This store is a little bit expensive but, there is a great selection of different types of hats. You could also get them customized. The person working in the store did not have good customer care skills and barely wanted to help us. Overall it is an okay place to get hats.

The guy messed up embroidering my name on my hat and knew he messed up but theres nothing he could do!

Stopped in to see if I could get a Philadelphia Eagles Hat now that theyre in the SuperBowl. I had checked a couple weeks before and they had none. They STILL didnt have any. The woman at the store was more interested in her phone than helping a customer. She never looked up from her phone. Rude, but thats todays culture.Surprising that they had nothing for Eagles given they could capitalize in their going to the Super Bowl. Weird. They did HOWEVER have Patriots stuff 😠I noticed a sale sign for buy 1 hat, get 1 for 50% off. Thats a nice discount though Im not sure if it only applies to select hats.

The guy that helped us was very friendly and helpful. He was also knowledgeable and also tried suggesting other gift ideas.
