I love this store very clean always have what you need in stock. Manning is Always Eager to help and get any problem solved quickly and professionally. He Gets you in and out but still cares about everyones needs. I was next in line as he help a Young Latino couple get phone tuned on. I couldnt help but to smile as he helped them out. When They left with big smiles on there faces. I couldnt help but to smile as well. Job Well Done Also Check the smoke shop out there quite a big selection of Vapes and tabacco products.

I had lost my phone, so I went in to 3rd Street metro pcs to buy a replacement phone and I had insurance so it should have only cost Me close to $40 to $50 . I also ported y wifes cricket phone service to metro as well but her free phone and 1st month service, cost me a total for my insurance replaced blade max (which they no longer carry) I had to buy two JUST Prines for a grand total of $372.64!! It should have been under $80 total because the deducable is less than $50 for my replacement. Her free phone was totslled out to be $109.it should have been free! I found my blade max 7 days later do I went back to return one if the j7primes for a refund but would you believe the manager Monny (? Spelling undure) said it was an upgrade and it was past 12:00pm on the 7th day of purchase so I couldnt return it . I called customer service and they told him he could do the return so I went back and it was another 7bdays but I had initially went in to return it on the 7th day . He called his adr rep and they told me nope ! Upgrades cannot be returned after 7 days period and it was up to ghe stord do he said nope again, . Dont ever change service to metro because they are not going to help you in any way .
