Great friendly place to get your windshield fixed. They fixed it fast and were very efficient. They are also very busy so make sure you make an appointment. Greg was my tech and he handled my windshield issue like a pro. Installed perfectly and in a very timely manner. Its one of those places you hope you never have to visit but if you do have to visit this is the place to go.

I had a huge headache with this place. First set appointment for home fix and windshield replace. Got to house and said he brought wrong windshield. Also said because I have land drift and auto wipers I had to go into the shop. Took my car in and over 5 hours later they couldn’t calibrate it. Told me I had to comeback. Came back another day and 2 hours later told me they still couldn’t get it. They would send someone to my house. If this could be Done at home why did I have to come to the shop? 1 failed home visit and 2 failed trips to the shop and it calibrated on its own while driving home. If you can go to another shop.

For 2 days I have had an appointment with this company, and they have never shown up. The tech clam he came to my house and took pictures and sat in my driveway. I have cameras outside my home, plus my car was in the driveway and there was no technician anywhere at anytime

As expected, common service need in Florida. I just wanted to say...Inside the place looked great, staff was friendly and helpful. My concern is that they excelled at giving a great experience but then I used the bathroom - decorated very well, but the toilet seat was old, stained, chipped and stuck out like a sore thumb. An impact on the rear view mirror shattered my windshield. I shopped around locally for places to replace it, and the online process from Safelite steered me that way. I chose to go to the store rather than have them come to the car. Everyone was friendly and personable, and the technician was faster than he promised. Everything is good as new. Ill use them again if I ever need the service.

I made my appointment using my phone with my Insurance info, shortly after I was contacted by the Safelite crew and my appointment was confirmed. The 1st visit, the chip on my window cracked. Thus having the windshield replaced. I was re scheduled within 5 days and upon arrival the Crew was on point. I enjoyed the continuous updates too. Very dissatisfied. Communication is key and they have lost theirs. In constant contact with someone texting me about windshield replacement. They alerted me days before that the glass was enroute to the store. Even the morning of the appointment, they told me they were looking forward to servicing us, only to get there and the windshield wasnt even there. Never delivered. Still waiting....

Hands down some of the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Came to replace a cracked windshield today, cracked the new windshield when they installed it, then said it would be a week before they could come back in fix the new one. Technician -- and I use that word loosely -- didnt seem to care one bit. Problem is, Im moving across country in 6 days! Thats why I called them in the first place. Beware of the incompetence of Safelite!

The folks at this location are awesome and accommodating, I had a not so pleasant experience at the Orlando site for being 12 minutes late, they allow 10 minutes so in reality I was 2 minutes late, but the experience at the Daytona location was day and night, very courteous and professional. I have been a long term customer of Safelite. This is the first time I have used this location. In the past I have had nothing but excellent experiences with this company. This time I did not. I went there with a dime size star shaped crack and left with a 3-4 long, very noticeable, sealed crack on my windshield. Im not happy that I came out with much more noticeable windshield damage than I went in with. The new crack magnifies on- coming light directly to my eye level. This is a big issue. I filled out the survey I was sent online and asked for a call back. It has been a week, still no call back or resolution. Very disappointed. Please note, when you schedule your appointment online they want payment at that time. Not a good policy!

I tried to use this business to order a new windshield for my truck. I was told it was ordered I waited over a month tried to contact the glass company back at that time I was told that they had canceled my order and that they would re-order it and call me back with more information two days later I finally called them back they said that they would get right back to me it is now two days later still have not heard anything from them I would not use them at any reason way shape or form horrible business people.

I got my windshield replaced back in February and all I hear in my car is wind noise. I put gaff tape on the windshield and now hear no noise. Whoever installed my windshield did not seal it properly and need it fixed. Ive called the 1-888 number and the Daytona number and NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. Horrible Service

Windshield cracked early December, schedule appointment following week, waited 3 hours for them to tell me they could no calibrate the camera system and would have to order a new windshield. Told they would call me. 2 days later nothing, after numerous calls to get through the automated system to speak to a person I scheduled an appointment. Upon arriving I was not on the calendar and the glass was not in stock. Another trip wasted. Finally a week later and another 3 hours the windshield is replaced.Fast forward to Dec 30th and it cracks. Scheduled appointment for 1/4 and upon arriving Im told that I have a drop off appointment and it will be all day and next appointment is a week away. This place is a joke no professionalism, terrible customer service. Good luck.

Had 8am appointment on a Monday and I drove off with a brand new back windshield around 9:30. Very satisfied, very fast would be back if I had to, hopefully I dont break any of my windshields again lol. They offer complimentary coffee as well as water. Waiting room was very nice and clean.

This was by far THE WORST experience I’ve ever had as a customer. After the third failed “attempt” to replace my windshield, I drove there as well as called them to MAKE SURE they had the right parts since the first three times they called right before my scheduled appointment to tell me they didn’t have the correct parts for my windshield. But lo and behold, the same exact situation happened on the fourth appointment. When I called to ask why, they had no clue as usual and did not care that I was apt to take my business elsewhere. They are in over there head and clearly have no organization or effort enough to finish a job properly. Horrible

I called for better directions and only got VR which was absolutely terrible.It told me to hold on for an agent but a live agent never came on line.I would never use them if this an example of how they work.

Had to truck windshields replaced because they were cracked after job was done both trucks started leaking water into cab contact safelite and the rep was very Condescending because one of the trucks had a leak years ago had it repaired but we silicon the top just to make sure theres lots of computers in the dashboard and didnt want to take a chance. Spoke to insurance company they said that shouldnt have been an issue safelite should just replaced it and had summit it to them because the rubber gasket is apart of the windshields as far as they are concerned. Spome back to supervisor and they just couldnt understand what I was telling them the insurance company had said .I wont use them again after any warranty work is done on first truck and I wouldnt recommend anyone is do take it to a company the is willing to take responsibility for there mistakes and not try to blame the customer so they wont me responsible wish I could post the videos to show how much water was coming in through the windshields on the truck they dont want to warranty and on the first truck the only part that leaks is the one windshield the replaced .theres is to separate glass on the truck for the windshields

The most horrible service I ever experienced when replacing a windshield and still issues with installation to this day water leak. Absolutely careless and negligent service beyond comprehension it would not fit here to fill the whole complaint. I would NOT recommend them to anyone regardless nice adds on TV.

I called Safelite because I have have Geico insurance and thats who they use.The guy came out and said it was fixed in a text. He then left. I got in my car and noticed it hadnt gotten any smaller ( the chip) after he fixed it. Then I turned on my windshield wipers and they were damaged. I had to go by new wiper blades immediately and spend another 50 bux. My car is new and the wipers were finebefore. I AM TRULY 😞 DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

On Tuesday December 22, 2020, My Ford F250 windshield was replaced and also my Chevrolet Silverado windshield both on the same day/location. The man who replaced both broke my antenna on my Ford truck. He apologized and said that he would have a new one mailed to me immediately. Today is January 15th and I have not seen or heard anything else about it. I called this morning to get an update to find out that they ordered a antenna for my Chevrolet truck and would not have it in before Jan 30th. THEY ORDERED FOR THE WRONG TRUCK!!! Im very upset and angry at this point!!! We have been driving around for almost one month with no radio signal!!! Unacceptable and very unprofessional!

I had a very poor experience with this company. They came out to replace my windshield only to replace it with a cracked windshield. I had a very difficult time getting another appt. To replace the cracked one they installed And ended up missing 1 and 1/2 days work because of them. After a week of frustration dealing with them, and driving with my cracked windshield I called another company that fit me in that day. I really felt they dropped the ball and worse left me with a windshield in worse condition then the one I originally needed replaced.I will not use this company in the future.

The staff here is efficient and respectful. Nice, clean bathroom. Waiting area is clean. Offer water and a few sodas while you wait. They offer a complimentary full vacuum of your vehicle. Also sell high quality windshield wipers. If you want or need other services such as detailed cleaning of your car, or window tinting they can provide you with other shops that provide those services for an amazing discount.The manager (Ryan) works on site and is great at providing 100% customer service. Watching Ryan tend to some extremely narcissist individuals while being so calm was amazing. I would be fired or in jail with my response to this particular customer.With that said I was able to watch theSafelite crew in action and they seem pretty solid in customer satisfaction and very busy, and hard working.I will definitely be a life long customer!4

Scheduled appointment with these guys through my insurance company State Farm. Had an appointment today (Friday) from 12-5pm (yes, worse window then waiting for your cable guy!). They confirmed via email and text messages TODAY! Waited. Waited. Waited. No one showed. Got a call at 5:10pm, “sorry we scheduled this install with someone who had the day off.” SAY WHAT??” Did you not look at the schedule when you came in? A company with 15,000 employees can’t get a simple appointment right. Then they try and reschedule for me to drive to them. These guys are the worst. I called State Farm and told them they are fired. On to the next company. I wouldn’t use these guys again if they were giving away windshields for free. By my calculations they owe me $1500 for not working this afternoon.

I had an appointment for 9am and received multiple text and email reminders to make my appointment. I arrived about 10 mins early and was told that the repair would take about one and a half hours. No problem but one and a half hours later the repair was not even started. The technician gave the excuse that they were double booked. Which in 2020 is hard for me to believe. Customers continue to come in and were told the one and a half hour repair time. The management made no attempt to call and warn their upcoming appointment was going to take a lot longer. And to add insult to injury I received an email that I could view my receipt before they had even started my repair. I will not be a repeat customer.

This place seems to be a joke. Geico recommended that I use them and I was set for a scheduled appointment between 12pm and 5pm. It is 8:38pm and I have yet to hear from them. No calln no text, no email.Here is the even better part, called the shop, CLOSED.Called Safelite Customer Service, all automated and 30 minutes on hold, Gave up.Called the 800 2727 number, hahaha joke!!Still have 2 chips in my windshield.As I get on and see the reviews, same thing from a lot of people.Do yourself a favor and find a different company. They obviously do not want to provide a quality product in the time promised. Wont even give the common courtesy of a call to reschedule.

I am so impressed by these guys! I needed a broken window replaced and when I called in the call center representative took my information and was able to schedule my appointment (at the Nova Road location) right away. The person on the phone was friendly and accommodating. The business itself was terrific! All the people working there were professional, helpful and friendly. They took care of my car without any hassle, fixed the window in a timely manner and did a great job! They even cleaned the outside windows and vacuumed inside the car. Would definitely be back here if I needed glass repaired again. Thank you guys for making this seamless and simple!

Took a day off work because they scheduled to come fix my back window. They cancelled at 5:30pm the day before without any notice or reason. I tried to call and speak to someone and could not get to a live agent no matter how many options I tried. Not happy that I took a day off for no reason and then couldn’t even get someone to tell me why it was cancelled.

Windshield broke on the way to fl. Went to SL and even though I had an appt, they had to order a part. About a week later that part came in but service tech said it needs the other side trim. Waited over 2 weeks and still did get the part. By now its been over a month and my vacation was over. My buddy who lives there said SL did it to him too. I would avoid this SL location
