The customer service for a bed experience was good, but took forever and tried to do several add on sales besides the bed. However, we purchased a pillow for $100 and had the receipt. Pillow was completely untouched and was brought back in the right amount of time and they refused to return it. We could only exchange it. I was even told over the phone it could be returned. Will never do business at this store again.

I recently purchased a sleep number bed by phone after doing a lot of research on-line. Amanda at the Davenport store was very helpful and professional. My only complaint is that I have to wait until mid-September to receive my bed. I recently had hip replacement surgery and getting this new bed will greatly accelerate my healing process. Cant wait to sleep on it!

What an awesome store and the staff is so knowledgeable. Dana walked us through every step and was able to explain all the features of the beds that they offer. She showed us where our pressure points were and when she got us to our magic number, it was AMAZING! I did not want to get up. And that was just the first bed. She was able to fit me with a pillow that took all the pain away from my neck when I was laying on my back and side. I can even take it back after 30 days, no questions asked, if I do not like it. We can not wait for our to be delivered! It is going to be a very long 10 nights and counting. Im never going to want to travel again because no one is going to have a bed as comfortable as what we just bought!

This purchase is my second purchase of a king size sleep number bed! The first one was bought over 20 years ago and still going strong with no problems. Because of the need for an adjustable bed due to health issues, who did I go with, Sleep Number of course. Their product is the best on the market. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and once they knew my needs they steered me to the right bed to meet them. Thanks Shane for your help in putting me in the right bed!Larry B.

*UPDATE The bed worked for 3 days!! Customer service is the worst and they refuse to give a refund!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! - Make sure you do your homework!! Search online for prices and all accessories you like PRIOR to going into the store. That way you know all the sales and discounts before you go and get your sleep number.After you get your sleep number dont be pressured to buy RIGHT THEN!! I was pressured into buying by them telling me that it was the last day of a discount.. 2 days later the 50%off sale started!! So now I have to call to get the difference which is about $500!! I worked retail many years ago and we always new ahead of time what new promotions were coming so I dont like that about the store. Maybe its just that store in Davenport, IA I hope its not all stores. But the beds are fabulous! I have suffered with chronic pain for many years and after I received my sleep number and I promise you for the 1st time in YEARS I HAD NO PAIN!! I really thought it was a gimmick (and it may be i havent received my bed yet and watch the return policy... its only for the mattress NOT THE BASE so dont expect a full refund!)I dont care for some of the sales tactics and you can buy a mattress protector, weighted blanket and pillows cheaper online from anywhere!Learned a lesson but hopefully purchased a bed that will now allow me to sleep pain free. 🤷🏽‍♀️ well see..

We had sales associate Dylan and he completely manipulated us out of our money. First he never told us that the bed only came with 1 remote; specifically I asked, your beds come with 2 remotes? He answered yes. come to find out no our bed only comes with 1 remote and it was like 200$ for an additional one.When we called and asked him about this, he ARGUED with us and accused me of calling him a lier, WHICH I NEVER DID!Then once we had the bed for 2 months and decided we didnt like it, called to arrange 100% money back guarantee, come to find out our bed base is NON REFUNDABLE! So now we have to pay for a 3,000$ base we dont want or need!!!!!!!!We have had the worse experience with this store and the manager simply told us there is nothing he can do.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANIPULATION OF SALES!!!!!STAY AWAY!
