Was not crowded, however, they lack in the chocolate quality of their candies! Used to be awesome but they seem to be cutting out on the good ingredients of their chocolates. Disappointing to me they need to make it right, like it used to be!

People friendly & helpful however their chocolate isnt as good as it use to be. Like every business cutting out key ingredients or substitutions to the chocolate as much as you pay still lacks the high quality from when they first opened! Disappointing results indeed!

Esther Price is a a local institution. Their samplers are ideal whether you prefer light chocolate or dark. Personally, I wanted dark cherries and honeycomb for the holidays. If you are really a chocolate lover, they sell chocolate fudge cherries and as a holiday special they are currently selling bourbon cherries.

3 employees.....not greeted by 1. Stared the whole entire time and talked amongst each other. Wont return but do better!

Best chocolate in the world. Have had chocolate from other countries but doesnt compare . I grew up near Wayne Ave location & got it every holiday & multiple other times throughout the year. Delicious Carmel like no other. I drive about an hour to get to the Woodman Drive location now days & soooo worth it. Cashew brittle is to die for. Employees are wonderful & always willing to help you get what you need or want. If youve never tried it you need to, & they have awesome gifts that arent candy for any age.

The chocolates are okay. There are many choclatiers that make nicer chocolates. The biggest issue I take is that when I buy a pound of chocolates, they are dumped in a plastic bag as if they were Brachs. If I wanted squished and broken chocolates, Brachs would do. Presentation is important, and Esther Price doesnt get that.
