BEWARE! Christmas Shopping here. I went to return an item. Had not opened it.. It was 31 days since purchase online. Can get a refund up to 30 days only Delivered approx. 2 weeks ago. Was given the option for exchange or store credit only today. Store credit card is good only for in-store purchase, not online. Card specifically says on front, PHOTO I.D. MAY BE REQUIRED and cannot gift it! as it says NON-TRANSFERABLE! Asked about new return policy. AFTER 60 DAYS YOURE STUCK WITH THE PRODUCT!

Asked for a product they didn’t have in stock. Didn’t even want to look in the drawer located at her ankle. Zero assistance given. Sighs when her co worker asked her to look - and another big sigh when I asked her. No one else n the store. Terrible customer service.

Great Experience! Loved tye variety of brands and products they had available and ready for purchase! Love that they have a pretty nice selection of travel/trial size!! You may not be able to try before you buy, in this Covidian nightmare, but at least you dont have to go broke finding new products to love!!! The girl who helped us(unfortunately I have forgotten her name and its not listed on the receipt...which**sidenote, why not? Perfect example right here..I want ro acknowledge this employee and I check the receipt for her name only to find nothing---come on, lets do better here) really knew what she was talking about, had some great suggestions and was very helpful nand friendly all around!!

I bought a earrings for my girlfriend and I get very good price.

Found the perfect eye shadow and was helped by a lovely young lady who was very informative about their products!

It is pretty small since it is inside JCPenney.They however seem to have the basics for make-up, beauty products and a few perfumes. The staff should work on making people feel welcome.

Sales galore but to get checked out is horrible!! Waited in line a good 20-25 minutes. Plus no air conditioning on top of that.. Shameful‼️

Went to buy something for my wife. Only thing is that the doors were we parked were closed. Had to find another way in.

Ask for Holly. She is knowledgeable about the product and is an absolute delight. Every time I shop, she is happy to help anyone. Im at the point now when I just ask her what she likes/whats new and she always picks a homerun for me.

I was being checked out by this girl named dominic and I bought 3 things and she only gave me 1 of my products and I asked her if everything was in the bag and she said yes but what I did wrong was I didn’t realize it soon enough... so I suggest you guys go to a different sephora.
