Helpful staff. Located and ordered hard to fine thermostats for an old Volvo marine engine. West Marine did not have them and could not get them. I did have the old parts in hand and those had part numbers on them.

When I needed a part in Jack’s I went to a NAPA store. The part they sold me did not fit. When I returned it to the Daytona Beach store, Sarah was very friendly and accommodating. They handled everything and based on this transaction I would do business here when I need parts in the future.

Worst place ever can’t even look at a reservoir tank to make sure it’s break fluid or steering I need to top off. Plus the employe was rude as hell and gave attitude like god for bid he dose his job

I needed a hydraulic hose replaced and was not aware they made them here. Luckily on a Saturday they got me fixed up quick and I got my repair complete fast.

Reasonable prices and good service.

Nothing has a price tag on it and nobody seems to want to help this place is terrible just go somewhere else very unorganized and trying to get help is a failing endeavor

The staff is absolutely terrible. I drove completely out of my way to get a car battery from these guys. No help period putting it in. They didnt even have the tools available for me to do so myself. So i returned it to go somewhere that woulf help me and these guys must have took offense. 3 days to get my money back, not to mention upon calling them to ask can they make sure the funds would be back in my account i was hung up on twice. I would not recommend anyway to go here your better off at advance auto on nova rd.

We had trouble finding a stop light switch with the right connector shape. The staff took the extra time to check other part numbers for similar vehicles. The staff genuinely wanted to help solve my problem.
