Have had to come here more often than I should at this point. I have had nothing but issues, after issues with the phone, bill, customer service etc. Just one problem after the next. Weve been told several different things by several different people and nobody can seem to give us a clear answer. At this point I feel like Ive seen the employees at the store more than Ive seen my own family in the past 3 months. It seems like we just cant get any straight answers from anybody. As the employee told us today he saw how many people weve had to speak to and our issues are still not resolved. I dont understand the point of paying over $3,000 worth of electronics, if none of them work and they refuse to actually look into the main issue on whats causing it.
This store has been great to work with. Sales rep Brett has gone above and beyond in making sure that my service was set up properly and that I was fully happy with US cellular. I would recommend this store and sales rep Brett to any of my friends. Defiantly worth the hour drive for a corporate store.

I had one of my 6 month old IPhone 11s that wouldn’t swipe up. I went to the Moline store because it’s the closest to my house. After little effort to help me and the rep basically told me it must be because the phone has a small crack I called this store and a guy named Brett answered. Helpful and polite with 5 minutes Brett had fixed my issue. The other store directed me to a different business to fix my issue and Brett had it resolved in a 5 minute phone call. I know who I will be buying all my future phones from and referring all my business colleagues to. If you have an Apple issue Brett is clearly the guy to call.
Horrible service and didn’t have any phones which is was told they had wasted 2 hours now on trying to get a new phone.. The people have no idea what there doing is what it seems to me.. never had a issue before but customer service is poor...

My experience has always been a great experience at u.s. cellular. Were there today and I feel that I had exceptional experience we had a number of questions that needed to be asked and the associate that help this was very knowledgeable this is why I have had US Cellular for over 10 years the customer service I feel is number one I highly recommend this to anyone I also do some traveling and Ive never had a problem with service even when I went to Mexico I took my phone and I was still able to contact my family that was here in the United States
Jake (salesperson) was very knowledgeable on product and availability. He treated my 13 yr old grandson( the one deciding on product) with respect. He made check-out easy. This location I will return to. W. Kimberly Rd at NW Blvd. Davenport IA.
A repeated problem with US Cellular: they don’t have a system or staff to greet people when you come in. I’ve been a customer for 3 years and I’ve learned to avoid going to ANY of their stores unless absolutely necessary. I just stood in the store for 15 minutes and not one of the 3 associates acknowledged my presence. When I arrived a woman was waiting already, and she had yet to be acknowledged either. Yes, the associates were assisting customers. However, there is no excuse for not saying a simple “thanks for coming in, one of us will be with you as quickly as possible.” The norm seems to be ignore customers until you’re ready to help them. Which is rude, off putting, and just plain bad customer service. I might go back to Verizon. They’re more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Ada.gov compliant sales location was friendly helpful kind understanding outstandingly accommodating cant really say enough.Vivi was very helpful in the sales dept.Been w sprint 15 yrs but may go back. We had us cellular when the brick phone was in had a free phone in the past that wasnt bad for traveling as it seemed to cover even the remote outposts
Robby is the most helpful sales rep they have ever had. Knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and gave us the bottom line before we even left the store.

Not at all happy with U.S. Cellular. An hour and a half wait and than no help for problem. Manage doing paper work instead of waiting on customers. Have been a customer since 1988 but am going to look elsewhere I think.no stars

After what they did to me I choose to find a better provider of service I cant believe they went switching things around on my phone wouldnt tell me what they were doing caused me to miss a special event meant a lot to me I believe everybody should be held accountable no matter how big of the company!!

I did not feel like I was listened to. I was just told several times that I just hgv average down loaded a bunch of apps. I did not!I also have a problem with the back and close open apps strip at the bottom of the phone disappearing and I have to bring it up from the black strip which has caused the purchase of items when an online shopping has the purchase of the cart at the bottom and Im trying to bring up the strip. Felt belittled by the person helpibg me.
