This place is ridiculous. They dont close at 9 pm. If no one is in the store they close at 845. It doesnt matter if youre at the door before 9 they wont open it. They looked at me and just walked away. So rude. If your hours are until 9pm you should be open until 9pm.

Not really a good selection of shoes or boots in my size.

Staff was helpful but they have no wide width hightops which is what I was looking for.

I went in there for some shoes. Nice young man who works there asked if I needed help. Told him I needed good comfortable shoes. He helped. Bought 2 pair. Great customer service!

Decent pricing. Good selection right b4 Christmas. Plenty of sales ppl. They tried to enforce distancing at check-out but some ppl just wont listen.

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Upon my entrance I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. I was checked up on by multiple associates throughout my visit and felt very welcomed to be in the store. They also have an amazing rewards program which is highly beneficial to anyone who is going to be going back for more shoes. I was able to use my two rewards on one purchase which made my two pairs of $85 Nikes (air max motion 2s) only $115 with tax and the buy one get one half of promotion. I will definitely be going back to shoe carnival for the rest of my purchases in the future.

If they think you do not have money they are rude. To you. And disrespectful and when I pulled 100 hundreds of dollars out well thin they wear like well we have this and that I walked out

VERY helpful sales clerk. Was patient in working to make sure my wife was satisfied and felt comfortable in the shoes she chose out of the styles shed selected for her to try on. Gave her the maximum discount possible. Spent about $69 for 2 pair on a buy1/get one for half off sale.

Just left your store with the shoes I was going to purchase sitting on your counter. While Cody was trying to answer questions for a customer on the phone I was waiting at the register. Normally I have patience for great customer service, which Cody was providing to the customer on phone, it was the fact that there was 2 more associates in the store talking and not providing any assistance to him. I heard him ask them questions twice via the radio at no time did they stop talking and come provide any help for him. Sorry you were so busy talking it cost you a sale and any future business. Just plain being lazy!!

Worst customer service of my life. I went in today trying to buy some boots for me and my sister because they have their BOGO free on boots. When I came in there was 4 employees working none of which had the decency to say hello or ask if I needed help finding anything. They were all to focused on their own tasks to ensure a sale. When I asked an associate if they could help me find something her remark was “all of our sizes are out” when I just needed help understanding where a certain shoe was located. Some of the employees were too busy standing around talking to even realize I was confused. I will never be returning to this store. What a complete joke for a business. They care too much about themselves to help a customer.

Always good bargins to be had here. Plus the sales associates were very helpful.

I only shop if I must. I needed work shoes. My plan was to visit two stores that were recommended. Shoe carnival was first. I was greeted at the door and asked what I was searching for. I was directed immediately to a brand of shoes. Deja stood by pulling and explaining styles. My experience was one where I felt I had full attention, there was confidence in the shoe choices for what I needed, experiences shared, knowledge provided, BOGO explained and given. Needless to say I purchased 2 pair and skipped the visit to the competitor. For someone who dislikes shopping the experience was pleasant, painless and productive.

I was in the store this past Wednesday (5/08/18) around 6pm after work. I didn’t buy anything due to the fact that I’ve never dealt with more ignorant people in my life. The associate that greeted me when I first walked in barely said hi and didn’t ask if I needed help finding anything. The manager couldn’t be any less helpful either. The whole work environment seemed unprofessional and unorganized. I don’t recommend shopping here at all. Spend your money somewhere where you’ll be respected and helped.

Found just what I needed.

Good sales on name brands. Store is clean, staff is courteous. The 15 minute flash sale was a joke. Had to spend over $70 to get a spin on the wheel that was comprised of $2, $3, and $4 off. Not much of a prize in my opinion.

I would suggest looking up their hours of operations before going. The employees were very rude about having customers in the store a 20- half hr before they close. 2 employees literally said well I guess we cant close on time now as we walked in. So we didnt get anything that day. Went in another day and purchased. Then had to return/ trade a pair a couple days later and the same rude employees were there and just stared at each other when I walked in and AGAIN said were never going to get to leave.

Terrible customer service. My family of 3 were the only ones in the store, and none of the 3 employees standing around even bothered to ask if they could help. We bought 2 pairs of shoes and hardly even a thank you for stopping. We wont be going back.

Employees are friendly but NOT knowledgeable. Young gentleman more interested in his phone, than knowing what is carried there and helping customers find what they are looking for.

The right style, the right size and the right price. 15 minutes later I was cashing out and knew I found the right place for shoes.
