Nancy at Prosource has been so helpful guiding me through our kitchen remodel. She helped me find a contractor I was comfortable with and then took the time to help me pick the perfect materials for the project even though I wasnt really sure what style I wanted. She is a great listener and was extremely patient with me throughout the entire process. I cant thank her enough for all of her help and design advice.

My Husband and I were sent to Prosource by our contractor. We felt a little intimidated as we had no idea of the direction we wanted to go, then when we walked into a very large showroom we felt even more confusion. Upon meeting Nancy our concerns seemed to instantly fade away! Her guidance was amazing and we left with a clear vision and plan for our master bathroom! She was so fun to work with too! We will definitely use Prosource for upcoming projects!!! Awesome overall experience!!!

Nancy was super helpful and fun to work with. They have a good selection of products to choose from. Please note this place is wholesale only. We are working with a contractor, but are able to go in and look at products.

My wife and I were sent to ProSource by our contractor. We got lucky as Nancy was who we got to work with, and shes an experienced Interior Designer. We felt like we had won the lottery!!! We had no idea of where to start and how to get the style we wanted. She made us feel comfortable, kept us within budget and got us exactly what we wanted! We will definitely refer our friends and family to ProSource and Nancy! CHEERS!

I dealt with floor manager Tosh after being referred to the location by a flooring contractor. She immediately put me onto a specific product she assured me she had in stock. And could have 3 days later. I took the sample, and just a couple hours returned and paid for the whole amount, and returned the sample. Two days passed and I got a call that they were out of the color I selected. I had to make a special trip over to again view carpet. When I asked about the weight of carpet Tosh acted like she didn’t even know carpet quality is usually associated in oz. I am guessing she was just trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Anyhow, I really didn’t like how she couldn’t be transparent with me. I again took a sample and called back to confirm the other color. She elected to mostly communicate through her personal cell phone via text. That is fine if you answer back in a timely manner, but It didn’t usually happen that way. I made sure to make sure the new color was going to be available on Tuesday morning for the installer to pick it up, and she assured me it would be. Tuesday morning installers arrived in the morning, carpet was not available for pickup. So not only did this inconvenience me, but it cost the installers a days labor as Tosh assured them it would arrive by 11:00 so if they got all the tack strips and pad down they could grab the carpet at lunch break. The carpet never arrived. So the carpet installers lost over 1/2 a day of productivity/ pay because multiple failures at Prosource. They didn’t know to pre-coordinate going to other jobs. So the installers got the carpet and ended up having a complete extra roll of pad after they completed. They returned the pad and she notified them she credited me back that amount on my card. 7 days later, no pending returns on my card. I messaged her and she still hasnt called me back to credit me for the materials. I just don’t understand how every assurance made fell through. I had to change my plans to accommodate your failures, installers had to change plans/ lose income because of your failures. These actions have consequences. I would like it to be known the contractor didn’t complain about lost wages, However I am aware how business and productivity works. Very unfortunate. Courtesy phone calls go a long way... “hey, I know I said the carpet would be here on Tuesday, but it’s not here after all.” A simple courtesy wouldn’t have me altering my work schedule unnecessarily and the contractors losing productivity. Tosh, I wish my experience had been as simple as it could have and I could of have a stellar review.

When I asked our flooring-pro son where to shop for remodeling materials, he insisted that we go to ProSource of Dayton. We were FLOORED! (Sorry😏) Tosh Via, the showroom manager, went out of her way to ensure that all questions were answered, helped us find just what we wanted while staying within our budget, and offered excellent suggestions to ensure that everything would go smoothly. After several visits and even more changes in floor choices, the staff remained patient, pleasant, and always helpful. Thanks, ProSource! Wed give you six stars if we could!

Employees do not observe mask policy even though it Is posted on their door. Also not observing a six feet distance, I was very uncomfortable. This is negligence during a pandemic.

Please run very fast away from this place. While the staff may be friendly, that is about where it ends. This was the worst experience I have ever endured in all the home remodels I have done (6 so far). Not only did they sell me flooring that is an inferior product they then turned around and told us that we should have been a subject matter expert BEFORE we came into the showroom. We went to Prosource due to our contractor telling us that he had used them many times. Being new to the area and with COVID being rampid at the time we decided to go there instead of our normal shopping around.Biggest mistake we have made thus far. We went and explained our flooring needs and that we were thinking engineeed wood becasue we have very large dogs that had scratched our wood floors in the past. We never once were told or explained to us the engineered wood, would actually scratch as easily (the Heritage Clove is 10X worse for scratches then real hard wood). We went back to Prosource to explain how unhappy we were with the product and to look for a solution. What happened is the Sales Man, Chris, states we never told him we had big dogs, or any dogs for that matter as all dogs will scratch that floor (or any wood product floor)and Tracie, his manager, states that Chris is the best of thier sales people and she had a hard time believing he would suggest that flooring option. We explained, well we told you Chris we had over 300 pounds worth of dogs and they had scratched our hard wood in the past, and thats why we explained we thought the engineered wood should be a better product for us.The sales person then leaves after telling us and his boss again that he doesnt remember any talk of dogs. Tracie the manager then states that she doesnt beleive that we told her best sales man that we had dogs and that prior to us coming in we should have done our homework and knew exactly what kind of floor we wanted and she starts prattling off a bunch of initials like we are supposed to know what she is talking about when she says LPV flooring doesnt scratch etc.... That had WE told the sales guy EVERY time we came in or spoke to him that we had large dogs it wouldnt have happened and it just continued on. It had to be our fault her guy just wouldnt do that.So after calling us a liar several times and that she cant do anything for us as there is not an issue with the engineered wood etc etc etc..... we have had to buy an additionl $3000.00 total worth of rugs to cover $9000 worth of engineered hardwood that scratches not only when the dogs are on it but when you move your chair back even with pads on the legs. The smooth bottom compost pail is slid in and out of its spot on the floor etc. The floor is beautiful to look at just dont live or walk on it. That may be a small stretch but just barely. They blamed the customer 100%, took 0 accountability and left a couple that had spent close to $34,000 at thier business to figure it out on our own. Buying more rugs to cover brand new floors.

Like most retail distributors they bend over backwards to assist you in choosing and purchasing a product but after the sale they leave a lot to be desired. We purchased a house full of carpet from pro source and it was on back order for months on end. But Ed religiously kept in contact with Masland Carpet and us until the carpet was shipped and delivered. The problem is that a few months ago we began having problems with the carpet prematurely wearing. Upon talking to Ed he had us email the pictures to him and he forwarded them to Masland. But apparently after several attempts sending our pictures and no response from Masland we stopped hearing from Ed and Pro Source. I guess this wasn’t important enough to keep following up on as he did when we were purchasing the carpet. I’ve tried to contact Ed and even left him messages but have never heard back from him or anyone. I even had our remodelers call him and they talked to him (but of course he talked to them thinking it was another sale) and he told them the same story and yet I’ve still never heard from him. I called Masland and they said they only deal with the distributors. So once again the customer service falls to the wayside after the sale. Such a shame so many companies don’t care about customers after the sale. Very disappointed .
