I haven’t used their sales department, which I hear is great, but my issue has been with their service department. Don’t get me wrong, the people there are nice, but the last two oil changes I got there were not done correctly. I’ve been going there for years for complimentary oil changes, but the last two, they didn’t tighten the oil cap and I had to pay for oil out of pocket just to get it to the shop and they also didn’t place the oil filter properly. No issues for years and then two back to back, I just take it elsewhere now and pay to get it done. Now, other services I’ve received I get done significantly cheaper at this new shop too, from tire alignments to general service on my vehicle. The final straw for me was when my steering wheel/ignition section was slipping into the console. They charged my over 100 dollars to “fix it” because it was “very difficult to disassemble.” My new shop said it was only two panels, and how did the new shop know? Because not even a week after the “repair” by Toyota, it was slipping back in again. The new shop determined it was because they didn’t tighten one bolt that was the cause in the first place. (Just an FYI, the ignition was sinking in to where I couldn’t even start the car, so I had to have it done.) Honestly, I was just over the lazy repair work from Toyota and half the things they said I was “due for” the new shop said weren’t a thing or were unnecessary. Again, I’m sure the sales department is nice and the people I talked to in service were nice, but I was so tired of being inconvenienced and overcharged with Toyota’s service department.
They are honest as the day is long: Steve Robinson was great- 3 yr old Camry that hadn’t been serviced in 15 mos. I thought I might need a battery or tires but all items checked as okay. Everyone I encountered there was super friendly and helpful. This is the only shop I trust to service my car and this most recent visit reminds me why.
Kelly was really great, 4 hours seemed a long time for a check engine light diagnosis, like the have a TV room, a quiet room waiting and outside waiting areas!!
Oil change was seem less, and it was done in 30 mins. They also verified my brakes were good. No pushy sales, very happy with the service and Emily did a great job of checking me in and out!!!

I live in Orlando but found it worth the drive for the savings for original Toyota parts. First time buying from them and drove to pick up my parts with their curbside pickup. Staff was friendly and they helped load the sienna tailgate door and other parts for me. Wish I was closer but any large Toyota items I am definitely going to them 1st. Thank you!!

Went with my mother who had an appointment at 10:00am. Went to desk 4, that was unmanned, as directed. Not a soul spoke to us as we stood there. We waited and waited at an empty desk. Our car had to be moved to the side while other cars filed through. Finally, after 10am, our service agent shows up. No explanation for her tardiness. My 1st experience getting service from a dealership will be my last.

We owned a Toyota when we moved here and they serviced it very well. Then we purchased a Tacoma from them. They have continued to be very good at servicing our truck. This week we brought the truck in for some warranty service and there had been a mix up in our loaner car. CJ Kinch stepped up and was able to get us a truck to use. Then Angel Otero stepped in to make sure that the work was done correctly and quickly. We are very pleased with Daytona Toyota as a whole. We love our Toyota and will recommend this dealership to everyone.

My Highlander had a recall so that work was performed, plus regular maintenance. The dealership graciously shuttled me back home while they worked on my car and picked me up at home when the work was done. Lucia, the shuttle driver, was a competent and friendly driver. She represents this dealership well.
I didnt have an appointment for the device center. I just bought my car in and told them what was wrong with it. Very quick to fix the issue and Steve was awesome.

I enjoyed the service department but be advised you have been told be careful of the sales. They dont communicate very well so if you do business with them make sure you repeat everything that said and get names of whoever youre dealing with from and to.
I only went for a quote $ for coolant, water pump, thermostat, upper and lower radiator hoses etc. The way they price it is confusing. Looks like $800. 11 y/o FJ Cruiser 60k time to get it done. Pan and Gasket is next.
I just called and asked for a quote on getting my brakes and rotors replaced for my 2015 Camry. I was put on hold and then after awhile sent to a voicemail without being told anything. I thought maybe it was an accident. So I called back and said Im sorry I just called for a quote and a lady said oh and hung up on me. I guess I will find somewhere else to spend $100s of dollars. You should probably fire who ever is answering your phones because I doubt Im the only business lost from her laziness. Not sure how its so difficult to tell someone on the phone a quote or simply could have told me someone would call me back with a quote or information. Literally anything besides hanging up on me.

We came in for our typical 10000 mile or 1 year oil change and overall check-up of the vehicle. Very good service as always very conscious of the medical problems around us with the covid-19. They wrapped the steering wheel and all the door handles and all of the service workers had masks hand gloves. We are very pleased with them

The worst place that I have bought a car from. Not only because of customer service but they will call you every day 3 or more times a day trying to badger you into trading in. Also the service tec snooped through my belongings, blasted my ipod and never turned the volume back down and scratched my door panel.

Daytona Toyota service department is unprofessional and disorganized. I have been there multiple times and they can never find my name in the system. I have made multiple appointments over the phone for a simple oil change and they did not send me a confirmation email and forgot to put me on the schedule so when I got there I was not able to be seen. They did not apologize for the error of their poor customer service and told me thay there would be a wait up to 3 hours before I could be seen. This place is unorganized and lacks communication between staff members.

Beware. My neighbor was contacted by this dealership offering to possibly lower her interest rate on a vehicle purchased here two years prior. English is a second language for her and she has difficulties with reading and sometimes understanding English. I went with her to make sure that she understood what she might potentially be signing. We met with a salesman, and almost immediately I could see that they wanted to sell her another vehicle, not refinance her existing vehicle. When I told the salesman that my neighbor was there to hopefully lower her interest rate, not buy another vehicle, he told me with a straight face Thats what Im trying to do, all the while trying to get her to pick her new car. Practices such as these should be investigated by the FTC.

After calling corporate and they got me connected with this guy there, he was kind of short and condescending towards me. I tried calling one more time and still have not gotten anyone. This is ridiculous and just to think I was going to purchase from them soon. I surely will not

Took care of our 2007 Camry by ordering a new oil pan to have installed by Kia of Deland after they cross threaded the oil pan bolt and caused it to leak after changing the oil. They didnt accept responsibility at first but after taking the car to Toyota of Daytona the service manager professionally took care of the problem
Decent and attentive, but getting too busy, and their pricing on repairs is at or near the top end of what it costs overall.
My car said it needed maintenance we discuss it and decided to take care of it later . So I left once I got on the road I noticed the maintenance soon had not been removed from the fash screen
I had an issue with work performed and called about it and the manager was condescending, in so many words called me a liar, refused to accept any responsibility for endangering my family by the shoddy work performed, and claimed I was uneducated. They also gave my wife a list of things on the car that needed to be performed. We brought it to another mechanic which pointed out the dangerous work performed by Toyota and the fact that the things wrong with our car were non existent. We did have brake pads put on by the other mechanic that were only 50% worn.
Geovanny kept trying to sell me a Different car then the one I was interested in. He didnt even bother giving me a price for the one I was looking at . So I ended up buying a car at a different dealership. Terrible Customer service.

I always try to take my car to the daytona toyota, but mainly because they know exactly what to look for because ITS TOYOTA. This time they did help us out with an oil change, but recommended a front end alignment and balance. After telling us it would be almost $200 I went nextdoor to the sales office where I bought my car to find out why my extended warranty didnt cover that. To find out it in fact DID. They walked me back with contract in hand and told them it was covered. So ok here we are doing repairs that I personally told them needed done a week after I bought the car. The lady comes in with the paperwork for us to sign and shows us the alignment sheet. The worst side was 0.17 out. I know from working with cars that that alignment was not necessary, and they tried to charge me out of pocket for it. All in all yes I will take my car back there but I will be prepared next time.
