Great service yesterday

Called the store twice looking for an item. Girl says we dont have that and doesnt offer any help (this is a product metro pcs does sell).I say ok, well thank you and she just hangs up without saying goodbye or anything.Dont shop at this location. Very rude.

The sales lady was rude to me. She had an attitude and when I asked about the iPhones she told me that there was none in stock. But the very next person walked in the door asking for the same thing and I actually got an iPhone. When I asked her about it she said oh I found one in the back and she asked first when I was already in the store and already at asked. When I after she had another one if if I had everything in cash. I thought this was a very odd question I said excuse me she said our machines are down and I cant do anything for you youre going to have to go get the cash. She said it was such attitude and so rudely I will never go back there again. What kind of business only accept cash over $300 purchase. Im sorry but most people carry around credit card. So i went to cricket bc i was so upset with them. Never use Daphne store..

Had a great experience yesterday ported 4 lines from Sprint and received all 4 Lg Stylos for FREE. Both guys I dealt with were very nice, professional and helpful. The store is clean and organized and they honored every deal promised on the Metro website. I had went to a Metro in Mobile and they told me I could only get 1 free Stylo even if I was porting 4 lines and that the 4 free phones only applied if you bought 3 other cheaper phones and that I could not get 4 of the same phone which made absolutely no sense so I came to the Daphne location and did not have one single issue. Do yourself a favor go to the Metro PC in Daphne ONLY.

Just a warning.... this store will try and force phone insurance on you saying it is required. Per the terms and conditions on the MetroPcs website, insurance is never required when purchasing equipment and services from them. Attached is their policy.

They are very unprofessional. I would rather drive to mobile that go to this store. They never have any change! Like NONE! if you bill if $50 and you only have $20s it will be like they do not have the change to give you back. Also very slow just a very bad representation of the company.

We came up here to see about getting our service fixed because our phones not working guy here at 5 oclock and sat until 630 nobody was in the store doors are locked sign is still outside open science still on and all the phones are still out but nobody was there to work very poor customer service

The two guys that work there are always very helpful. I never dread having to go to the phone store.

Extremely unfriendly staff. Once you buy, you are absolutely on your own. The service from metro pcs is good, but having to deal with these jerks makes the experience awful.

THIS PLACE NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE! Called back to back, out of sheer frustration, about 20 times...no answer, no voicemail, no other means of contact. For $90 a month and $60 is accessories on their Samsung J3, I get to go back to SNAIL MAIL. All 3 of the devices that I purchased on their 3 lines for $90 plan say Not connected to Mobile Service ALL THE TIME> service area (according to their map) is good, and I JUST purchased the plan. Wont connect to Wi-Fi, Wont send/receive text/calls. What is REALLY ticking me off, is THEY WONT ANSWER THEIR D*&^# PHONE, AND THEIR IS NO OTHER WAY TO CONTACT THEM (other than online chat through MetroPCS main hub - good luck with THAT; 30 mins waiting on THEM to respond) !!!
