Excellent service. Came here almost two years ago and bought a king-sized Purple mattress. At the time, I was helped by Loyd. He was extremely helpful and very informative. Fast forward to today, and Loyd once again was the employee to help me. Not only did he remember me and ask me how I’ve been, but once again gave excellent service and I was in and out within ten minutes! Very friendly, helpful, and informative staff here!

I browsed mattresses a couple months ago and decided I wanted to wait until I moved into my new house before purchasing a new mattress. I called and spoke to Lloyd tonight and he was more than happy to go over all details about the availability and pricing etc. I ended up telling him I wanted to come in to make sure that was the one I wanted. After looking it up online, I knew it was the right one. He went over different options and ordered my mattress. He went over the promotions that were going on and also gave me some pillow options as well. Great service.

This is our second good experience with Denver Mattress. We bought our queen 10 years ago (a Doctors Choice), and just updated to a king of the same kind. We were greeted right in the door by Bryant, and he was super helpful while telling us about current sales and different mattress options. I appreciated the friendly, non- pushy service.

Austin was the kind of salesman we like. I had done my research and was interested in only one brand, but wasnt sure of which model. He showed us the models and let us do our own testing in peace. He was able to answer our questions and was there when we were ready to deal. He didnt try to talk us into a different brand or model and was up front with their pricing and delivery.

Our sales guy did a fantastic job helping us with our mattress choice. Mike is very knowledgeable about all the beds and he knew after the first bed we were on what type might work best for us. Had a pleasant experience at Denver Mattress today. Went looking for a new mattress with some idea of what we wanted. Sales person Austin Saunders did a great job of showing us several mattresses and then a memory foam mattress we had not considered. He explained all the details of the mattress plus the adjustable frame it sit on. Fell in love with this whole package and made the purchase. Again great experience and good job Austin.

The sales associate was very helpful & knowledgeable. He covered everything we wanted to know to compare our mattress options. We chose 2 mattresses that I think will be perfect for us.I will give this a 4 instead of a 5 due to extra bedding that we didn’t need being thrown into the transaction. He took these items off when we pointed this out. I’m sure the associates are pressured to do this, but it’s a little underhanded.

In spite of the back orders & shortages, they had some nice mattresses in stock. The salesperson that assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful. Their financing is great as well. I got a good price on an excellent mattress that also came with a mattress cover, 2 pillows, 2 pillow covers & cases, and sheets; all quality stuff too! The only bad thing is that it it takes me an hour longer to get out of bed in the mornings now because it’s too hard to get off of my new mattress!😃

Go see Bryant at the Davenport store. He is amazing. I have a herniated disc. I have been having back and hip pain for months and progressively getting worse daily. Getting out of bed every morning is painful. I wake up several times during the night in pain and give up trying to sleep after about 4 hours. Bryant listened to me, had me test a couple of beds and watched me. He then pointed me to the perfect bed for me. I can get out of it without pain. I can lay down without pain in my hips and back. I nearly cried with joy. He got me a great deal and hooked me up with everything I will need for a great full night of restful, painless sleep. I was impressed with his knowledge and eloquence. Bryant is an asset to Denver Mattress and deserves a promotion.
