Being that we are in the pandemic i will not bash the employees as like so many companies they cant get help and are doing their best but i was Disappointed in how long it took for them to perform the services i needed. I went there in August and i give them 5 Stars for that trip but not this time sorry
Horrible experience here. Needed some expensive repairs done on my car, and when I received my car back it was in worse shape than when I gave it to them. They damaged my car door handle and some plastic under the hood. I was required to return several times to get it fixed. Additionally, the mechanics were unprofessional when discussing the problems with them, and the repairs were done with poor workmanship. I would avoid going here if you can.
James went above and beyond to fix a weird clunking sound coming from the suspension that 3 other shops couldnt get right. They stuck with it and worked on it until it was fixed. This is by far the best service from firestone I have ever received and wouldnt hesitate to bring my vehicle back for James and Don to work on again. I cannot say enough good things about these guys and the service i received.
Honest service. Friendly and ready to help. They misplaced a hubcap on a repair and quickly replaced all four for free. Great coffee shop next door while you wait!
I do give them credit for the knowledge and great repair service. But the customer service could improve, especially in communication skills. I was told my car was going to be ready in 2hrs. After waiting about 4hrs, I called the store for an update and I was told it would be a bit longer since my car was being worked on. About 1hr later after that conversation, I went back to the store (thinking it was done) and realized that my car hadnt been touched at all & that it was next in line to be service. I had to wait an extra 45mins for it.
There was a bit of a weight as there usually is at a tire shop. The time went by they worked on my vehicle with 2 new tires. At the end there was a problem where they had not fixed the spare tire that was inside the vehicle and it was supposed to have been fixed and remounted underneath the vehicle. They did go ahead and take care of it I had to wait a little bit longer. They did offer me a discount on some other services. I will go back for this discounts

I have used this Firestone for over 12 years, but once Kevin left, and Melissa had left earlier, the place is a ripoff.Took my Jeep in for an oil change and to replace the oil pressure switch and the guy gave me a quote for $2,800. Told him no, just do what i asked to be done.Then took my daughters car there, the quoted me $680 to change the alternator and said she also needed a new battery. Her battery was only 3 months old and is fine.Firestone is just as bad as the dealerships now.

My car has been sitting for 3 months since I was recently in the hospital diagnosed with a Parkinson’s like disorder.I called this location cause this is where I’ve had my battery changed since my battery is completely discharged and will only start when my car is jumped. I spoke with a young lady named Diana and explained my situation, she said bring the car in.Once I made my way to the location with a lot of difficulty due to my condition, I was told by Diana that “we don’t service batteries” we can replace it for $189.You sell batteries and fancy yourself a basic automotive service shop and you don’t “Charge” batteries? You could’ve told me this over the phone and I would’ve saved myself the ordeal in my condition.I was told to go to the nearby advanced auto zone shop because apparently this “RETAILER” does have the equipment to charge a battery. Unfortunately due to my conditions I can’t physically remove the battery to have them charge it. I plan on taking my complaint to Firestones corporate HQ. the lack of service, lack of customer focus and empathy is truly terrible. Diana cared more about getting me out of the store after I refused to buy a new battery than to find a way to help me after making my way there.
Well, I tried giving this location another chance. That was my mistake. Still waiting almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. And I had an appointment. What a joke this place is. I encourage you to either find another Firestone location or another brand service center.

Second time Ive made an appointment and this is the second time Ive been told my car wont be inspected the same day.I can understand if a repair isnt complete same day due to backlog, but the vehicle should at least be inspected within a few hours if an appointment is made. If not, then what was the point of offering me an appointment? Please note the technician on the phone told me (both times) that scheduling an appointment is the best bet.This visit I was told it may not be looked at until Sunday or even Monday. Both appointments were for a tire plug/patch, which most shops can have ready within a few hours, even if a new tire is needed.Not coming back here.
I went to request air for my tires. I wasnt greeted for 15 minutes. The guy that greeted me was very friendly and happy to help.
Waisted my whole morning over 5 hours for an alignment and when I went to pick it up they had done an oil change that I never requested and no alignment was done we asked to speak with a manager and turns out she was the person in charge, And all she said was idk what you spoke with him that is what is written here an oil change your welcome pretty much sending us our way because she obviously was not going to fix anything I said Im not paying for this oil change that we did not ask for and left they are so unorganized and unprofessional what a waist of time. My experience this morning was absolutely deplorable! If I wouldnt have looked out the door while the guy was starting to work on my car he would have put the new tire on the wrong side of the car so I had to go out there and direct him to the correct side of the car😳.
Horrible service. Spent 7 hours for an oil change. Front desk person doesn’t pick up and when she does, she leaves you on hold and then hangs up minutes later.
Classic bait and switch. Dropped off my car for an oil change and brought the coupon from Firestones actual website that said standard oil change is $24.99. I told the guy at the counter what I needed was synthetic oil for my Prius and he says no problem well call you when its ready. No talk of additional costs for synthetic just ok well call you when its readyAbout 5 hours later a women from the same location calls me at tells me the car is ready. When I arrive the total has now changed from 24.99 to $80. And the women at the counter could care less about the problem, she gives me the excuse the coupon is only for conventional oil which is not stated on the coupon(see attached picture). I will never do business at Firestone again and will be changing them as a fleet provider.
My car broke down on me 06/19/2021. battery and alternator problem. went to get a new battery at AutoZone and called the tow truck and went to Firestone and they said that they cannot fix another company batteryand I returned the one I bought from AutoZone ( they said they could have replaced free for me but it was getting late because I bought the battery from them .I went to firestone because closer and my car would not move and I was not even able to lock the windows. I as rudely approached . Not hello or How are you doing, I was approached just to be told by that they will not be ableto check my car today that I have to leave it for tomorrow . I went inside and they told me that they will charge me $335 and after I received my bill, I found out they charged me an extra $15 when they had told me they do not change other company batteryand if I am buying the battery from you guys, why do I get charged for changing the battery,other things they found that the alternator was bad and they wanted to charge me $556 for the alternator so total 942 dollarsI said no, she was willing to say I have to apply for the credit card when I told her I could not pay that and she said I can apply for the credit card, pat $942 and then pay monthlythievesrun run run because they will be making you pay for the licenseI only went there because my car will not turn on so I did not have any other way since the card was dead and i did not have RSA. run run run because those are thieves
If you are looking for a Firestone complete auto care, please do not visit this one. The service is terrible, they lie in the time of the service. 5 hours I left my car for the lifetime service they sold me and I did not receive the service. a total scam. Try to observe another business with responsible service.

Absolutely awesome service! I purchased 2 tires online and it showed that i could not have them installed until next week. I called the store and they told me to come on in, so I did and in less than and hour my service was completed. Not only were they honest but thorough with their work. They did not try to haggle or unnecessarily upsell me. Being a woman this came as a refreshing suprise. Staff are knowledgeable and polite. Location is clean and you can see clearly into the garage area. The products are of good quality and priced less than the other tire companies in the area. Satisfied customer here and will be back!

Dropped car off for an oil change at 1:30. I was told it would be around a two hour wait. Which I get is just an estimate. However, I did not get my car back until 6:30. The people were nice, but they truly could not have been slower
I arrived this morning to Firestone at 7:00am. I was second in line to be seen so the truck was pulled into the garage almost immediately and put on the lift. I came in for a tire rotation. My front tires are worn and I needed them to be placed in the back until my new tiers come in. The guy at the counter took my keys and I patiently sat for 1-1/2 hours waiting. At 8:30 I go back to the counter asking what’s the hold up. The assistant proceeded to tell me that he can’t help me because it’s against company policy to rotate worn tires. I respect company policy but I do not respect getting up early and wasting an hour and a half of my morning for nothing. Will not give this Firestone any future business.
Would not recommend this place after spending 2000 plus on my brake system less than two years ago, problems arose again so I took my truck to Firestone again was told one caliper froze causing damage to the rotor of which both were under warranty so I went back today to pick up my truck and they claim they replaced several parts that there was nothing wrong with and charged me 830 dollars, it makes me sick to think they get away with this fraud on a regular basis. They lost this customer for good. PS my brake light still flashes.
Very impressed with the customer service, wait time, and work completed! Kevin is the real deal! I called ahead, explained I wasn’t looking forward to waiting 4-5 hours for tires. Kevin told me I was looking at a 2 hour window. When my car was done, it was exactly 2 hours! I have no complaints, and am now a Firestone customer for life!

Decided to try this location somewhat far from home. Had exceptional customer service from Bob and my car is running beautifully.
Told car would be looked at within 1 1/2 hours- no contact till next day when they decided they needed to order parts that should be there next morning. 2 days later parts arrive but they cant install due to lack of the machinery to work on the part- A week of lost wages and missed classes later still dont have the car- FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO HAVE YOUR WORK DONE!!!!!!!
Anytime I need any kind of maintenance done, this is the place to come. Manny is the most trustworthy technician and the work he performs is flawless. Everyone at this store is nice and helpful. Kevin has great customer service and is always so friendly. These guys should own the place!
All I needed to do was drop off some fluid from a brake job I did. The kindness from the phone call, to answering my question, and actual drop off was astounding. I am inclined to purchase my next set of tires from them just because of this.
This review is for this location, not for Firestone as a company. Rolando was very kind and helpful with my situation. Unfortunately, Firestone pricing model involves upping the price of a battery by more than $100, so I had to take my car elsewhere. Regardless, Rolando was very helpful in his advice and with getting me a jump start to go elsewhere.
Asked them to do my car’s tire rotation. On the back of the routing sheet they print out there is a space where you can draw the sequence of rotation you want. I drew it. Then a lady comes and asks me why I want it done that way because “it wasn’t the conventional way”. I told her that’s the way it should be done if you follow Firestone’s recommendations. They had no clue how the rotation sequence should be done... Then I showed her their own tire warranty and safety brochure (the one they give you when you buy new tires) where it explained it. She had no clue the brochure even explains it and that there are different ways of doing it depending on the vehicle being all wheel drive vs front wheel drive. They have probably been doing your tire rotations all wrong. I spoke to the blond lady possibly the manager that sits just outside the door that leads to the shop. Also the rotation took 1 hour. It didn’t matter I had an appointment and was there on time. They really didn’t seem too busy.
Not like Goodyear, Firestone told me they had time a I drove in they took it in fix my problems and I left. GOODYEAR, need to take lessons. When someone calls to see if you have time, then drive to them, and when I got to goodyear they told me to make an appointment for tomorrow. Thank you Firestone

I brought 2 tires to install to the rear wheels. Technician for some reason started installation to the front wheels. I’m glad I notice it before he started alignment. Then when I picked up car tires sensor showed low pressure signal on my dashboard. I always caring pressure tester in my car. First wheel I checked was 1 psi, second 2.3 psi, third 3.8 and fought 4.2 when recommended 3.4 psi marked on the driver side... manager fixed pressure by my request.When I start driving I notice car going harder then usual... I thought it may be new tires giving that effect. But after few days I open the hood and found no engine oil cup on my engine head.. and oil ALL around engine compartment. Very dirty !!!Then when car cooled down I checked oil level and it was 1.5 more oil over MAX... look like technician don’t give a F... about work he do. It’s especially sad because I told the guy on front desk do not over oil my car when do oil change. I got Hyunday Veloster turbo and by book it’s 4.75 qts of oil. But by the oil stick it look like 6 qts.

The entire visit was a great experience –– from greeting to farewell! First I was pleasantly greeted by Evie and she quickly got my account pulled up and scheduled my service, it had to be the fastest scheduling I have ever had at an auto shop. The lounge area was clean and inviting and accommodated all of my needs while I waited. The Technician, Manny, was assigned to repair my tire. When I went outside to take a look at my car he greeted me with a smile and assured me that my tire would be repaired and I would be on the road in no time. The hubcap to my wheel was in my trunk when I first arrived, which I forgot to mention to the technician. But many went the extra mile to come inside and ask me if I had a hubcap for the tire. I thought that was very thoughtful of him, and showed his experience and customer service etiquette. All in all this Firestone location did an outstanding job. They have earned my trust, and I happy to say that I will now be looking for Firestone products and services for future auto care needs.

Everyone in the store is great. Kevin, the store manager always assures me that my vehicle is well taken care of. There is a reason why my truck has 260k. Its because of the preventive maintenance and be experienced service technician. Their show room is beautiful and even have a little kids area to play with and keep them entertained while the car is being serviced. If I had to recommend any of my friends or family to get their car serviced, I would definitely tell them to go to see Kevin and the rest of the sales team at Firestone Nova Drive.
Very good customer service. I ordered tires online, had them sent directly to this Firestone for mounting. They mounted the tires and my alignment a lot cheaper than expected. They also were very nice from the get go, when they called to tell me the truck was ready, and even when I came to pick it up. I dealt with three different employees, and they all were great.
Took my car in for a oil change and front headlight out for a weekend I was don’t in 1 hour amazing service Juan help me to add my firestone card to the system I didn’t have it on me he was very helpful even. I will be coming here again waiting area was clean and chairs apart from each other very safe during these covid times

The staff is great. Wait times are reasonable. Prices are good as well. I like this davie location more than other firestones in the area. They do have a nice waiting area also if you plan to hang while your car is serviced.
Diane is totally incompetent. I was charged for a tire rotation and oil change after leaving car for 3 hours and nothing was done. What a wast of money and time.

Fixed my blown out tired quickly, cheaply, and correctly. I had hit metal bar and needed to get back to Naples. They were so comforting and found me the help I needed. Thank you - I would go there again and they are so honest and professional. They checked my car over thoroughly so I could drive across the alley to get home safely.
The past three times I have been to this Firestone location the front office is always understaffed. If you try to call ahead the staff does not answer the phone. When you show up after calling multiple times and letting it ring until the recording tells you that all representatives are busy at this time, there will be people waiting for upwards of 15-20 minutes before getting assisted. The worker that was there today was doing an outstanding job as she was handling everyone that came in but she is only one person. This review is more for the management to get more staff members in the front office.

They may be terrible at answering phones, but the service they provide is unparalleled when compared to similar chain locations. The staff is friendly and professional and they offer great services/warranty, which saves me from any stress. They patched my tire for free and got my oil changed very quickly. Ive been going to Firestone in Davie for what in 15 years. They do their best to accommodate me, they get the job done right the first time and theyre very courteous. A great place to do business.

Wow this place is a rip-off. Just be careful here. There is no integrity here. I came for a simple oil change and tire rotation. So the guy says is $10 for the tire rotation and I was like that’s the cheapest I’ve paid for a tire rotation. Three hours later(because they are so slow for an oil change) I get a call from them saying they can’t rotate the tires because the two front tire are too worn in their opinion. Not true they just wanted to sell me new overpriced tires so I said no thanks and don’t bother to rotate the tires. I get there to pay and they are still charging me for the tire rotation and the guy says that the $10 fee is an inspection fee and is $20 for the rotation “but don’t worry I’m not charging you for the rotation” he says. So i paid $10 dollars for someone to look at my tire and say “I won’t do it”. Hope this review is worth the $10

I just got my tires from this location for a second time. I had such a good experience the first time with them and we really liked the tires that we put on our old car, so I decided to go back to them. I made my appointment with Michelle who helped me select tires and Terrance was my mechanic. When he was done working on my car, he fully explained everything out to me.. what he did with the van, that he tested it on the side street, and that he recommended I get a few other things done with my mini van. When Ive gotten recommendations at other places, I have either had no idea what they were talking about and/or I feel pressured into getting stuff done, but here they just explained the recommendations and asked if I wanted any quotes. They run a really nice shop here. Ill definitely be going back if I need anything else done and probably for any future tire purchases.
Ive been coming here for years for stuff I cant do at my condo. However, the customer service has gone down hill lately. Understaffed & Never answer phone. I dont trust them anymore either. Got charged $275 for a $30 part and 20 minute of time. I dont trust the lady that is at counter now. I started doing more work myself and also take it to PepBoys or Extreme Tires and even the Dealer is better for tires and oil changes etc since Firestone @ Davie dont offer discounts or try to get you a good deal for anything anymore. I hope they improve. Sorry...
I moved here about 5 years ago. I went threw so many places to get jerked around. I then came here an they made sure they didnt everything possible to make sure I was driving a safe car. Manny and the manager Kevin are both amazing and i recommend everyone here.

Employees are super honest, got a nail in my tire,took it to firestone. They found out that it had not fully penetrated the tread. Did not charge me😉. Could have said the it did, and charged me for it any way. I like that.
Horrible. I went to change my daytime running lights and after they said yes and waited almost 2 hours I go ask what is happening and they say: “btw we cannot do it, it is too complicated for the mechanics because to change the light we have to remove the wheel and bumper”. Made me WASTE my time. I never write reviews but they made me furious. Go next door to pep boys or something.EDIT: next day went to VW and the mechanic changed the light in 3 minutes in the parking lot. He didn’t even charge me because he literally spent 3 minutes. FYI: There was no need to remove the wheel and bumper......DO NOT OFFER A SERVICE IF YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO IT!!!!!!!!!
Stay away at all cost. Firestone kept my car for about a week just to tell me that they could not fix it. When I called about the issue, they said it wouldnt take longer than 2 days. Dont trust what they say, and what they try to offer you.
Good service for a good price. Just make sure you double check the bill. We had a double charge on ours by accident.

My sister had a screw in her tire. She went to this location at 6:25 they close at seven. There were at least three employees there. There were no cars being repaired. They told her they couldnt t repair it because they close at seven. They told her just drive careful and come back tomorrow. She will not go back. They would rather have someone drive on a tire that could blow instead of taking a little time to fix it. Too bad I cannot give no stars.
What a disappointment. I’ve been trying to get here on a Saturday and finally did all to be ignored. About 30 minutes ago i walked in and waited and was never greeted, no one asked if they could help me or even acknowledged my presence. The lady at the counter was watching tv apparently too busy to help a customer. Great location but apparently they don’t need any business. I will not be back.
Dale is one of the best at what he does, always straight with you, gives you any and all discounts possible, tells you how it is and never tries to sell you more than whats needed. One of the best is, he always know who you are the moment you walk in the door and greets you with a smile and a handshake.

I dont know how this place has good rating. I got there at 2 pm and ask for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon for the oil change and the guy tells me it would take about hour and half. Which is fine by me. I also show him a coupon that I have for being a Uber driver I could get an extra 15% off, which he said that they will apply it at checkout. 3 hours later, when the car is finally ready, or I thought, found out that they only did the oil change. So it took them 3 hour just for an oil change, what a joke and on top of everything they that want to give me the 15% that they were supposed to apply. Instead a bunch of lame excuses. Will never go back there and dont recommend this place. Jiffy Lube is way faster.
My grandfathers battery died in the Walgreens parking lot 20 feet from Firestone. He walked over there to get a new battery or a jump and they told him that there’s nothing they could do for him that he would have to have it towed 20 FEET for them to help. No consideration, empathy or people skills from anyone there to even offer to give him a jump or help out to get his truck there to purchase a battery from them anyway ! 0 stars to the ill hearted people who worked late morning on Black Friday and didn’t have the decency to help an older man out. Shame on you guys.

They said I need a new battery when mine was newly bought and actually worked fine ever since..turns out they scam people, don’t trust this location. A friend of mine also recently got scammed by them, they ruined her car’s alignment ! that’s the nail in the coffin for me.
