Wonderful place and scents and workers are always pleasent and helpful ☺️

I used to love this place. The problem I have now, is that they seem to constantly have new scents and get rid of the scents I love. Im all about getting new scents, but keep some of the old faithfuls!

I love this place. They are always having sales. COUNTRY APPLE is the best scent and they put it away every year so get as much as you can while you see it.

Found some new scents. Frustrated I waited to pick up more Sensual Amber shower gel & lotion, did not realize it was discontinued. Will look for something else. Amazing new scents though.

10/29/21...Visited the mall last Saturday & decided to stop inside here. Service was above & beyond but unfortunately they didnt have what my sister was looking for.

Don’t believe their hours posted here. I arrived at 7:04 pm on Dec 28 and the whole mall was closed, including Bath & Body Works, even though Google Maps said they close at 8.😑

Always great. Had to wait few minutes to get in ....

Had a sale on all hand soaps 6 for 26..ended up as 33.50..check your receipts...store couldnt do anything about it no help at all.

Always love the bath and body works. I forgot my coupon and didnt end up buying anything this time. But still had to smell all the lotions and try some and check out the hand soaps and candles. And something that was super refreshing was there was not someone escorting me around the store. There was enough people scattered to let you know they were there but not so many that you felt like you have a tour guide.

Who doesnt love Bath & Body Works? They have social distancing down to a science

This Bath & Body Works in the Dayton Mall is the best one in all of Dayton. They have the best employees there you get greeted as soon as you walk in and they help you with anything and Cashing Out is so easy and their cashiers are the sweetest the kindest and the most professional I love this store.

This was an AMAZING experience. I typically order online bc it seems more convenient.. But this stores employees made this the most pleasurable experience! They were the sweetest & greeted me right away.. Offered help with a sent i couldnt remember the name of. I had received a $10 off coupon in my email that i had forgot about.. But the cashier reminded me about it & it so happens my phone was dead.. So i was bummed & she STILL allowed me the $10 off! How sweet was that?! I would certainly recommend visiting this location BBW!

I had got a coupon through the mail and decided 2 go use it. It was 4 a free gift,with a value of $ 5.50. So I had got some body wash called moon light path. It smells good and be having my whole bathroom smelling wonderful:) The cost was 5 dollars 4 like a miniature bottle. The staff was nice especially the cashier 3170175:) They stay busy because there was like 4 different lanes,each very long. Not Christmas-y enough. It seems like they only sprinkled the Christmas on this year. But I love them anyway and use all their products

No one ever tries to help you find what your looking for.
