Very friendly and helpful staff. They do well despite being short staffed. I witnessed the kindness of the pharmacist towards a very elderly WW2 veteran. Spent a little extra time to help this man. What a wonderful example of kindness and helpfulness. I have also seen some very rude customers.

They are ok. I get my meds cheaper elsewhere. The service is good though, and staff are friendly. Store is clean.

I don’t come to this location very often. It’s super small and weird. If you have an appointment for a vaccine, be prepared to wait for a while after your appointment. The pharmacy staff was nice and trying the best to get everyone taken care of but it was very clear how short staffed they are. We bought some other things while we were here too. The first clerk at the checkout counter was on their cell phone and wouldn’t even look up to acknowledge us. Another clerk announced she could help us. It was really rude and strange of the first clerk to ignore us. I prefer the West De Pere location over this one.

Multiple times Ive had issues with getting my sons prescription filled. Get a notification that the prescription is ready to be picked up and every time I get there to pick up its not ready. This time that I went I had the prescription on autofill, got the call, confirmed that I wanted it filled, waited at least a week, went to pick it up and SURPRISE! Not filled and the person working refused to fill it saying that I needed to confirm that I wanted it filled. I tried telling her i had confirmed it and she cut me off saying that she could have it ready for tomorrow or I could go to the 24hr pharmacy in the opposite direction of my house, 20 mins away. I told her I couldnt wait until tomorrow and I couldnt drive all that way because my son was out of medication and I had my two small children in the car. She cut me off again and said the same thing. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Nothing but problems everytime.

I did not have a good experience with my photo order. The manager is extremely unhelpful and he was very rude.

We went there once for the flu shot and another for the Covid vaccine. Both times, the pharmacist gal was extremely rude. Both times were scheduled and the customers at the counter and drive-through took precedence over us. When confronted, she said she had to take care of the other customers and that it isn’t her fault that they just happen to be busy. While I understand this, they should have staffed accordingly and made sure those sitting in the waiting are with appointments were taken care of - what makes them any less important? They were in line too! Regardless, this does not excuse the arrogant attitude of the pharmacist - we exchanged a few words and I was basically told that she will take care of us when she is ready. If you do schedule an appointment, make sure to give yourself an hour extra time if you schedule around 5pm as they are going to push you to the side and take care of the prescription folks first. Makes me wonder if this is a Walgreens culture thing….

This is the worst Walgreens Ive ever been too. The pharmacists are lazy and rude. They always shut the drive through down early. Ive utilized Walgreens in multiple cities and states in the lower 48. This one overall has been the worst. They wont even make certain your scripts go through your insurance. I have to call them every month and ask them to put them through, or they just sit there at full price. Please go elsewhere.

Wish i could give 0 stars horrible experience working for tony back in 2014. I hope she has a change of heart now because she was horrible to work for honestly.

I went to Walgreens with a few of my friends to go pick something to drink, and this woman would not stop looking at us and following us around, and when we passed by a woman taking care of the coolers, she gave us the flip eye as if she hates us. We are going back today to make a complaint because it was very immature of staff working on duty on 1/17/2021 later in the day. We even tried talking and asking the lady for help and all she did was ignore us. Rude

Really rude unhelpful old/older man in Pharmacy. Asked for all my scripts to be refilled which I do monthly. They used to automatcally refill them and call but that must have changed. He wanted the names and I said I dont know. I have them in pill keepers and no bottles and normally they just refill them for me. He said no...you need the names. Flat out refused. Lazy and usless help...no personality and in customer service. There are a lot of wonderful people out there needing jobs. Just a suggestion if you wish to keep your customers as he could care less.
