Fantastic service, very knowledgeable. Got my youngest daughters 1st pair of pointe shoes and they really took time to explain everything and even got some neat history on pointe shoes. Took my oldest daughter in for some jazz shoes and got the same quality service. Will be heading there this weekend for a pointe shoe refit and soon for my oldest daughter to get fitted for her 1st pair of pointes. This is now our go to for all our dance needs.

Bought my daughters dance shoes here. The lady who helped us took the time to properly measure and fit her for her shoes. The sales lady was also very kind. Will plan to go back as long as my daughter wants ti keep dancing.

The owner/manager is very knowledgeable and caring. While we waited our turn, we watched her fit a teen in her first pair of point shoes with great care. She gave the mom and her daughter all kinds of helpful hints. Then when it was our turn, she helped my daughter with the same amount of care and consideration - and we were only buying paws.Everything is kind of pricey but isnt that true of all dance items everywhere? Sure you might find a better price at Amazon but it wont come with the same service, nor the guarantee or quality.Great experience and weve shopped there again and will again in the future. I definitely recommend to all dancers and their families!

Awesome experience. Took the time to refit my daughter for pointe shoes. She found the perfect pair and took the time to show her how to sew them properly.

Nice dance store if you need to get anything, but I wouldn’t recommend going there to get fitted for pointe shoes (They don’t know very much about the topic). But other than that they are very nice and overall a good store to go to for anything else. They have a nice selection of leotards and tights.

Outstanding, knowledgeable customer service with excellent selection of dance outfit requirements.. First time purchase of dance shoes and they did an excellent job of finding the right style and size for my granddaughter. This will now be our first choice for all our dance outfit needs.

Got Dance has a large selection of everything you need for dance. Teri is always very knowledgeable. She was very helpful finding the right tap shoes and took a lot of time to make sure my daughter found the best fit for her pointe shoes. I really appreciate that. I have been shopping here for the past few years and have always had a good experience.

Pressed for time today and behind schedule to purchase performance shoes for my daughters upcoming show. We came at the right time & there was no wait, the owner was wonderful; gave us lots of good information, helped us quickly choose the right shoes & was very thorough in making sure they fit properly. Very grateful she chose to stay open on a holiday weekend, will definitely go back :)

I was thoroughly disappointed with my one and only visit to Got Dance. The employee was very rude and the hidden fees were ridiculous. The employee was nice enough when we went in and she promptly started to ask me about what I needed and said she would do a fitting for me. As soon as I mentioned theater and what I needed she began bombarding me with extra costs. Suddenly the fitting alone would cost $20 and shoe price went way up. I felt like she did not trust me at all and she thought I was only going to use her to get my shoe size. This had not been the case when I walked in but at this point I had no interest in buying from this company anymore. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this store to anyone, and I am truly appalled at the behavior of the worker and the untruthfulness of cost.

I tried to support this local dance store, but the service was so bad, I just left and bought what I needed online. The lady at the store was extremely rude, and not helpful. I would suggest to start listening to your customer’s needs more, and offer good service so they keep coming back to your store. I will not recommend any of my students to this store.

Been there several times and always experienced good service. This last time was to get my daughter fitted for her first pointe shoes and the person who helped us was great, she took the time to explain about the shoe and how it should fit and then the time to for my daughter to try on several pairs to find the right pair.

Good shoe fitting, but beware the return policy. If you walk out the door with it, its yours. Only gives store credit.

I originally went to this store last fall and bought shoes and tights for my daughter. I went back a few weeks ago to get some jazz shoes. My daughter also needed tap shoes but I was hesitant since I wasnt sure of the style. I was told i could bring them back. Unfortunately I lost the reciept and now they will not help me. I should have stuck to my instincts and waited. I was not asking for money back, I was looking to exchange for more expensive shoes. I chose them to support small buisiness and was expecting personal service. They lost a repeat customer by being inflexible. If I wanted policy I wouldnt have gone to a small business. I would not recommend them and will be passing on my experience to other parents who attend the studio my daughter attends.

Horrible customer service. I walked into the store and the only person working had a group of girls and parents whom she was hosting. I attempted to be patient, but after a few minutes I intervened and asked for help. The worker was very sarcastic about answering my questions, which made me change my mind about getting dancing shoes from there altogether. I purchased one item only because it was last minute and I had no other options. I wouldnt recommend shopping with them and I would never return there again.

They are so helpful and knowledgeable about how shoes should fit...and how theyll wear. I was glad they could work with my daughter to get the right fit.

Drove 20 minutes to buy local and I sat there for 10 minutes while you were busy. Some one walked in after me and you proceeded to help her first. Guess my son isnt as important to your business as a girl. Would never recommend your place of business to anyone.

What a scam. Can’t try on shoes with out buying them no returns. Really. Never coming back. I don’t know why someone would be that rude to a customer and new dancer.
