Had my lady take her Lincoln mkx into this place with a Groupon. There was a 45 min to get the oil change a coolant flush done. It wasnt the wait that was the issue though. When she brought the car home it reeked of coolant. I pop the hood and theres coolant all over the engine bay we had cleaned the day before. Like someone took a gallon and threw it in there. A week later it still smells of it. Someone there even left a dirty rag in the engine bay 😑 needless to say coolant looked the same (dirty). Ended up taking to another place for the same service. Not sure Ill trust the oil they put in it either after seeing their work. Avoid this place!

Its such a relief to find an honest mechanic. I feel like A&C will look after my car and my pocketbook. They are not afraid to tell me when I do not need something fixed, and have the courtesy to tell me when something might need my attention. Quality work and honest business practices.

I went here to get my rotors, brake pads and calipers put on my car that I ordered. They are the nicest people and the customer service I received was very welcoming and comfortable. They gave me a price cut from the original shop I was taking it too, they knocked off $50. I will be returning for future business. Luckily I live down the street from this shop. Al is a great guy! 👍🏾

I wont be going back. I went there about 1.5 years ago for an oil change. (I had a coupon from a Val-Pack mailer). Well, they told me my oil pan was about to rust out, and that I need a new oil pan, and if I didnt do it Id be driving one day, lose all my oil, and ruin my engine.When I asked how much, they told me it would be over $500, saying that they needed to drop the transmission in order to get the oil pan off. I am not doubting that the transmission was in the way, but I dont think it was rusted out as they told me. Since Ive driven the car now about 1.5 years now, and the oil pan is still fine, I feel like they were trying to talk me into a repair that I did not need. This leads me to not trust what they were telling me.

First, I have come to this place off and on for at least 4 - 5 years. Each time i have received nothing short of an at home greeting, FAST, FRIENDLY and QUALITY service on my vehicles. This is by far one of the worst mechanic shops I’ve ever been to. I brought by car hear because of my engine light being on, and they didn’t properly fix it and my car was there for 4 days to do a 5 minute repair. I Brought my car back because it’s still having the same problem I brought it there for in the first place and it’s been there for another 3 days and they haven’t touched my car yet. They are unprofessional and also charge way more money than their work is worth

Bad customer service. I understand they’re busy but when they ask you to bring your vehicle in on your day off when they open, I expect my vehicle to be worked on not turned away saying can I bring it back another day. And the problem with my vehicle was not fixed properly. Had to take time off again and take it back. Never again.

I want to give 0 star if I could. I am wondering how can a shop like this got over 4 star overall. Are you paying someone for higher rate？Anyone who are considering a service at this shop. First off, Im what you would call an amateur mechanic, really tinkering with cars is a hobby. Ive been taking my cars on and off to this shop over the past 5 years, when Ive lived in the area and even twice when I was visiting home. Whenever i have an issue I cant service myself, my first thought is to bring it to Al and the guys at A&C auto! Al and the mechanics here are great experienced people. Ive brought two Fords and a Volkswagen here and theyve been able to handle my issues with ease, Ive never had a single issue dealing with them. I work for AutoZone currently (My opinions do not reflect that of Autozones) and whenever someone asks me if there is a shop in the area that does good work and is trustworthy, I tell them to go to A&C auto.

They were very honest, prompt, affordable, and helpful. Told me what was wrong with my car, what needed repairs, and why. They were a lifesaver and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs honest affordable car repairs.
