Store is always neat and organized. Items are very very affordable and easy to find.

Had a quick and effecient shopping trip. As usual I ALWAYS find more than I went in for. But hey, I found machine washable kitchen rugs for $5 each! And a linen shower curtain for $6. Oh, and less I forget, I even found a lamp shade I have been in need of and have not found till now! And again, $5. Im pleased with all of my purchases. Only thing was that they were out of a couple of items, and I could not find an extension cord (main reason I shopped). Oh well, after almost breaking my bank, it was a good shopping trip!

The manager and assistant person was very professional and very friendly. This has got to be the cleanest store I have seen in quite a while. Keep up the good work

Tatiana an employee who works for Dollar General is the rudest, loud-mouth, know-it all who doesnt even hear a customer out before telling her nuuhhh honneyyy you did not look through every isle refusing to help me hollering from the check out area.Talk about being entitled 🙄

Store is ok. Lots of empty shelves and unorganized. They were too busy to see the line at the register. Putting out Valentines merchandise but I had to get to work and left my things behind.

Rudest most unprofessional service ever. The young white man with the long hair and the thin young black man who is supposed to be a manager are very rude, very unhelpful, and I wont be returning

The customer service here is the best, its a nice size store, and its kept neat. I never have to wait long in line, they are well stocked, and the prices are decent. One bonus about this store is that its located in an amazing strip mall.

During all this madeness they have continued to be the happy staff that they are known to be! Much respect! :-)

My kids wanted to try a specific kind of chips cuz it was new so I opened the 50 cents bag to try and see if I wanted to purchase more . One of the workers come and tells me you have to pay and I said I know I’m paying regardless weather I like it or not. This other worker comes out of nowhere not minding his own business tells me the same thing the other worker already told me he started to clap like a mad women about a 50 cent bag chips that I was going to pay that I kept saying I’m going to pay he made me feel so uncomfortable so rude so unprofessional. Relax it’s just a dollar store because imma walk in there just to steal a 50cent bag of chips.

Good selection. Isles are sometimes cramped with restocking.

This store has improved and looks larger in general as you enter. The isles are wider, the store is cleaner, and there are more merchandise options available than I remember in the past. Customer service has always been good in my opinion.

I ben going to this place for so many years and this is the first time I need to return a camping chair I buy it last night 5 minutes before close and I try to return it next morning they where so rude they said I used the chairs was night time and raining ow Im going to use it,I return it next morning but me men he said he is the manager he not to be working there really bad customer service Ill never go back there I wish I can speak wit someone who can teach hem some customer service he disrespect me so many times .. we dont need to be treated like this when we go buy and support the business in times like this!!!

The store can be a little unorganized at times...when theyre putting out new product or moving things around. But they always have what I need and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

I went into this store this evening to do some shopping and I was disgusted. The place was filthy had empty disorganized shelfs and I couldnt find any employee to help me. The only one I saw was at the cash register. To top it off they has some hip hop/rap music blaring on the radio and the station wasnt even tuned in so you got to list to the static with the nasty loud music. I couldnt bring myself to finish my shopping I had to leave and I wont be back. Get it together Dollar General. Smh.

This Dollar General is a little bit messy, but they have a good variety and good prices.

Service was horrible never been back since keeping my coupons yet not scanned and allowing expired baby food to stay on the shelf because the manager that night was over worked an dont care smh same lady who worked in Melvindale location an didnt get along with others. Idk who would get along with the lady!

Although the store is cleaner than the rest they still have a problem with pricing items twice I came into the store to get dog food on my way home Im a salesperson you never know where Im going to end up because Im always all over the place but their dog food was a different price each time I went in and the manager who also says hes the district manager was clueless when I made mention I felt like he was challenging me were two alpha males I suppose nonetheless he still in customer service

The works are all ways out side smoking the carts are blasting cars because no one takes them in. The store looks horrible inside never organized and everybodys just gathered around talking like its a meeting place instead of working!
