This store has a great selection of boots, clothes, and hats. I saw some beautiful womens clothes and jewelry as well. Wide variety! All the workers were extremely busy and still found time to help me and my daughter! Thank you!

Drove 2 hours to go to a store that specializes in western boots. Upon arrival we didnt find a single boot usa made. Not a single boot stated the specific material it was made of. Almost exclusively had the trendy colored huge point style which I personally wont wear. The staff did try to help but their suggestion was to order online and hope they fit. Fpr the $400 price point of some of the styles we did look at I dont think thats acceptable. A return trip is doubtful.

Knowledgeable staff helps find what your looking for, whether they have it in stock or have to order it. Able to shape the hats to the style you want.

The store itself is nice, nice location, besides the creepy manager following you everywhere you set foot in the store. I felt incredibly uncomfortable, never coming again.

I love boots and wear then 90% of the time. I have shopped the boot barn in many southern locations. Davenport location was very rude. I happened to be wearing a blouse and bell bottoms with sandals. Not one person approached me for help finding anything, instead was greeted with dirty looks. Davenport boot barn, you should be ashamed of yourself for profiling your customers. Not returning

This store doesnt even know what customer service is. I went in looking for work boots and as soon as i walked in the lady looked at me up and down and didnt even greet me. It looked like she was the only one in the store and she was helping a guy exchange some item. i walked back to look at boots and i spent about half hour picking out what i wanted. during this time i was choosing my boots she never asked if i needed help.Anyway, i chose a pair i liked and went up the register to checkout. She was still helping the other guy. i spent about 10 minutes waiting to pay for my boots and she didnt even acknowledge i was there. i ended up leaving and not buying the boots. Im only giving this store 2 stars because i was able to go there and choose out a pair of boots and try them on, then i was even able to find the same boots online at a different store for 50 dollars cheaper than what they were at Boot Barn.

The employees and management were very helpful. They spent two hours with us trying to figure out the perfect boot for us. Highly recommend.

Went to two other retail stores and could not find the right fit jeans until we went to the Boot Barn and found the right fit jeans from waist to length! We highly recommend visiting the Boot Barn!

Disappointing. Called before driving here to see if they had a boot in stock (displayed on the website) - gave the clerk the stock number - yes, they had it and in my size. Arrived at the store to discover they dont even stock that brand of boot!! So much for having capable people answer the phone. The lady in the store to whom I spoke was very nice and apologetic, but it was interesting that she had never heard of Chippewa boots! She admitted she was new on the job, but why would someone who knows very little of the boot business even want to work here?If all you want is a pair of boots for outdoor work or to kick around, you may well find what you want, but few, if any, dressy boots in the store.

Went in today to look at boots, as I’m currently looking to get my first pair. If you’re into wide square toe, this is for you. I couldn’t even find something similar to the boot I was looking at online to figure out what size to get. Not once did an employee ask if I needed help with anything.

I purchased a pair of boots and a shirt. was over 200.00 boots are about 3 months old. leather came right out of the sole. still look new. I called boot barn and they said if it was a manufactor defect they could see what they could do. drove to the store and they dont do anything with products over 30 days old. they did agree it was a defect tho. they wont stand behind there products.

Bought my first pair of Justins here. The sales woman was very helpful and even gave me tips on how to care for them. Although I dont wear them too often, I love my boots!
