Two thumbs up for this AT&T location. And Albert was an absolute doll to work with. Not only was he very helpful getting my son situated with a new phone after dropping his in the River while fishing... he also helped get a couple of things taken care of with our monthly bill that has been an issue for quite some time and came out to our house the next day to assist us with getting set up with WiFi service. I honestly Cannot say enough good things about this young man. Albert was very friendly, professional, helpful, informative... you name it!!!!! A real stand up guy who was very patient with us and went above and beyond the call of duty to meet our needs. Albert thank you for all of your help.YOU ARE A ROCK STAR!!!!!!!AT&T you have one hell of an employee in Albert. Don’t ever let him go.....

Waste of time! Seriously, ZERO help at all with my AT@T device! You should be able to force a software update onto YOUR OWN DEVICE at a CORPERATE LOCATION! Not only did the workers have no idea how to do this, they didnt even try!!!

Yassar is an outstanding technical genius . He solved a data transfer problem in minutes that took an Apple tech could not fix in 2.5 hours. He is very courteous and and friendly.
