I broke the front and rear glass on my Note9 and I had a quote for $500 to get the front and rest glass replaced and the glass for the back was not available for a week so I called Batteries Plus and they quotedme over the phone under $400 and the needed to order the rear glass and called me 2 days later and told me to bring the phone to the store in Daytons Beach and would have the front and rest glass replaced in one hour for Under $400 I took it right up and came back in a hour and I was completed and killed like a new. Phone for $ 370. Great phone was fixed looked like new for a hundred dollars less than the Samsung dealer was going to share me in ofmknd Beach. LED shop bulbs, that can be used either WITH or W/O the existing ballast removed aka disconnected. Disconnecting the existing ballast, saves even further in electric cost IF NOT used with retro fit of LED bulbs. $6.99 each @ Batteries Plus + Bulbs on US 92 in Daytona Beach.Now, I also discussed MY ONLY desired gift for Christmas.A battery tester that tests everything from watch batteries to D cells!They have testers, BUT none like the 1 I used to have and wish to replace.I will be back! On 4/6/18 I bought a Universal sliding charger for my cell phone battery. I have two batteries and this charger has been GREAT. I always have an extra battery fully charged when, in my infinite wisdom, forget to charge my phone overnight for the next days work. These guys are great!

Ordered online, my motorcycle battery was waiting for me on the counter when I arrived. Knowledgeable & helpful service rep, pointed out a discount I didnt know applied and printed what I would need to obtain the discount. Great service, clean facility.

Clueless, they quoted my wife phone to change the battery at $120; messed up in their system placed the phone under an older iPhone fixed the phone then charged us $200. Gave her no other option then to pay for it, did not try to make it right for their mistake.

Joe at the corporate store, never met him before, no reason to be arrogant but he was, no reason not to care but he didnt, no more than a minute looking at the display wall before he told me to go on line for a cell phone battery while telling me the other store made a mistake sending me there since they hadnt updated their product numbers reflecting change...oh and this was about the fifth time this has happened he said. I asked him to call that store to inform them of this problem so others, like me, wouldnt have to drive all the way to this store expecting a battery. He said he might call later but each store is responsible for their own product numbers. I did nothing to him but he treated me this way!!!!! Probably because Im old. Leaving the store I returned to counter to ask him his name.NO WONDER HE HAS NO NAME TAG WITH HIS ATTITUDE! Joe belongs in a cubical, not assisting the public because he dosent care, is unaccountable. He hasnt realized he has employment not because of who he is but because customers have made this provision for him. My key fob for my Chrysler mini van quit working, to get a new one at the dealership would cost $185.00 and I needed to make an appointment and drop it off. Called Eric at Batteries Plus and he had one in stock put it aside for me gave me a discount on the programming fee and it only took about 15 mins for him to cut the new key and program the fob...save yourself time and money if you need a new key fob. Eric was very friendly and courteous and helpful.

My battery for my very old cell phone was on warranty. no questions asked he replaced it and away I went. Very courteous very clean shop.

They did a great job setting up two new side cut key fobs with remote. Ask when Eric is there. He is the laser key cutting expert. Gets it done quickly and inexpensively

Last week I called the Daytona location to add a key fob for my daughters 2010 Jeep. I spoke to Eric who checked to be sure that they had the key fob in stock and quoted me for the key and the programming. Their costs were 50% less than all quotes I received from various locksmiths in the area. He not only completed the transaction but actually provided the programming in the vehicle to be sure that everything worked fine. I would not only go there again if I needed another key for one of my other vehicles but would consider purchasing some of there quality battery products as well.

I went in the store today requiring a full lesson in how to purchase LEDs to replace a variety of bulbs in a new home. A patient lesson was delivered in full and I left with just what I needed at a fair price. Couldnt ask for more.

Buyer BEWARE. Bought a $90 m/c battery w/ 1 year warranty in May 2017. I had it in the bike 4 months. It never would hold a charge. I took it in and the counter rep said it had a loose negative terminal..... not covered by the 1 year warranty. No exchange or refund. How come that was never mentioned when I bought it & they were touting the warranty and dependability? No more business from me...

This store checked my battery and when it tested good gave me direction on what to check on my motorcycle. The manager was right and saved me time and money on the fix instead of just saying too bad like the young guy at the Port Orange store.I recommend this store and products.

My first time using Batteries+ and was quite happy with the experience. Purchased a new battery for my Harley Softail Deluxe and got what I consider to be a very good deal on a battery with a 2-year warranty (Duracell Ultra AGM). Easily a $30-$40 savings over similar spec batteries offered by discount motorcycle stores, and probably $50 less than one from a Harley dealer. Very friendly service, as well. Only time will tell if the battery holds up, but for now Im very satisfied.

I went to store #808 in port orange, fl.....Their website says $44.99 to program remote key fobs....I cant find anywhere where it says thats the price only if you buy it from them.....I was told it is $60.00 if you bought the remote key fob from someone other than them....they got me to travel to the store....they wont get me there again to purchase anything....

I will never attempt to do business here again that is if I live to try...Im in the middle of a category 5 hurricane in Florida I called Batteries Plus Bulbs and they had the battery to my weather radio I asked the man to hold the battery I would be on my way but it was a half hour away he laughed and told me there was no need to hold it he had several and nobody was purchasing them I packed up my three-year-old and rush to the store and pouring rain and winds only to get there and they tell me they sold the last one.Of course I was upset and I asked what happened and the gentleman told me he thought he had more and Shrugged It Off no apology no offer to call another store no nothing.I am now without a weather radio for the largest hurricane and US history with two children. How they could not understand the importance of their role during this time is flooring and I will be leaving this review on every site every blog I can find to warn people that they dont care about the lives of their customers

Great online discounts for online order & store pick up

Terrible experience, I scheduled an appointment for today and got there like 15 minutes in advance to get my I phone screen replaced and one of the employees told me that my phone was going to be ready in an hour. I went back in an hour and the excuse he gave me was that he was busy, so he basically told me to come on another day and completely made me waste my time for nothing.

I bought a pack of RC batteries here for my wii and Gameboy and they said they come pre-charged, but when I put them in the Gameboy, they almost instantly went red. When I tried recharging all four of them in my apple battery charger, it showed they would not charge. I didnt save my receipt so I cant get a refund. I just want to warn you if you buy something from here do save that receipt because it could fail. Im sure they have some working batteries here, but I bought some duds apparently.
