Ive been going to this family dollar for almost two months now and today was one of the best experiences so far. The line was pretty long, about 5 people which, doesnt sound like a lot but, for one cashier it takes a while. The manager actually jumped on the extra register to help. Decent variety and prices. The family dollar App. Has pretty good coupons and is easy to use.

I love the family Dollar stores but I hate going into this particular one on Troy street! Most of the people that work there are just young and not very professional and theyre rude and its just very very unprofessional and when youre walking you cannot be too choosy on where you want to go so they know they can get away with it its sad really.

Assistant store manager Keisha was very kind and helpful to this disabled veteran!

That store is so ghetto cashier was hollering at other workers to help clear a line but the chashier was loud and eating a sandwich which i believe he should of took a proper lunch break and eat in the breakroom instead of at the cash register

Never open. Store is nasty. Can’t get down the aisle because of boxes. When open will close in the middle of the day or two hours before closing.The staff is unprofessional and need more training. The few good staff have left do to poor management. Shelves are bare because everything is just in the aisles in boxes.

Honestly...I only go here if I need to get out of the house or if I need things right now like bread or milk. The store just feels dirty, things dont seem to be regularly stocked and its always messy. Not a very nice selection of items either. I truly hate saying this about ANY company but this store needs a complete overhaul! Its not only this location either though. It seems to be the norm for this chain across the board!

The little Northside ghetto Family Dollar. They have a few good employees. Over the last couple years theyve been trying to clean it up and keep it stocked. I frequent this place a lot because its a block away from me. So overall I do spend a lot of money with them.

Quick in and out visit today. My first experience with a rude employee when I asked for assistance. Only had one item out of stock that I needed.

Closed because they had a truck they need to get more than one employee

Hello this is my first time down at this family dollar and they closed 2 hours before they were supposed to

It was cool, The clerk was persistent and thorough.

The help is terrible and unfriendly! I have heard cussing and vulgar language from the blond that works in the morning. The store is scattered with products blocking the isles. Just not a good place to shop. Of course again today they are not even open at 11:30 in the morning. They NEVER NEVER keep their own business hours!

Family Dollar is very convenient for the neighborhood, especially since Grocerylane has closed! I live less than a block away. Everyone that works there is easy going, as far as I can tell! There is hardly ever been any toilet paper, whenever I have been there! Thats a problem!

I love this Family Dollar. Its a happening little store with polite and fun cashiers, and the shelves are always stuffed with a good variety.

Would give it a five-star but they are not good on their closing time every time I go there around 930pm 940pm they always have the doors locked the hours say 10 p.m. they should not close the doors until 10 p.m.... never have this problem at any other location just this location.... Get your store hours together maybe more people will shop there🤔...its kind of nonsense somebody goes out of their way thinking they got time and when you get unfortunately they done closed 20-30 minutes early☹️☹️☹️☹️

Nice and patient people. (I normally take forever) easy to find things within the store.Down side is theres normally boxes or cart every where blocking certain things mainly around the make up and female product isle.Also they DO NOT answer there phones. I called six times and no answer...

As always everything is easy to find and if I need help the cashiers are always ready to help and always friendly. A pleasure going there always easy to talk to the cashiers really friendly people

Kiesha assistant manager 🤷🏾‍♀️ I guess, with the gold tooth. Is RUDE !!!!!She pick and chooses which customers to show respect to. And she locks the doors way too early probably in there eating snacks.

Assistant manager is rude and uses fowl language to the customers and threatened violence against customers along with her boyfriend trying to run people over with his car. How she was able to keep her job is beyond me but I refuse to shop at this store and any other family dollar. I take my money else where

Always some type of issue here. Loonngg lines, out of stock items, disorganized store, prices marked wrong, cashiers carry on personal conversations instead focusing on their guest, not getting receipts....

Place is a mess at times.Boxes all over floors.Clean it up a little and it would be a good place to shop.Employees have always been nice and helpful.

Arrived around 9:40 PM. Lady wouldnt let us in to purchase like 2 items, gave us the middle finger too.Great times.

Not bad for a quick stop. Have rods on the shopping carts so they arent taken out of the store.

I love this store it is the only one around us.

This store closes whenever the employee thinks he or she has worked enough and no one hears the phone ringing they never answer the the phone.....Im tired of the b.s. that has been going on in the store i will be in contact with corporate office to get the problems resolved enough is enough.....this store definitely does not deserve the one star I gave them

Since renovated store has higher prices on freezer items then before but overall a great Troy street neighborhood community store
