by, Mon goes by, and we still didn’t hear anything. So I took it upon myself to call the warranty co. &got an answer that FAST that the internal cylinder is considered a general repair, and it will be covered.March 30th arrives (2 weeks after drop off), Dave calls and tells me that he needs $1568 to begin. My fiancé called Ford to let them know EVERYTHING. Ford told my fiancé that I have the premium warranty, and that it WILL be covered. The manager at Jorgensen Ford ALSO called Dave and told him the same thing. I called Dave back&told him, and he said “ok that’s fine, but how about you at least give me $500 to start, I think thats fair.” This was bizarre to me, b/c Jorgensen ALREADY called Dave & told him that I don’t have to pay ANYTHING, but for some reason, he still wanted my money?? I told Dave, I dont have a car, so I cant get up there. Dave responds “fine just give me your last four digits of your social, & your drivers license # as your consent, then we’ll get started.” So finally, I got my car back May 7th, after almost 2 long months of being in the shop&the reason was for being short staffed. Never got a rental, an apology, or compensation. I will tell ANYONE I know not2come. Especially for repairs!!!

My friends and I walked in and dealt with Dillion. Dillion was amazing catering to our every need everything was going well and we were ready to sign the same day we had the cars we wanted picked out and price was agreed upon until we met with the sales manager. I do not remember his name but this gentleman was extremely disrespectful and condescending. as soon as he sat down you could tell he did not want to deal with us because we were younger and he completely disregarded everything we had agreed upon. When asked why the price changed he labeled it as irrelevant. I will never associate myself with this dealer again but thankyou so much to Dillion for going out of his way and treating us like we were his one and only customers.
Very disappointed. It took 3 weeks to get two factory recalls performed. There was no communication from the dealership about progress on the repairs.
Everyone at this dealership is beyond helpful. I love my jeep. It is the perfect car for me or anyone. The Grand Cherokee is a car that is luxurious but also efficient. It has plenty of room to take road trips. It is such a smooth ride and the safety features are amazing.I love this car thanks to the guys at the dealership for setting me up!!

Very friendly staff. The gentleman at the parts and accessories counter was very patient and helpful during my many transactions for Christmas presents for my family.
Filled out an online application that was declined but got a call and was told they could still work with me. I took a day off work and drove an hour away only to be told no again. I was asked about a co signer and got one. They called me and said she was approved. My co signer has great credit and a great credit history. I told them that she has an existing car loan and they still said that was no problem. So once again I took time off of work and drove an hour to get to them. She was then denied credit only due to her existing. Loan. I was lied to several times. Would NEVER recommend anyone going here.
I finally found a car I wanted. Made a deal. Then they change the deal when it was time to sign on the line making up stories about how they are “helping” me. Wanted me to sign the purchase agreement at almost 10%. I wasted my whole day playing games with these people.

I took my sweet time picking out the right car going back and forth and making my salesperson run around pricing different cars for me. He was crazy patient, especially considering the fact that I had my 3 kids with me, that were not. Once I picked my car it was so quick and easy with no hassle. This dealership is a complete rip off. They sold me a lemon and the sales manager has not returned my calls or the sales guy rep Matt that sold me the vehicle. I have a leaking transmission that’s been leaking since day 1 and still no help
My daughter was a first time purchaser and was taken advantage of by a sales person by the name of Matthew. I wish she would have asked her dad or I to come with her but she didn’t. So sad that someone would prey on the unfortunate ignorance of a young first time buyer. The window sticker says 31k yet the paperwork states the car is worth 40k. She has very good credit yet come out paying $600 a month for a lease. I have a 55k vehicle no money down and I pay 440 a month. This dealership needs to do the right thing as this is ridiculous

My experience with this dealership for the past 6 years had been nothing less than phenomenal. I have dealt with SCOTT on MULTIPLE occasions and will never purchase or lease a vehicle from anyone but him.Scott, over my last 3 car leasing or buying experiences has shown me nothing but respect. Scott might rub people wrong by not eating to converse over the phone and only in person but he enjoys the way that that experience is more personable .I have witnessed, over my years of dealing with this individual, people come in and out of the dealership unsure on if they can afford a vehicle they wanted or what vehicle they wanted, if you deal with Scott you will figure out he treats the janitor with the same respect as he does the CEO of the company. Scott is not concerned with the sale or lease of a vehicle, rather the relationships that he can build with the potential customer. Scott makes sure to keep contact after the vehicle leaves the lot and make sure that everything is running smooth and up to the new owners expectation.My fiancé and i went to Scott again wanting two particular vehicles, and we knew he was the dude for the job. We both walked out with what we wanted and for the price we wanted them for, not feeling like we were screwed, or that there was some backhand deal that went on. The service provided was more than incredible.If you want someone personable who has walked in a lot of shoes through his life i would recommend this salesman, who treats you like you come from the same bloodline.

Just a poor experience, inefficient, and unhelpful. I came prepared to purchase a Jeep, and left secondary to a poor experience and the salesperson that didn’t seem motivated to sell or educated about the product at his site. I ended up purchasing the vehicle an hour later at another site. I wonder if my experience would have been better if the color of my skin was similar to all the salesman that where employed there.Waited around 30 minutes to see a salesman. Many where sitting at their desks seemingly uninterested to help. Even when I asked to see a few jeeps as I waited they walked away and didn’t come back.Took my license initially didn’t return it immediately. Had to drive back to pick it up.
They did great service on my recall and I used there shuttle service for a ride. It went well unlike Taylor Chrysler which was a diaster last time I went, I wrote about it in my other review. I will be back and update this review once I have my oil change. I had no probs I just wish Taylor had told me about the recall sooner.

So my brand new Journey is two colors and has polka dot spray over the quarter panels. It is the worst paint job I have ever seen and I have seen several vehicles painted from the body shop program at my high school! My Kindergarten students can match colors better!

Amazinggggggg experience. I worked with Mike to find my dream car (Jeep Rubicon). I’m from Connecticut and this was my first car purchase. Mike made sure to show me the ins and outs of the Jeep and made sure I knew what to expect. Mike was also very supportive, patient, efficient and friendly. He answered alllll the questions I had, and I had many. Documentation and the financial aspects went smoothly and I was able to get my car to Connecticut within a week of completing everything.
