Glass installation, residential not auto... not a good experience all the way through, replaced insulated glass in 7 windows. Final outcome is that one window still does not slide open, plastic part in the slide mechanism broken - probably cannot replace.Took me a while to figure out what is going on with the window

The rear window of our vehicle had a battle with our garage door. The door won and we had to find someone to fix the window fast. Our son had recommended Kryger Glass. We called first thing on a Monday morning and they got us in & out in 2 hours! Thank you so much getting us back on the road.

DO NOT GO! Had windshield replaced; Trim was falling off car by the time we got home. Had to take the car back. The guy put double sided tape over the layer of old tape. Trim did not even lay flat. Also, have gouges in my trim from obvious incorrect removal. The tech said that the windshield would settle after a few weeks. Its been 2 months and still have a gap Insurance said to call another company. Hopefully, they will fix it. Such a shame, really wanted to help small business. Unfortunately this business needs to close down.

Great service, friendly professional staff. I had them put a windshield in my Kenworth T680, I dropped my truck off at 8:00 am and was called at 9:15 am. and told my truck was ready. They did a great job. They were also $400.00 cheaper than two other local companies that gave me quotes.

My bfs brother used them. They scratched the hood, broke the rear view mirror, left glass on the floor and seat from a windshield replacement. Called the manager she denied everything. They are looking at it Monday so will change review if they actually fix everything they messed up.

I visited the shop in a panic on a day with bad weather. My door glass had fallen down in it was raining and snowing. They fixed the job in 20 minutes did a great job and treated me very fairly.They blew the other glass companies price out of the water. I would recommend this shop every time,!

Every now and then I have used Kryger glass to do some work. This time I had a rear view mirror re-applied because it fell off. They answered the phone quickly and scheduled an appointment. When a went to my scheduled appointment they were prompt and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. I felt the the price paid was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Kryger Glass rectified an issue I had with my windshield on two separate occasions. I understand that mine is a unique one, but it does indicate that they try to do right by their customers when you can communicate effectively and respectfully. Windshield looks great now!

I shopped around for a couple weeks before I chose to take my vehicle to Kryger Glass. I decided to pursue them because they were the most helpful, courteous and professional place that I called out of 5 places. They also quoted me the most inexpensive price, which was a huge plus. When I came to my appointment, the same demeanor was displayed when I walked in the doors. Very courteous and helpful. They drove me to work while my car was getting done and offered to pick me up. When I picked up my vehicle, they went over all the details of the work and gave me instructions for after care of my windshield. When I picked up my kids I noticed a scratch on the windshield and called them right away, they are taking care of it like they should. Nothing but good things to say about this company and the service they provide. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service and wonderful repair! They opened the shop early so I could be to work on time and even gave me a ride to work. The window was replaced before lunch on the same day and is as good as new! 100% stress free.

I had an appointment with a competitor to get my windshield replaced. It seemed high with a lot of fees, I called Kryger for an estimate and they answered quickly, were very personable and because my car needed to be repaired in the shop, they offered to take me back to work if I dropped it off. I called Kryger about replacing a motor for an electric car window after reading previous reviews. So glad I did! Just as I had read, staff was very courteous & helpful. They scheduled the repair for the next morning. When I asked about dropping the car off that night after hours, I was told they would still be there even though closed for business & would pull the car inside to keep it safe & dry. The repair was done the next morning, for the quoted price, & I was able to pick it up on my lunch break. Excellent service! Kryger Glass is the place to call. (By the way, I learned that they do much more than auto glass.)

Had a stress crack in windshield 1 year later. They stood by their work and put a new one in free of charge.update. they wasted my time and money. Dropped trick off hours layer find out that now they are not covering it. I feel like they said they would cover it originally just to Get the truck their so they could change me. I went to safelite.
