In town for a college tennis match (from out of town) and sustained a large rock hit to the windshield which caused fragments on the inside of the vehicle about 5 minutes just outside of town. Only auto glass shop open on a Saturday - were absolutely nice enough to reassure us that we were safe for the four hour drive home and vacuumed up almost all of the fragments on our dash and interior. Would have had them replace the windshield but they didnt have the staff. Five stars for service and reassurance they didnt have to give!

First off I dont like their web site would not let me pick a time slot and only offered drop and go. Scheduled through the call center. Arrived for them to tell me they have the wrong window. Rescheduled for a different day and it was going to cost more. They did go back to phone records and found they had made a mistake. They did make it right on the cost. Over all satisfied even though I had to drive an hour each way, twice

You can no longer call this place and get a person to answer the phone its all done online. I have got an okay from my insurance company and now cant speak to anybody to reschedule.

Had to have a rock chip in the windshield repaired. The work that Safelite did was really exceptional. Good explanation, competitive price, good facility with an exceptional level of covid consciousness and a really good repair. it was a noticeably more positive experience than the one I had with an earlier rock chip repair at a nearby competitor. I would happily go back again.

They did not properly put the screw cover caps back on so they had to order those after my windshield is replaced, my dash was scratched along with my windshield wiper blades they said that was already there but they are the only people that have replaced my windshield this time and the time before was them, also they did not properly attach my windshield wiper fluid hose back I put the connection together and realized it was their fault and went back I asked for money off my bill and they said that they would only credit me gas which was $40 definitely do not recommend and I feel like for a $300 window replacement I should not have to have dealt with any of this

Was incredibly easy. Booked my appointment online, showed up they got me in on time and had me out the door 30 minutes later.

I had a pretty large chip in my windshield just as the weather started getting colder. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning. The team was very friendly, made the repair in under half an hour, and you can hardly notice the chip at all.

Super easy! Replacement took less time than estimated.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quick service. Went above and beyond with changing gloves and wiping off keys while providing service.

The tech that showed up was nice, and told me she was confident she could fix the chip in my windshield without any issues. About a half hour later she called me to let me know she was done- meaning she cracked my windshield all the way down and I would need to buy a new one. She then called the office to see about getting me all the discounts on a new windshield. With all of the discounts included, they quoted me at $330.00 which ended up being over $100 more expensive than anywhere else in the area. What a joke. Since this happened, I have been able to warn a number of other people I know, saving them money by going other places!

Thank you to Karie and Travis for providing same day service on my F-150. My back glass broke on the way to work Friday morning and I scheduled an appointment over the phone with a customer service rep for Monday at 1pm. When I arrived at Safelite to get my window crashed wrapped, Karie thought she could fit me in later that morning. She verified the part was in stock and Travis agreed to perform the work on short notice. The truck was done by 2pm and both of these individuals went out of their way to accommodate me when they didnt have to at all.

The technician called at 8:00 AM and let me know the scheduled time 8-Noon wasnt going to work for him, but said he could be here by 1:00 PM. I work from home so that was fine with me. He arrived at 1:00 and was done in about an hour. The price was right and the service was quick. I am very happy Safelite offers mobile service to New Liberty! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing the glass in their vehicle replaced.

Was able to schedule an appointment online, I got a call confirming my insurance with all costs explained, and an email was sent by the manager the day before confirming the appointment.Day of the appointment, my car was checked in within 5 minutes of arrival. Even though I was going to pick it up in the evening, it was done within 2 hours. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Would recommend for auto glass needs.

They dont answer the phone

Very efficient operation my wind shield was perfect.

Every time I see the commercials on TV I think about how untrue it is. They dont come over to wherever you are. And we had to wait 3 days before they could fix our car window. Than we had to drop it off for the whole day. They did ok with the window. This was a long time ago so if theyre better now, I dont know.

Very nice folks! I needed a windshield for my Freightliner Cascadia. I had an afternoon appointment. They let me come in early instead. The technicians were really cool and were brave enough to come out in the cold to do the replacement. Service took about an hour and I was back on the road. Glass has held up beautifully since. So far enduring inclement weather and all. Im very satisfied with the service. I recommend them to anyone. Especially with commercial trucks. Thank you Safelite!

Several months ago I had my windshield replaced and a piece of trim did not get glued properly. When I called the next day to get it fixed, they couldn’t find any record of the repair. I had to call back 3 times because they said they would check and get back to me. Last Friday I had to have windshield replaced again. The technician didn’t have the proper tool to cut out the old one. Said he had to pay for it himself and couldn’t afford it. Really? You don’t supply your employees the proper tools? Took him 3 hours to get glass out. On Saturday it rained and the windshield now leaks. I called again. And after being on phone for 10 minutes, once again they couldn’t find any record of the repair. Unbelievable!! Won’t be using them in the future.

Made the appointment through my insurance for 12pm-5pm, then shortly after I received an email from Safelites customer service saying Ramiro would be the one working with me. Ramiro called me, not long after, asking me if it was availble now (2 hours before my schedule appointment time frame!), I said yes. He knew exactly where I was at, came in with the nicest smile and greeted me, explained everything that I needed to know, then got right to it! Ramiro has excellent customer service skills and even better glass skills! So happy with the work he did and will forever request his services! Loved it is an understatement!

I would not hesitate to recommend Safelite to family and friends.There initially was a scheduling adherence issue that inconvenienced and frustrated me to the point I asked to speak to a manager to convey my feelings.Everyone makes mistakes, however it is how the mistake is remedied that defines a person or company. I am both amazed and impressed by their professionalism and willingness to EARN a customers business. I emphasize EARN because all too often I deal with businesses (utilities, big box stores, doctors, etc) to whom I pay money for service and am treated as though they are doing me a favor. This experience was quite the opposite. At no point did I feel patronized or condescended to by any of the staff I dealt with. In fact, in hindsight, this is how I imagine a celebrity would be treated. (Thank you!)If you find yourself in need of auto glass service, SafeLite seems to be a sure bet. If every SafeLite location and staff offers the same caliber of service, then SafeLite IS a sure bet.

I went to safelite almost a week a go to the date of this review. My car went in with a cracked windshield and came out with a broken windshield washer line. The tech broke the line while changing the windshield. He explained it to me and things happen but the fact that I had to call safelite twice to check on the status of the parts is absolutely ridiculous. I didnt get a courtesy call from corporate even after I sent them an email. They asked about my experience and I sent back my concern. NEVER received a call or follow up. NOT EVEN TO THE DAY OF THIS REVIEW! I had to call the corporate office yesterday and wait on the phone for some time before I was finally told that the parts were ordered for my car. So, customer service definitely is not safelites strong point Id say and the fact that you broke my car to begin with is very disappointing. Im not even sure how that happens other than neglect of the job.
