Supermarket beauty supply!Its really nice and big it has a great selection .shopping without bumping and crowded by each other the Ladies staff are helpful and knowledgeable of the products .

I went in never bought a wig before, I knew what style I want and my price point, the young lady that helped me was knowledgeable, professional. And I love my selection. Price was good to!!

Everytime I go into the store, someone is usually walking around to help with a smile on there face. They dont follow you around making you feel like a thief..lol. The store is always kept nice and neat, the prices are great. I pass 3 other hair stores on my way to Pandora but this is the only one that I go to...keep up the good work Pandora!!!

Absolutely loved this place. I would get a lot of my hair products here. I was devastated when it got destroyed by the memorial day tornados and really hope this store comes back ❤

Horrible customer service. I walked out without buying anything. The employees are rude stare you down while shopping and talk to you like your an idiot. I will never go back and will make sure non of my friends ever spend there money there. Plus ALL there products quality looks cheap.

My first and last time going—The older man quoted the wrong price for hair over the phone, when I asked to get the hair for the price that was quoted they instantly became defensive saying I was trying to cheat them. They cursed at me and told me to get out of their store before I ever became combative or defensive, simply because I asked them to honor the price he quoted over the phone. They should never treat people this way! I’ll never go back ! I’ll stick with Beauty outlet -where the prices are better and I’m treated better !

Its okay stuff if your in a pinch but really most of it has been sitting on the shelves for a long time. Most of the items look like they came from a flea market and kinda set up like one more than a beauty supply store. I bought a brush from here and a sleeping cap for my hair but the hair brush broke after 2 days of use and my hair cap just kept bleeding onto my bedsheets after washing it. I washed it 2 more times but it still bleeds on my bedsheets. Its also started falling apart after 3 washes. I wouldnt recommend buying hair from this place either because the qauality isnt there. If you buy anything from here just be careful to make sure its worth the money and wont fall apart days after. I will stick with Sallys beauty supply. 😥

They are an okay hair store I really enjoy the fact that the owners hired black employees because its not easy being a black person and going to a hair store for blacks where the owners dont have any knowledge on our hair or products for us

They have a lot of stuff but I dont think they have enough people working there for the size of the store. Service is a little slow but im more pissed that i bought a half wig from here last weekend and went to put it on and realized the employee gave me the wrong color hair. I should have checked before I left but I definitely asked for a number 2 so why she gave me a number 4 beats me. I dont have a receipt anymore and wont be back in Dayton for another month and a half so I just wasted 40 dollars and that doesnt make me happy at all 😠😠😠 I guess Ill try some of the other spot my coworkers referred me to next time. Im a big spender on wigs and will be relocating there. they just lost a potential regular.
