I think this is a great store for a younger person that likes urban gear. that is hip and cool.... think this store is a little too youth-oriented from my taste. Im a little more traditional. If I was a bit younger I think it would be my favorite store...

I’m not one to leave a bad review but this experience was one of the worst!!! Not only did I have my 7 yr old son with me to look for shoes but when we walked in there wasn’t anyone in sight. The young lady at the cash register was sitting down on her phone there was a young man with his hoodie up leaning against the wall all in his phone so much so I scared him smh then there was this rude individual in the back who proceeded to ask me “you need a size or somethin”. I could of overlooked that because it was a slow day but just when it couldn’t get any worse we get home to realize they gave us the wrong shoe. So managers and employees of this store my message to you, act like you have some dang sense and take pride in your work! It honestly is pathetic to see this type of service now days and I won’t be returning to this store for anything else! I’ll be in today to return the wrong pair of shoes I was given and take my business else where.

Nice clothes management blows they dont deserve 1 star its more -5 stars. Return policy is sorry as management they tell yu no refunds when you have to take something back. But no postings saying no refunds not even on the receipt. Then manager points at the counter under the stack of paperwork it says it. When yu cant see it sorry I say sorry

Kids favorite store

Horrible attitude on the employees. I’m not asking them to be all peachy and fake, but it was very unwelcoming atmosphere. It’s like they’re mad people are shopping there? They just wanna chill and be unbothered? This all starts at management. This store has great prices and some really nice stuff- but customer service comes before all else. I’ll pay more somewhere else for the exact same stuff just as long as I don’t have to deal with an attitude!

The Store Is Ok But I Had Bought A Nike Outfit I Never Wore. It Had The Tags On still & Was Too Little & Couldnt Even Return It. They Said I Had To Exchange It But It Wasn’t Nothing Else To Exchange!!!! All The Rest Of the woman clothes was either gone or didn’t match or i had to buy a dress. I Was So Upset & Will Never Shop There Again

Will never shop at this place again. All the works did was stare at my wife and taking forever to get me what I was trying to do all they are there for is a paycheck they dont care about the people shopping at all.

Inspect your shoes when you purchase from here. In my opinion, this store sells defective shoes. I believe thats why they have a no refund policy. I bought a pair of Jordans from here and the symbols on the back of one shoe were higher than the symbols on the other as well as the writing. The stripe on the front was off off as well. I took the shoes back and they exchanged them telling me that it was the difference in between the right and the left shoe. No, shoes are supposed to be symmetrical. I exchanged them for another pair and after examining a few pairs I noticed the same thing on several different pairs of shoes. I believe they know the shoes are defective and thats why they wont do a refund like other stores will. I ended up with a pair of defective Air Max shoes that I am now stuck with. The defect isnt all that noticeable but I will not be returning to this store. BUYER BEWARE. Defective merchandise. Rude, young staff as well.
