Beyond happy with the work they did on my truck. It was all done in a timely manner and finished early. They also kept me up to date on the progress throughout the repair via text messages which was really nice. Truck was cleaned and the office staff were very polite and professional. Best experience I have ever had with a body shop.

My family and I have used this business for years because they do great body work. I will never use them again. The office is really disorganized. When I took my vehicle in, I provided copies of the estimate from my insurance, and completed additional paperwork with my own information. I was told it would be three weeks before they could get my vehicle in for service. No problem. I took my vehicle in on the appointment date and they had none of my information. No estimates, nothing. I again filled out paperwork and left my vehicle in their care. I was initially told it would be ready in 3-4 days. I called in 4 days and was then told it would most likely be the end of the following week, and they will update the rental agreement. Again no problem. My problem is, they did not contact me when my vehicle was ready, which caused me to be charged over $200 by the rental company. They did not call me phone, rather the number that was on the insurance policy, even though I filled out additional forms in their office with my information on two occasions. When I called to see why or what they could do, I was just told that they called the number on the policy. I asked what about the form I filled out in their shop, and was basically told oh well by the manager Chris, who was very rude and condescending. I have recommended this shop dozens of times. Never again. If you do use them, call everyday so you dont get overcharged like me because they may not call you when you vehicle is done.

Very nice people and Wayne done a great job explaining step by step with me on the insurance stuff. My car came out wonderful and they even cleaned the inside and out before I came to pick it up. Thank you again and you will have my business again if it is needed and I will refer anyone to you.

They aligned the doors on my sons truck. Did an amazing job. Everyone that I met there, which was 4 people, were so nice. Made me feel welcome. These people have a great heart as well! Will definitely use them for all my auto body needs. Would recommend them to anyone!

They took really good care of me and my vehicle. It took 4 days for the repair and they handed over the keys with my truck looking brand new.

My car was hit from behind while I was stopped at a red light. The insurance company said that some of the damage wasn’t from the accident even though I had never seen the dents before. Thoma went above and beyond to not only fix the damage the insurance paid for but they also adjusted my gas door and fixed a gap in the rear quarter panel and back door that insurance didn’t pay for. I cannot say enough good things about this shop!. My son was involved in an accident and I didn’t know where to have the car towed since we live out of state. I researched body shops on the internet and found good ratings for Thoma auto body so decided to tow the car there. I am so happy I found this shop. Being out of state, it is really difficult to deal with a claim, but Wayne was so professional and helped me every step of the way. He took time to explain what was going on and was always available from my phone call. He was very kind and patient. Every time I called, anyone that answered the phone was very professional and helpful. You don’t find that many places that treat people with such respect. I highly recommend Thoma auto body!

They were supposed to repair a scratch all the way down the side of my husband car and when we got it home and looked in the light, it was still there. Dusty inside the car and the inside door panel was falling off.

I feel like I was over charged way too much! People always want to get over. It’s upsetting. They are very nice though, especially the receptionist.

Went in because my neighbor had backed into my vehicle and the door was making contact with the fender and wouldnt open. We are all young so I was trying to not affect anyone elses insurance. Wayne was fantastic and quickly made the needed clearance. Hopefully I wont need to, but know who I will use in the future.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said. They are the best, I would recommend them above any other auto body shop. They are friendly, do an excellent job and I also get a T-shirt. I had an accident that tore my bumper almost completely off and within a week of dropping my car off they called and said my car was ready and it was better than new.

Robbin the receptionist was exceptional. Kind, prompt, thorough and helpful. I was rear ended by an uninsured driver and they gave me an accurate quote within minutes. We will be using them for our autobody services. They came recommended to us by Webers Automotive whom I also recommend.

From the first visit to get an estimate they were the most professional and efficient, and truly made me feel like a celebrity in the way that they treated me. At first, I was very impressed with Thoma Auto Body. my vehicle had been hit in the front and rear, and so it needed a whole new body kit put on it. I have been customizing my vehicles for years, and Thoma knew that it wouldnt be stock parts going back on the car. American Family insurance (my insurance) and Thoma, took forever to finally get the claim pushed through and a check sent out to me. Once I received the check, I ordered the new body kit since I knew the claim was processed. 3 weeks after ordering the bodykit, I get a call from Thoma telling me that I have to come pick up my car or pay them $25/day for storage.Well, after going and picking up my car this morning from Thoma and having a decent talk with both Kyle and the owner - it seems my insurance company is the one who dragged their feet. Either way, my car has been sitting for 3 months and isn’t fixed. The owner gave the wife and I both t-shirts as a way to say he was sorry which was nice. I know Thoma does good work but unfortunately it won’t be done to my vehicle.

Our Company has always used Thoma on our service vans and have never questioned any changes by them, I never really knew why we didnt ever get estimates from other shops but today I found out why our company trusts Thoma so much.Today I took a van in with a problem with the door not operating properly I was quoted 75 to 100 dollars which I felt was very fair, I got a call a few hours later informing me that the repair was done and if was free! I dont think you can find a more honest and reputable body shop in Dayton

My husband got his car repaired here after a wreck. He went to three different places around Dayton, and this was his choice. The quote was the same as some larger chains, and their reviews were good. They worked with him when we wanted to get his own parts to save money. Kyle in the front even gave him a ride home! Great customer service, and the car looks good. We would recommend this place to anyone.

I just picked up my car today and they did an amazing job! They made me feel at ease, dealt with the supplements from my insurance on their own, and did a great job explaining everything to me. This is going to be a long one, but worth it the read. I promise. If you want a summary: GO TO THOMA.On Friday the 15th, I was driving home from work and went to change lanes(from left to right) but first, checked my blind spot over my right shoulder. Right as I was turning my head back to face forward, I slammed into something in the road on my left, front, side. Being that its dark around 540 now, I frantically looked around to see what it was that I hit and all I could see in my mirrors was the shape of a large box. Luckily, the brand new tires that were put on my car the day before, held up and I was able to keep moving. I was hoping for only bumper damage but boy was I wrong. I got her home and got out to check and, very unlike me, had a meltdown. This Jeep is my baby and I am so very proud of how hard I worked to get her. I was devastated, even though Im aware of how much worse it could have been on a busy highway had I not kept control of the wheel.Fast forwarding through the insurance stuff, it came time for me to pick a shop to repair the damage that this mystery box had caused to my quarter panel, all the lights on that side, the cracks, the paint and the grill. At first I had mentioned maybe going to shop that had previously worked on my car but they were pretty far away and their availability was awful (good problem to have for them I guess?) I ended up choosing Thoma as they could get my baby in that day (Tuesday) and were right up the road. I am SO GLAD I DID.From the second we walked in, it was just, friendly. To say the least. The woman working the front (Im so sorry I didnt catch her name) immediately welcomed us in and offered my daughter a piece of candy, but then took her to the back of the building saying actually, I have something better. Ill send the guys out for you honey (to me). Kyle came out and introduced himself and repeatedly told me it IS FINE as I apologized for how filthy the car was (Saturday after the accident was car wash day) and explained that they would have the parts by the end of the week and were shooting for completion by the middle of this week. My hyperactive brain immediately thought great. So after Thanksgiving.and a million other things that it would disrupt, like a womans brain does. I got sad all over again, but then my daughter came bouncing out of the back with this wonderful woman with a bag of chips and a HUGE smile.I got a call Thursday saying they were planning on Monday the 25th to have it done as they already had the parts and were working on it.Fast forward to Saturday, I called to check in on it and the woman on the phone didnt even sound bothered that I was now hoovering over the professionals.I got a call Monday afternoon that it may not be ready by End Of Business as the paint wasnt quite done. Naturally, my neurotic self went at it again as I had a doctors appointment that I ASSUMED I would have a car for early this morning. They assured me they would do everything they could without sacrificing the repairs to get it done ASAP, but were expecting it to be done by 12 today to make sure of it.My wonderful husband is the one who had to pick it up and when I called around 11am, Kyle answered, promised he wasnt sick of me yet when I asked and let me know that she was ready for pickup.The repairs...what repairs? You cant even tell that any damage was done. It looks better than it did coming off the lot. And not to mentionYALL. THEY WASHED MY CAR. THEY WAXED HER, THEY SHINED THE TIRES AND THEY SWEPT THE INSIDE. If this isnt going above and beyond and giving peace of mind to a customer....show me what is. Ill wait. I would have NEVER thought or expected a repair shop to put so much detail and care into something they DIDNT HAVE TO.Still waiting.I need more than 5 stars for this one.You wont regret your experience here.OH and I got a Tshirt.PSWe still dont know what I hit. To whoever let something that big fall from their vehicle and didnt go back for it, I hope your macaroni and cheese is the driest its ever been for Thanksgiving.

They made it as convenient as possible for me to get my car fixed and it looked amazing when they were done with it. Everyone I talked to there in person, on the phone, and via email was professional and friendly.

Terrible customer service... I got my bumper replaced and within a few months it rusted i called the shop to have it replaced and after two months it finally came in..... They had the part as the shop but because i was put the country for work for a few months i was not able to come have it installed. When i got back in town i took the car up to the shop but found out they sent the part back and now because it was past the one year mark they would not replace. Even though i notified them months before the year was up.Never again

Since Geico recommended Thoma, I was wary. However, When I arrived there for my estimate, Chrys was so reassuring and professional that I decided Thoma was the place.He has a good relationship with the local Enterprise office, so my overall experience with turning in my car and having the rental delivered was seamless. My car had a bike rack on a hitch, and that was also damaged beyond repair. Chrys worked it out with Geico so that the replacement cost was deducted from my deductible.My car looks beautiful! I went from suspicion to full endorsement. I will recommend Thoma to anyone who needs body work or painting. My days as a Maaco customer are done - not because there’s anything wrong with Maaco, but because Thoma is so good!(And by the way, so is Geico!)

Had a trailblazer had a coolant leak told me nothing was wrong with it when it was towed to the shop the day I was driving it home overheating and I could see coolant behind me on the road went to pick it up a week later it was never moved when it was towed to the shop had it towed to a different shop and it had a coolant leak and was fixed this place does not know what they are talking about..............
